Glasgow City Centre may not be known for its elegance but Bath Street Palomino is a sophisticated hideaway, situated right on buzzing Bath Street. Since it opened in 2009, this cocktail bar and restaurant has picked up a number of awards as well as a loyal fanbase, known for its stunning decor just as much as it is for the menu of mouthwatering American-inspired cuisine and handcrafted cocktails on offer. Take in the surroundings while feasting on some sizzling prawns or chicken satay skewers before tucking into a succulent steak, a juicy burger, pizza, pasta, or another classic like the chilli con carne or beer-battered fish and chips. The cocktail menu equally as appeasing, taking old favourites and giving them a creative new edge. We recommend the Fraise & Fizz, a combination of Hayman’s dry gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, vanilla syrup, strawberries and champagne.
