early evening booking prior to theatre. Greeted quickly and table allocated in quiet location. Drinks order promptly taken and water also provided. Familiar with Carluccio's menu so food order quickly taken. Food to usual high standard and enjoyed by all. Service very good and meal finished in good time for theatre visit. Even better, if future visit made to any Carluccio's restaurant within four weeks, 50% off food order. Result!

food was OK but poor value for money. salad was very basic. chicken burger not generous.

The food was good. My chicken Milanese was slightly dry and could have done with a sauce. Mayo solved the issue. Our waiter was excellent.

I've dined at carlucios on many occasions over the years and sometimes it's not what I expect from this restaurant. Today's visit wasn't as I'd hoped, my food wasnt up to standard and the menu was very limited. The restaurant was very quiet. The lasagne I'd ordered had very little meat in it and wasn't very hot either. The meal came to 54 pounds for the two of us so not cheap and definitely mot worth the money.

Food was ok but chicken Milanese coating was over cooked! Tomatoes were cold. Wine was mediocre. Had to ask waitress to serve dessert

The food we had was good but, as has happened in the past, it was not possible to have our meal of choice (breakfast in this case) because they were "out" of certain items of food (pancakes in this indtance).
