A table of ten visited tonight all for the wagyu menu, terrible service when it came to bringing the meats around, blood all over the table and dropping steak, there was no care from the servers. Some of the food was okay however a lot of the meat was very tough. Very dissapointed for the money spent

We had an enjoyable meal and the meat was very tasty, although we were on the premium menu we didn't get served much premium meat. There was lots of service going on and it was impressive how many servers were going to the tables but most of it seemed to be off the normal menu. We only had 2 visits of premium meat to the table, anything else was from the normal menu so although the food was very tasty I wouldn't recommend going for the premium menu as we didn't feel like we got value for money compared to those on the normal menu. The food on the buffet section was quite limited and the hot food on there was only Luke warm so by the time you got your meat to go with it it was going cold. Couldn't fault the tastiness of the food it was lovely. So although it was an enjoyable meal we would have to think twice about returning.

The place is nice and the food was great however we were served meat only for 30 minutes when we were told the place was shutting - this was disappointing. Our booking was at 8.30pm - unfortunately there wasn’t any earlier time slot (but there were later slots!), we were offered repeatedly mint lamb, which it was probably the only thing it was left until the waitress told us that the kitchen was closed - I express my disappointment and then we had a couple of few different meat. Also a friend needed well done meat and took ages for the red plate to arrive. Overall not worth £50 if you book late - but then don’t have late booking on the website if your are going to shut the kitchen so early

It was the opening day.. initially couldn't find our reservation but no problem...chicken didn't come out until about the 15th round of meats.. however, thoroughly good time, staff pleasant and nice

Was not bad , but needs some fine tuning to be able to continue with the competition! No need for me to mention the things I noticed as the staff are aware! Just remember to look at the bill and ask for the service charge to be removed!

Delicious food and amazing concept, but it is quite expensive so a barrier to us returning.

The experience was fabulous. Excellent food..... I've never tasted such beautifully cooked beef. The range of salads, sauces and mains were incredible. The staff were friendly and entertaining. Awesome!

Me and my partner came for our anniversary, it was the first time there and we both really enjoyed it. Service was amazing the staff were lovely and the food was amazing. Will definitely be returning!

First time here and very impressed. The food is top quality. As first-timers, it would have been even greater service to explain how the service was offered - ie you don't need to choose the meat from the menu - it just keeps coming!! Also we asked the server what happens to any meat left over and he didn't understand us - it would still be good to know the answer to that question!

Just a shame. I put on the booking it was my friends birthday. No one even said happy birthday. Didn’t get to try half the different meets just the same ones on rotation. And for the price you pay is far too high considering. I went to fazenda in Birmingham same type of restaurant and the service was way better they actually come up to you and ask if there’s any you haven’t tried and then they bring them out for you to have btw for the same price as your service. And it gave me dodgy belly straight after. Will not be back in a hurry

Such a beautiful restaurant! First time visiting Beleza Rodizio and certainly won’t be our last. The food was just mouth watering and the service was 10/10, experienced and friendly staff and to top it off the decor was just beautiful! Thank you for a lovely meal. We will be back soon!

Food excellent, staff were amazing so friendly . It was my birthday and they came and sang and gave me some cake which was not expected but was very appreciated. Made the evening special

We went for lunch to celebrate our anniversary and the food was delicious! All fresh and full of flavour and the customer service was great! The decor in the Solihull restaurant is beautiful too. I will definitely visit again

Service is excellent However we found the experience was like eating in a busy station platform . It’s fine for those who want to stuff as much food in , in a very short time.

An amazing experience where the servers were funny, engaging, and attentive. Honestly felt, at times, like we were the only people in the restaurent it was so well managed. Worth every penny.

Warm welcome, staff are all really lovely. We had the Wagu menu, wow… The food was incredible and the salad bar had great choices. Definitely will go back again.

We had conflicting information from staff about when the buffet will closed; 1 hour 45 minutes from arrival then 21:45. We felt rushed. Not good value for food. Felt a rip off. Won’t be returning any time soon.
