Courteous waiting staff, good tasty food. A very quiet night

It was really good dining experience this time. Thank you so much. I requested a table by the window, a huge plus! It was a busy, Saturday lunch time and the restaurant is buzzing. Monica looked after us very well. Drinks and food arrived promptly. Completely satisfied with the service. Thanks Monica. Will be back again.

Excellent service, good food. All round good experience. Only comment decor could do with a bit of a make over - felt a bit like a too light bright McDonalds, not thatbI’ve ever been in one of those awful places

The staff were exceptional. The lady who served our party couldn't do enough to make our dining experience much more than just a meal. We had a disabled party member, one guest came latevand we had a family dog with us that was allowed to stay with us. The staff were very helpful, flexible, kind, thoughtful and gave a service second to none. The food was delicious.

Waited 1 and a half hours for food, when it arrived food was good, but had to rush as we had to get to the theatre. Not a good experience .

7 of us ( 5 adults, 2 children ) came for a meal before the BFG show at RSC and were given superb service. Friendly and chatty and absolutely professional. The birthday of Grandad Joe was acknowledged and celebrated and we felt really well looked after - thank you so much - you were part of a great family night out !

As always lovely food and an excellent place for pre RSC theatre meal but sadly VERY slow service last night. Even though we allowed ourselves plenty of time we had to skip dessert to avoid missing the start of the show.

Service was excellent and all of our group enjoyed the meal. The half price mains was unexpected but welcome. The restaurant was not as busy as we have seen on previous visits.

Not worth the money. Only two other tables so not a great atmosphere- but food was below expected level of flavour for italian food in a specialist Italian restaurant. Waitress was very nice but didnt make up for the food

pretheatre lunch for 8 including 3 children. Good choices on menu . Friendly waitress. It was busy and our food took 40 mins to arrive, children given colouring books when asked for - we made it to the theatre on time. Pancetta in carbonara was very fatty.

Good menu with plenty of veggie options. Food came quickly so we didn't have to rush through or pre-theatre meal. Staff were friendly and efficient. Recommended.

The calamari was lovely but the mains were not good. My pasta was very hot and burnt my tongue. The burger was overcooked. The chicken milanese was overcooked too with no flavour. The wine was very overpriced too. Service was good and attentive.

Service good considering how busy the restaurant was . I person serving and manager on the bar etc were all staff team visible . Waitress very friendly and efficient. Would definitely return .

Sausage and saffron arancini with barely any sausage, saltimbocca that had been under the hot lamp so long the cream had turned to cheese and dry panettone with no syrup in the trifle. The sea bass was excellent though. No effort made on diners notes which was disappointing

Booked a table for two so that we could eat a proper meal while we were on a "Christmas Market" trip to Stratford. Did the same thing a few years ago, both times it was wet! Good service throughout, meals excellent and a nice bottle of wine plus a coffee made the visit a worthwhile, enjoyable experience.

Service was really slow. Brought wrong starters. Food luke warm when eventually served. Understaffed.
