Very quick and friendly service, chips come a bit after the main meal was brought out but not too bothered, a lot of chips and food was very nice. Service was amazing and deserve a bigger service charge.

Food always good and like the atmosphere in the restaurant

Had a lot of issues yesterday. Normally really good. Cold food/salty. Hair on a few occasions in the food and on napkins. Staff very lovely as per usual, issues were dealt with very quickly.

It was ok , it could be much better considering its a Turkish restaurant!

Efes beer was in a tuborg glass, a little flat and not that cold. Was replaced for a peroni nomquestions asked. Food was brilliant, will be back.

We was met at the Festival Park complex entrance by a staff member who accompanied us to the restaurant….from then on, the service and food was first class.

Food was lovely. Service was poor. Our food was given to the table next to us and we had to wait over an hour for our food. Was not asked if we wanted any more drinks, had to keep calling the waiter for everything. Not very good service.

First time for us,and the service,food,and ambience was AMAZING 🤩 From the moment we sat down,our waiter was so attentive,drinks ordered,and came very quickly, ordered our starters,and out that came ,and then our main course,also quickly presented. And not only that ,they had a lady singer,who sang a genre of music for every age, absolutely brilliant,👏 We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, Made our New year ☺️

First time visit. The staff welcomed us , showed us to our table, took drinks and food order. Our first waiter was on the ball, lots of interaction. Then service started to slip. Our request for water, didn’t happen, so had to ask again. We were asked if we required more drinks which was good and that happened several times. We were not shown or asked if we wanted desert. The only time we were asked if everything was ok, was as we paid the bill. The restaurant wasn’t busy as we had a 3 pm sitting. So in short. Great food, service not great. ( apart from our initial waiter. ) Having said that, Festival Park is more fast food and walk ins, maybe my expectations were too high.

was greeted at the door and shown to the table ,within seconds of sitting a waiter came over to take our drinks order and food order ,food when arrived was piping hot plentiful ,well presented we although very busy we didn't feel rushed ,lovely calm atmosphere would highly recommend and will certainly be back very soon and price was really good under £20 for two courses

We were sat very quickly and the service was very friendly and professional. The interior is lovely and photo worthy. The 1st course came quickly but there was quite a wait between subsequent courses. We had the set menu of either 2 or 3 courses. My friend and I ordered the Lamb Beyti and what we got was exactly the same as some of the others in our party, a lamb shish. I didn't feel confident trying to explain to our Turkish waiter that this was not what I expected with what I ordered. The food was good and we were given generous portions. For pudding I had the Baklava which was ok, slightly dry consistency but that was balanced with the ice cream. Its an ok restaurant for Festival Leisure but wouldn't be my preference in future.

I went with my friends for the lunchtime menu 2 courses for £9.99 absolutely fantastic value for money, the food plentiful and staff attentive. Would highly recommend to any one looking for a large lunch!

Staff were welcoming and friendly when we walked in. Restaurant was clean, lovely atmosphere. First visit for 5 of my friends who live in different area. Waiter was friendly, and chatty. Food was tasty, array of colours on the plate, kitchen team taken the time to present food very well. My friends and myself enjoyed the evening.

Nice place food is always on point. Staff are excellent never any dirty plates left in the table always cleared straight away. Would definitely recommend
