Belgo - Soho

The Groupon was a great value. We added lots of extras—Belgians beers, dessert—and really enjoyed ourselves.

The way in was confusing and could have been improved by staff welcoming customers saying hello and meeting you at the bottom of the stairs. Staff talking in groups of 2-3 right next to our table on various occasions, this was very distracting as they were laughing. Music was very loud - more like you might expect at a bar. The food came out so quickly we only had had time for one sip of wine and couldn’t help but assume it must have been microwaved. The moules were bland and the ribs lacking meat and exceeding fat. We won’t be returning as were very disappointed. It’s no wonder they require promotions - shame we didn’t have one last night!!

We had a good time and the food was exquisite thank you.

We arrived early and the staff were happy to accommodate us as the restaurant was quiet. What followed was extremely poor service from disinterested members of the team. We made the decision to leave and pay for our drinks and olives which the manager waived. He was happy to speak to the kitchen and his staff to acknowledge our frustration at having to sit for approximately 60 minutes. #verydissapointedlongtimebelgocustomer

Great place to go and enjoy Belgium food and beer. Mussels were fantastic and on tap one of my favorites Brudge Zot.

Belgo Soho serves great food and has fantastic staff. We went for my mum's birthday and she was treated like a celeb, would definitely recommend to anyone.

The bread they brought was far from fresh, was impossible to eat. The music was very loud. The main dish was really good but I enjoyed this restaurant much more 5-6 years ago.

Long wait, fries cold, but was swiftly rectified after we complained. We sat downstairs, but in the middle of a distinct draught which made it very unpleasant. You have to be alert for offers and then make sure they do not try to over charge you.

Nice atmosphere, friendly attentive staff, good food and cocktails, the caves seating area booths are cute, had a voucher, so was a good deal :0)

Awful place. Food was mediocre and half the menu was unavailable. I wanted a venison burger with sweet potato fries. They ran out of both. No chicken burgers etc, etc. We were in a room which didn't smell too fresh. We also were told we had the table for two hours but then it took 25 mins to get served a drink. I will not be recommending. The waitress however was very nice

The restaurant was moderately busy but they didn’t have enough staff on, meaning a very long wait to order (even drinks) and even more to get our food. The food itself was tasty but the experience was marred by the frustration

Food good value, good choices, service a bit patchy but manager addressed obvious issue re delays with orders which smoother that over. Would go again

The food is good value, the chicken burger is enormous and the selection of beers is brilliant. However, the service is quite shoddy. Moreover, the food took so long to come out and there was no apology from any of the staff! Disappointed

Great selection of beer & fresh mussels, very nice staff and just right around the corner from the main attractions in London, great for an evening out

Really enjoyed night out in this restaurant. Food and drinks were nice! Just a little note - next time we order mojito and you will not have the mint, just let us know and do not serve automatically without mint. Mint is the base in mojito, the rest was great. Thanks:)

Have been to Covent Garden restaurant in the past. Took a friend for her first Belgo experience. Although the building is totally different to Covent Garden, the staff and standard of service, along with the food left us with no disappointment. An excellent dining experience. We will return.
