Great place . Food amazing and staff were great and very friendly

The food was lovely and service good, the only thing that let it down was the waiter clearing the table. My husband nearly had all the stacked plates in his face as the waiter was grabbing the plates from the table with no care of his surroundings.

Very good food and very reasonable as we ate from the set dinner menu.

Lovely lunch today with my mum, the waitress was so friendly and nice! Would definitely recommend

The staff were great, had long wait from getting dessert menus to ordering but the staff were extremely busy and we could see that. Although there were lots of staff if appeared that more may be required to meet demand and the number of customers you have. First time visiting and overall it was brilliant. Will definitely visit again

Food was really nice. Price was what I expected it to be for the quality of food and drink. The service we got was really good. The only downside and we’ve had the same issue every time we’ve been to this restaurant is that the waiters don’t seem to be allocated tables to look after, rather that they just look after the whole restaurant instead. As a result every time we have been there we end up waiting 15-20 mins to actually get a drink or order food. And during the meal we would have ordered much more drinks had the service been there. If they can get that fixed it would be perfect.

The service was great but the food was so so bland. The nicest meal was the children’s chicken nuggets! The lamb shish, chicken shish and lamb shank were ordered and all had no flavour at all. The rice was also not seasoned. The nicest thing was the pomegranate sauce on the salad.

Overcrowded so much that tables around us had too many people at them standing around our table which did not make for a comfortable dining experience. service was slow, we received half our food and one of us only had 1 part of the meal for about 20 minutes, when asking for the rest of the food they had to check what meals we was waiting for. When we did receive all our food it had been almost 2 hours since arriving and most of it was just about warm which on a normal night I would have sent back however due to how slow the evening had been we just put up with it. Appeared there was not enough waiting staff and too many people crammed in to the restaurant. Staff looked unhappy which showed when serving us. We was there for a special birthday meal which was not an enjoyable evening for our large party. I would have complained however the evening was ruined enough that we just wanted to leave.

It’s a nice place with a good serene environment, love the beautification and the atmosphere. The food is lovely and delicious. I heard some people who came in to celebrate birthday and the staffs were singing, thou they tried but it will be more lovely if birthday song can be played through a sound system. Thanks

It was an amazing experience, the food is detailed 👌 and delicious, the staff are welcoming 🙏 and the environment is beautiful 😍. The menu text can be improved on, difficult the read, however the staff was ready to take our order from mouth description. I00% recommended.

Service was ok, but as a negative the waiters there was no allergies awareness, also bar-staff have no idea if sweeteners were in the drinks, product awareness is key if you have any allergy against sweeteners or any product for that matter.

Our first time visiting buzz kitchens and we absolutely loved it. We will definitely be returning with our friends and family.

We were ignored once out food order had been taken and we had ordered a sharing platter as well as all the kids meals.

Disappointed with the chicken shish as it was processed chicken,and the restaurant was so cold with the air blower blowing on us,but there wise really nice meal and severs

Booked easily on line. Arrived at restaurant and shown a nice table. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely. Very relaxing. Excellent choice of food from the menu. Our order was taken by a very friendly and helpful waiter. Food was very nice and plentiful, so much so that we couldn’t manage a sweet. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Good food and excellent service

Lovely decor, clean and staff are very attentive and helpful. Our waiter helped us with the menu, offered my mum a taster of the wine before she chose. Quality of food was very good, tasty, meat was melting tender, calamari tender inside, crispy out. Well presented, big portions - too much on the plates for some of us, but that isn’t a bad thing! A very good evening with my table of 6 - we left full and happy. We will be returning.

Very quick and friendly service, chips come a bit after the main meal was brought out but not too bothered, a lot of chips and food was very nice. Service was amazing and deserve a bigger service charge.

Food always good and like the atmosphere in the restaurant

Had a lot of issues yesterday. Normally really good. Cold food/salty. Hair on a few occasions in the food and on napkins. Staff very lovely as per usual, issues were dealt with very quickly.

It was ok , it could be much better considering its a Turkish restaurant!

Efes beer was in a tuborg glass, a little flat and not that cold. Was replaced for a peroni nomquestions asked. Food was brilliant, will be back.

We was met at the Festival Park complex entrance by a staff member who accompanied us to the restaurant….from then on, the service and food was first class.

Food was lovely. Service was poor. Our food was given to the table next to us and we had to wait over an hour for our food. Was not asked if we wanted any more drinks, had to keep calling the waiter for everything. Not very good service.
