Very attentive and friendly staff, good food and drinks. Would love to go back
Lovely staff and yummy cocktails. Menu was a bit limited but very tasty - we had a very good time. This is more casual dining than a special occasion experience.
The restaurant was small but the surrounding, the staff and management were so helpful/good. The food was lovely and tasted good. Customer service 10/10. Would definitely go back again. Thank u Wesley and all your staff.
We come up to London for the day and had some delicious cocktails With excellent service. Can't wait to go back and try the food
The food was good but we had to wait over an hour for food to come out. Although the waitress did say they were under staffed. Other than that the food was presented beautifully and cooked to perfection.
Excellent! Very efficient & staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious with generous portions. We Would defiantly go again! Looking forward to our next visit.
Servers were lovely, everyone just wants to have a good time. The cocktails are quite strong - especially the Long Island Iced Tea. Would recommend the fried plantain!
The food was slightly bland and uninteresting with a very limited menu choice. No options for vegetarians. Customer service was friendly and pleasant, however the food did not live up to expectations. Lighting was also quite stark creating an unrelaxing embience.
Bookings should be staggered and diners must be made aware of 2 hour sitting. I saw too many people standing around outside the restaurant waiting to be seated at their allocated times. Waiting staff were polite and apologetic to those who were waiting too long to have their cocktails and food.
Lovely little restaurant with a real flavour of the Caribbean. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is absolutely amazing. I had the BBQ chicken wings and curry goat and my partner had the spring rolls and fish stew. Recommended to all. Great value place!
We arrived with our voucher to be told that they will honour it but it was a mistake and they don't offer the 6 cocktails deal anymore. We waited 20 minutes for our first cocktail, and the service and drinks quality was extremely poor. Would not return.
The food was fantastic. The staff are very friendly. We had a three course dinner with a glass of bubbly and a glass of rum punch. It was lovely. We will definitely go again.
A nice little place, good cocktails, live jazz music on the Sunday I went. Was able to sit outside which was nice and owner was pleasant too.
Service was great and staff were friendly, wasn't keen on the food as there were only two choices as we booked through woucher. Will revisit but order of the main menu.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and it was service with a smile. Cocktails tasted great with lots to choose from.
The services was lovely, the staff was amazing they know how to hold a good conversation. The food was great, we would definetly come back again.
The restaurant is ripoff. The management is unprofessional has I received a bill of 26.50 for ordering 1 mix barbecue starter. Also cocktails half of them on the menu were not served at 6.30pm on Friday evening as they ran out of ingredients.
Very small venue. Clean and tidy. Some outside seating on street and not cordoned off. Nice staff but service very slow and not efficient. Nice food presented well. No live music. Had selection of music playing and had to ask what happened to the jazz.
It was the worst night I had ever had. I waited 45 minutes to even see the menu. I waited over an hour for my starter. Then another 45 minutes for my main course. There were other people complaining about how long they had waited with hostility from the staff. . I didn't even wait for the dessert as that would have me waiting even longer. The overall experience was appalling. I will never go back to this restaurant.
The venue was a lot smaller than expected, and there was no live band (or space for one - when you say 'Jazz restaurant' it conjures up a certain imagery, but , that aside, we had a wonderful time. The food was nice, but it was the service that really made the trip from the furthest parts of South London worthwhile, Thank you again for a pleasurable experience!
Worst dining experience ever. Food is good but the service is very slow. It took 2 hours for food to arrive, staff don't know what they are doing, even a glass of wine took 15 min to get. Even When we asked for the bill, it took 15 min to get and when we showed that we are angry and running late to a show, the bar tender became very rude Never going there again
Lovely atmosphere very kind staff and amazing food.Would recommend this restaurant to everyone who is looking for something different. Also, jazz music live is something worth visiting this place .Prices are very reasonable so have a look at the place...
Excellenrt food lovely little place and great staff will be returning. Great coctails value for money. I highly recomend this great little hidden gem in Camden.
Food was alright but not amazing, service was comically slow - took about an hour to get each round of drinks and the cocktails weren't great. There's enough competition for great jerk chicken, I wouldn't recommend until they sort at least the service.
The restaurant wasn't as described, it more of a cafe than a restaurant The restaurant was short staffed. The manager/owner was there to cook, serve the customers and make the drinks It is over priced for what we received £8.50 for a cocktail which didn't even taste nice. I would not recommend or go back there.
Lovely atmosphere and the waitress was so friendly and lovely. Loved my starter and dessert service was a little slow though as it was a full house.
The jazz bar with Tukish food turned out to be Carribbean without jazz but food was good serviced by a charming young lady We enjoyed it
A fabulous Caribbean Restaurant located minutes from Camden tube station. Clean, bright intimate and delicious freshly cooked food. Friendly staff and a mix of well known Caribbean tunes as well as soft Jazz. This is not a fast food joint but if you like to take your time and enjoy your meal this is the ideal place. We are heading back on Sunday to sample a couple more dishes and to try out the extensive cocktail menu.
It's a lovely restaurant not to big. I can see why you wood have to book in A table in Vance for the restaurant. A choice of different Caribbean food, and drink, they also have side dishes that you can choose from as well. The portion sizes are not to big which is good but when you ask for a side order twice and they put it in one bowl you have to be careful. Other then that the food was nice the staff are very friendly and help full. I wood go back again
Service was slow, with cocktails lacking in flavour and very weak! This is not a cocktail bar OR a jazz bar. It is a very small Carribean resteraunt (did not try the food so cannot comment). Not good at all as a cocktail bar.
Venue sis not meet expectations and definitely not as advertised in promotional photos on the website. Food was over cooked and smothered with sauce to compensate the meat being a bit burnt, advertised a bottle of bubbly to share but we were given just one glass each. The waitress was very pleasant and engaged customers in conversation before they left and welcomed them back in the future.
Small intimate space, clean, bright. Warmish welcome. Deal menu lacking choice. Ordered BBQ Chicken wings for starter- very nice, Fish with rice n peas for main- OK, Carrot cake for dessert which we brought home- shop bought,-disappointing. Waitress explained they had inherited the deal when they took over the shop. OK as a local. but wouldn't travel across London again to eat there.
The food was bland and the wowcher was misrepresented. It said a bottle of bubbly when in fact only a glass each was given. The menu was basic - chicken wings or spring rolls to start and chicken or fish for main. The venue is tiny, I cannot see how a jazz band can perform there! No live music as promised on the website.
Great Cocktails, some of the best we have tried and great service and a good price. Would go back again the next time we are in the area.
