Lovely food. Friendly staff. Bit cold but you cant really help it in the food court.

We booked our time slot for 13.30, we arrived got seated immediately, ordered drinks and was given time to review the menu, our meals can out which were very hot as was the separate bowl of fries, overall a very pleasant visit on this occasion, as USA yak all the staff were polite and very helpful, Thank you

We had a lovely lunch with the family today. Lovely quiet location, excellent service from Gabi & lovely food.

Gabby & Co working so hard as it was very busy (which was great news, and such a revival to post covid days, as it is one of our favourite places to eat) - yet service was still very good & quality of food really excellent. The only downside of such busyness was we couldn’t have our preferred table which they would normally let us have - no problem though as there was a family with lots of kids enjoying a party!!

Only two front of house staff, one of them working extra hard so fair play to him! Food is very mediocre, portions very small...we used a voucher and would absolutely not have been happy to have paid full price. No-one wants to see a chain go under but you have to wonder how some of them keep going - Italian food is not rocket science, keep it simple, cook it well, serve a decent portion and you're winning. Carluccios was none of these in our experience.

Me and my friends had a get together here. We had a fantastic meal. We all chose the sirloin steak which was great. Our server was Ana she was very professional and friendly. We can't wait to visit there again.

Really pleasant first experience at the restaurant today. Nothing was too much trouble and our waitress was lovely and helpful.

One of the meals wasn't overly hot, we had to get up to ask for condiments, at no stage did anyone ask how the food was.

Apparently there is a new rule that says they can’t serve me anything because of my allergies. The manager was afraid of cross contamination because an almond croissant was next to a pan au chocolate. Even though I can eat Almonds (I have an allergy to some other nuts) and the pan au chocolate doesn’t have nuts in the chocolate she told the waitress that I wasn’t allowed to order anything. She said the law had changed around cross contamination. Well my friend looked it up and couldn’t find anything. So I ended up with a drink whilst watching my friends eat. I have managed my allergy for almost 50 years so I think I know what I can and can’t eat. I’ve never had this trouble before at this restaurant. We made a joke of it as the waitress was lovely but inside I felt singled out and unclean.

Booked a table at for 7:30, was told we needed to order within 5mins and they closed at 8pm. It therefore felt very rushed. Please don’t take bookings that close to closing if it’s going to put stress on staff and customers. Thanks

To book on line was very easy, the service on this occasion was slow. The food was of reasonable quality and price, the pistachio tiramisu was not nice and I would not recommend this as a dessert .

Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Food was perfect and the service was extremely good. From the welcome to paying the bill we were treated perfectly. Only down side was a larger group sat next to us but that is no fault of the staff, it was a very busy pre christmas lunch.

I had booked before going today and the table they gave us was so dark because of canopy’s had no lights working! So I had to complain and did we did get moved. We didn’t really enjoy our food - had burger which was dry and tasteless. The service was so slow. Took ages to even take our order and then had to wait ages for drinks and food. The restaurant was not full. Paid £64 for 3 adults - which is about the going rate for a meal

Il Giardino pasta dish - usual choice but chillis much hotter than usual! Chicken Milanese dish - quite dry and needs some sauce perhaps

My husband and I were a little worried after seeing the Google rating score at 3.6/5 but I can honestly say we both thoroughly enjoyed both of our pasta dishes. We asked for garlic bread to start which came as two pieces of toasted bread with smashing of garlic butter - for us it was too buttery! Service was a little slow, possibly a little short on staff but wasn't terribly slow.

Terribly disappointed when we arrived to be told we did not have a reservation. I did not think it would be necessary to take a copy of your confirmation. It was, in case you are interested, 152588417. Terribly embarrassing in front of my guests. Fortunately your man was able to fit us in but it doesn’t encourage us to come again. When we arrived our table was waiting and available, we gone waiter service for drinks in a reasonable time, when drinks came out we were asked if we were ready to order, which we were. The waiter took our order., we waited at least 25 mins for our meals to arrive, only 5 came out and we had to wait for out last meal to arrive, eventually it came after say 4-5 mins which was a wee bit disappointing, but hey that’s life I suppose, it was a Sunday and very busy, overall a lovely meal and Staff.
