Bombay Quay

Fantastic meal for Father’s Day. From start to finish service, food and experience was great. Given it was Father’s Day they had plenty of staff - there was never a moment we were waiting but they also didn’t rush us through the door. Food was really good. Will be back.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Bombay Quay. Food is always amazing, staff are so friendly and welcoming. The best indian restaurant in I’ve ever been to, which is why we always come back there.

Family meal, service was amazing, the food fantastic only downside is the two hour parking restriction in the car park (not the restaurant’s fault) larger parties can not enjoy the food as you have to become speed eaters :( Waitrose why not remove this restrictive practice of ANPR cameras and put a pay machine for parking and give visitors and other businesses a chance!

Too many food to decide what to have. Big bowls so should have had two meals for three of us. But no complaint at all

Food was lovely but service was not the best. The waiter kept rushing us! Returning to the table asking if we are ready to order, he returned twice within minutes and told us we only had the table for two hours and upon leaving the restaurant was almost empty!

We eat here a lot. The service was very poor. No co-ordination and the drinks either never came or went to the wrong table. We had to ask several times for our drinks. The staff seemed to have no lead or direction.

Excellent meal as usual and a birthday sparkler for my girl's 9th birthday. Love it! Our favourite place.

Absolutely amazing food and amazing services. It was my daughter birthday and they made it special for her!

Our table was booked at 1, we had our starters but waited until 225 for our main. The starter was hot, the main was cold and unfortunately the service was extremely slow although the food tasted great. We had to move our car as only had 2 hours which thought would be adequate time. Overall ok but disappointed the slow turnaround and cold food.

Visited many times. Today's visit was excellent. Wish they would do half- size portions as an option. Saturday afternoon special is just right. Greater choice of curry would be great.

It did not live up to previous visits. It was an hours wait between starters and mains being served. The butter chicken was too sweet rather than smooth. We have had great meals here but not on this occassion.

I was a little disappointed with the meal. l ordered a Thawa, under specialities. The sauce was good and tasty, however the lamb chop in the dish was tough, the chicken pieces dry, the prawn also tough. The Basmati rice excellent. The restaurant itself has a nice interior with views of the river.

Awesome evening and good one again. This restaurant never fails to hit the mark. Great atmosphere, attentive staff, lovely food and very reasonable too.

regular user, food good, service good but after clearing the table was never asked about dessert or coffee like they usually do. So we didn't have any.

Fantastic birthday meal at Bombay Quay. There were 20 of us and the food and service was excellent as always. As the weather was nice all the bifold doors were open and it was lovely to be able to go on the balcony and over look the marina. We will be back again, thanks!

Another great dining experience with friends. The hospitality is exceptional with excellent service. Food is delicious and very reasonably priced...and the view over the river at dusk is spectacular. Thank you to everyone at Bombay Quay.
