Carluccio's - Sheffield - Meadowhall

Lovely space & welcoming. A little limited on gf portions on set/festive menu's. Tomato soup said that gf version was avaliable, but this just meant no bread subsitute at all, & this was not obvious. So would not have ordered. When asking server for a gf dessert choice, said it would have to be full price. As we were a table of 8, I just declined the dessert as its less hassle than to persue the matter. Otherwise a nice lunch for all.

Service very slow. Took quite a while for our order to be taken and to receive our drinks. Chicken Milanese to overcooked

Very pleasant visit over all. I have been here a number of times and usually order from the Set Menu, this has changed since my last visit and I am a little disappointed with the current options.

Five main items on the menu were not available. Service was lacklustre. Had to ask for everything - cutlery, cheese, oil etc.

took the family of six, pre booked a table for lunch time which is a must as it gets busy very quickly. Had to wait a little for the table but not a problem, menu choices good and was delicious and enjoyed by all.

I would like to have had about 50% more chicken on my chicken Caesar salad. Also, I thought the chicken texture was like packet chicken from the supermarket. Not value for money.

A fantastic Italian restaurant, up there with the best in Sheffield. The food was great, with lovely flavours, the service from Vaia was superb and the prices were very competitive too. Highly recommended, now our go-to place to eat in Medowhall.

Service good. Food ok, small portions for the price, not cheap. £3.50 for 1 extra sausage a complete scam. Same price for 2 strips of pancetta

The staff were really friendly and food was lovely but the service was very slow and we noticed people coming in after us and got their food before us. We did get a discount off our bill which was nice due to how long we waited
