Had an amazing experience for my mums birthday. She was made to feel extra special with a birthday treat and staff singing happy birthday. The food was exceptional, the customer service was amazing. First time dining at the restaurant, but it won’t be the last!!! The food served excelled, and was better than anticipated. The starters were all exceptional with the added bonus of the bread basket and dips. All the main courses were well presented and the portion sizes were beyond what I expected. The staff were all attentive and on hand as and when required. I highly recommend a visit as the food did not disappoint

Lovely clean restaurant. Very friendly staff and food was great. However I felt that the lack of potatoes in the chicken supreme disappointed and had to order another side to top up our dinner. Other than that would defo recommend and return

The restaurant look and feel looked very classy, I'm not a drinker but I could see the cocktails looked amazing. We had a set lunch and the food was fresh delicious and plentiful. The bathrooms were clean too. We really enjoyed the ambience, the food was amazing, we have booked to come back for a special birthday.

It was nice. Most of the food was really good. Only negative comment is the texture of the chicken shish- many of us found the texture of it make it taste like it was raw- even though it wasn’t, it tasted like it which was really off putting, I had to keep spitting it out. I’m not sure how it is prepared but maybe it should be changed because it really wasn’t nice. Aside from that the food was great.

Very relaxing week day meal. We had the set menu which was great value and the food was all delicious

The food took long to come. When the food finally came, 2 meals from the order were missing, which meant more waiting. My son had ordered a steak and chips, they only brought the steak with no chips. We had to chase the the waiters up a few times for the chips. Chips finally came when he had almost finished his steak. We asked for more bread 3 times, each time we were told the bread was coming, but it never came. The live entertainment was good though. I think they were just overwhelmed with orders on the night as the restaurant was full with people celebrating mother's day.

Food was lovely, staff were very friendly, but service was extremely slow. It was mothers day so would expect a slight wait but it took 3.5 hrs just to have mains and x1 dessert. We had to ask for drinks, mains and dessert orders to be taken multiple times, we asked for water for the table numerous times. There was a singer and saxaphone player which were very good and we enjoyed the entertainment, but the music was very very loud and we were struggling to hear each other speak.

The staff were amazing. The food superb the atmosphere incredible. The live music was absolutely brilliant and talented. Would 100% recommend a trip to Buzz Kitchen. And will 100% be returning.

I’ve been here a couple of times with my Son, who’s 9. We both love it here. Delicious food, really kind staff, great music. Can’t fault it. We always have a great time and will definitely be back.

Staff were really attentive and polite and didnt rush us at all. The portion sizes were very generous. Really impressed with the place.

First visit, read the reviews and didnt experiance the negatives. Table was booked, shown immediately to table ( restaurant was nearly to capacity ) We sat near the windows so was away from larger groups . Being near the windows wasnt affected by the music it wasnt loud as some reviewers stated and I want the playlist, loved the tunes. Service was great although another same starter was bought to the table when finished our starter...lol. Food portions were large and cooked v well. Great night out. Thank You.

This restaurant has gone downhill since I was last there in November. The staff were rude and some couldn’t even understand English. My lamb shish was undercooked, however the chicken shish was nice. The music was too loud and the lights were too bright. There are so many Turkish restaurants in this area, go to them and avoid this one.

They didn't have a starter that my friend wanted and the shish chicken wasn't quite as moist and fender as previous Turkish meals have been . I'd say a bit dry . Overall though was a nice experience
