I have been eating at this restaurant for 37 years and I have never had problems. It is getting better all the time.

Worse customer service, very rude staff. I made a reservation with the app when I got there with my boyfriend (who is italian and was ashamed to be there) on Saturday night they just pointed a free table to us and we had our dinner in 25 minutes because they were rushing, food not good, ordered a lasagna and received a single slice. Tesco’s ready meal lasagna is twice the size. I’m very desapointed. If I could I’d give 0 star. Btw just got notification they cancelled my reservation, so they’re not even able to track their “customers”. GREAT JOB GUYS 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Our second time there and as good as the first. Great authentic Italian cooking. And not very pricey especially for London.

We ate there before catching a train from King's Cross. Portions were enormous (did not manage to eat it all, took some home), good value for money, friendly and efficient.

Great service and food as usual. This was a girlie get together so we did lots of chat and never felt rushed to finish up. The Tiramisu is wonderful! If you are after a quite restaurant this is not it, but for good Italian food this is great.

Good food and friendly staff. Very noisy. Maybe it’s noisier at the front of the restaurant! Perhaps try the back next time. No room for pudding this time.

Food was ok, but not fantastic. Service was lacking and seating was very cramped. Results in sitting intimately close to other diners. Large range of wines listed on menu.

Food was average. Request for mayonaise to go with calamari produced a squeezy bottle of Helmans. My fish was overcooked. They forgot my first course which was annoying. On balance we won't be returning.

I like the decoration and the food. I don't like all those stairs you have to walk up and down to go to the loo, which is a common ailment in London. The tables are the right size for the HUGE amounts of food we got. Nobody asked for desert as we were all full. I asked for tea all the time as I had a cold and I wanted to drink something warm, two people asked for house wine and they liked it. Another person asked for an appetizer of sardines, which could have been a main dish somewhere else for the size of it. They also had pints of lager, and they liked it. I sat down in a corner to avoid the air conditinioning, but one of my friends complained about the opposite towards the end of the dinner - that it was getting stuffy (there was a full house by that time, so no wonder). Oh, but the most important thing is that I had booked for 8 but we were only 5 - people had cancelled last second, apparently they forgot, but for the restaurant staff it was not big deal. I was worried about that, but it was all right.

Great food and at a reasonable price. This is a fantastic find. It is conveniently located near Kings Cross /St Pancras Station. It is a really good place to meet friends for a lovely chatty meal. There is a large Italian menu with pastas, pizzas, salads, meat and fish dishes. Something for everyone. Thoroughly recommend.

Great evening for a group of 6 catching up on work and social gossip. Waiters were charming and we didn't feel rushed at all, even though restaurant did become quite busy. Great fresh food (be prepared to wait a little while as everything is cooked to order). Pizzas were a really good size, though needed help cutting them into wedges as particular knack using the knifes. Tagliatelli just right mix of pasta to sauce and excellent chicken. No competition for desert - we all had a super light Tiramisu!! One thing - it's quite a compact area and noise does reverberate and it's a very chatty place, so if you want a quiet, romantic evening probably not the place.

Efficient and friendly staff (totally different from the staff in restaurants in Italy). Food of good quality, not excellent but good price quality ratio. Clearly visited by local Italians, which is always a good sign.

Big tick to everything. Food very good and reasonable. Kids menu available. Friendly fast service. Very clean restaurant with great air-con and plenty of light. We were given a large table for 6 at rear - not crowded. prefer this restaurant with personality rather than one of the ubiquitous Italian chain restaurants found everywhere across London

Solid old school Italian - if your looking for fancy then your in the wrong place. But if your after the sort of food that the Italians would choose then you won’t go wrong with Casa Mama - loved the sardines in particular

An excellent restaurant. Recommended by my son who works in London. Always had excellent food quality there. An excellent quick service also. Extremely helpful staff. Very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras, so I have used it when travelling through those stations. Much nicer than sitting in the usual noisy chain restaurants/cafes in the stations. I would highly recommend a visit!
