The young waitress was such an asset to this small restaurant. Portions were good quality was good was incredible value for money and would go as far to say to cheap.. was a bit disapointed the chips with fish wasn't handcut as described but frozen thin chips. Overall it was good but amazing value nothing bad about it but nothing great about it either .

Booked for a larger table late on, but the request was accommodated and as usual the staff and food were excellent.

The food was good and the price was amazing for the quality, we also had the Whisky tasting after the meal the amount of bottles that they have is mind boggling they also have Gin tasting but that is for another visit

This was a surprise birthday meet with family for our teenage son. The team at Artisan went above and beyond to make this night special for him. Food was absolutely amazing - tasty, fresh and huge portions. You knew for sure it was all homemade and freshly made. Couldn’t fault any part of the night and staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back for more lovely food and to sample the vast variety of whisky and gin.

Excellent meal today which was well priced and with pleasant service.

We each opted for a burger one of us got The Scotland burger and the other The Octomore. Both were delicious and a large portion for under £11 each. The star of the show however, were the side of onion rings which were incredible and worth a visit alone. Always friendly service and with a pint of stout each and a fiver tip for under £40, great value for money 👍👍

Soup was nice main course pork loin was too tough to eat

Food was great, portion sizes were very generous, staff and service was very good.

Artisan food and service all good as usual. Hated the seat by the window. New windows have no screen. Felt like I had lunch with the whole of wishaw. Next time I’ll ask for a table away from window. All 3 of us dining felt it very off putting.

I tried the daily special which was great. All other courses were great too. We shall return

What an amazing experience, a definite hidden gem . A very warm welcome , 3 courses . The stand out for me was the Scotland burger . A perfectly cooked burger topped with “ freshly caught “ haggis . Smothered with the best peppercorn sauce I’ve ever had . 1st time in years I’ve cleared a plate at a restaurant. Sticky toffee pudding was brilliant. The service was exceptional, the portions are massive , my wife had “ Moby dick “ for a fish and chips main . It was perfect . All for under £50 ! Yes read that again , 6 dishes and 2 pints of Pepsi for under £50 .a comparable meal in a chain restaurant or a “ higher class “ would be well over £100. This place perfect. It also deserved a good tip , you have to try this place !! We will definitely be back .

Food okay, but we appeared to have gatecrashed the staff Christmas party planning meeting. They had little awareness that we were there for a quiet dinner.

Was happy with the experience we had at Artisan . My only complaint was my starter I had black pudding with ham these were tasty 😋 .but the salad was over powered with some sort of sauce it was disgusting. And there wasn't much blackpudding or ham

Fantastic food and great service from very attentive staff. If you don’t try Artisan in Wishaw you will never know what you are missing. (sticky toffee pudding is a must)

Food was fine the decor in the restaurant was dated very grubby especially the toilet tile flooring disgraceful there was no atmosphere no background music a freezer in the eating area never seen that anywhere would definitely not bring friends or family here badly needing refurbished therefore not value for money the food was fine and staff too

From the welcome from the staff to the restaurant and allowing us to move tables nothing was too much trouble We had a very tasty meal which we both enjoyed and it was great value for money would definitely recommend
