It was, in case you are interested, 152588417. Terribly embarrassing in front of my guests. Fortunately your man was able to fit us in but it doesn’t encourage us to come again. Dad enjoyed his birthday meal, and especially enjoyed the green tea. He’s thinking of getting some to have at home.

When we arrived our table was waiting and available, we gone waiter service for drinks in a reasonable time, when drinks came out we were asked if we were ready to order, which we were. The waiter took our order., we waited at least 25 mins for our meals to arrive, only 5 came out and we had to wait for out last meal to arrive, eventually it came after say 4-5 mins which was a wee bit disappointing, but hey that’s life I suppose, it was a Sunday and very busy, overall a lovely meal and Staff.

All okay except portion size too much for us. Staff were extremely helpful after I tripped and fell over and they and other customers deserve hold caring medals.

We have often had breakfast in carluccios at cribbs and mickolai took our order.he is such an asset to carluccios , always very polite and accomodating.just very good at his job!. Ten out of ten.

Staff were friendly and food was good apart from lack of seasoning in carbonara and hugely disappointing calzone for dessert which was leathery and completely bland apart from the filling - not worthy of a Carluccio's menu listing.

It was my 58th birthday it was an amazing time with my daughters. The food was delicious.

The service was very good. The young man who served us was attentive, friendly and efficient.

After ordering our meal we waited 1 hour for it to be served - it appears it had been forgotten - not the best. However when we came to pay the bill they did give us a discount but we’d rather have had our meal within a reasonable amount of time . We won’t be going back again

The service was poor from start to finish. Food was average. No one checked if the food was ok. No priority given to people who had booked even though there were separate queues.

Meals were lovely, cocktails were very nice too. Service very good. Always eat there when I visit Cribbs.

We enjoyed our lunch but we had to wait quite a long time for it to appear. Most disappointing was the fact that the white wine had completely run out (no delivery we were told). Couldn’t believe it.

I booked our table for 5 on aarival I was asked to show my reservation. Apparently my name wasn't enough. Eventually the waiter came back and read my phone reservation. Not a very welcoming start. When our food arrived it wasn't special. Ranging from tasteless to greasy chips and overcooked chicken. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Very disappointed

Lasagna was very dry indeed. Two other meals were very nice. The last one was our fault because she didn’t want garlic in anything, and they had nothing at all to offer her except a small plain salad. It is Italian which she knew. Most places find something for her.. Staff busy but friendly.

Such a wonderful branch at Cribbs Causeway , all the team are simply superb and you are made to feel very welcome and cared for .Please pass my huge thanks to the splendid team there .

Meeting friends for lunch, booked table previously on- line. Service was fine, food really good but had to pay by cash as their system had gone down, that was a bit of a novelty but really no problem.

I love this restaurant, not just for its great food but the staff are so lovely, welcoming and helpful.
