This was the first time that we had visitied this restaurant, and we were not disappointed. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially our waiter (unfortunatly I didn't get his name). We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience

I booked a reunion meal for 8 of us. We were tucked in a far corner beside another huge party which was chaotic and noisy. The waiting staff were abrupt from the start and didn’t give us their full attention eg disappearing midway through the order. My dinner did not arrive with everyone else’s so I eventually had to walk the entire lap of the restaurant to find someone to help. My waiter had gone upstairs but when found he said to me ‘why didn’t you tell me before?’… as if I had any chance to.! He should’ve been checking back with us to see if our meals were ok but that didn’t happen. A colleague then offered me a complimentary drink as an apology….which also never arrived. When I complained about this they said they remove my main course from the bill…, then it was still on the bill! So we had to complain again to get it removed. The £28 service charge added was a joke as we certainly had not been well served. We paid and left but didn’t enjoy the noisy, chaotic experience. The food was plentiful but almost too much and no one cleared their plates. Comments from my friends were that they didn’t enjoy their main courses as although they were well presented they thought the quality was poor. The shared platters were enjoyed more than the main courses. The singer was very good but again added to the overwhelming nouse of the whole evening. When we left, the restaurant floor was cluttered, chaotic and looked like a hurricane had blown through. Not the relaxing Saturday evening we had hoped for and not one to be repeated.

The Food and Restaurant is lovely, however this was overshadowed by Severe issues with staff knowledge of allergies especially Gluten Free which a major problem. Most of our table ordered a chicken or Lamb Beyti but we were served Adana Staff are friendly but seriously need training to cater for allergies.

Booked online, table for 11 for birthday celebration. Asked for two requests which Buzz were happy to accommodate. Great value for money and food was delicious as always

Great place, good service and food was lovely. However it’s very expensive even with the deals and I don’t like the service charge being added (I know we haven’t got to pay it but I’ve had a bad experience with contesting it)

I met with my work colleague for 6.00pm and we were greeted and served in a very friendly professional manner. Our meal was very nice and the staff were attentive and helpful with our selections. We will definitely return and would certainly recommend.
