Friendly staff, delicious meals, cosy ambiance and fast efficient service. I felt the menu had a good range of reasonably priced courses, and the service provided was excellent.
Great food and big portions. good wine and service. Very reasonably priced especially considering it's so close to kings cross rail station. Nice family meal.
My wife and I had a great time. Excellent food. Friendly service. Easy to get to the restaurant. Would definitely recommend to a friend, and would gladly return.
I booked a table online and was impressed the member of staff greeted me by name. Courteous, efficient service. Excellent food and good value. House red a good choice. Would happily visit again.
Great food, friendly host, prompt service. My only quibble was that the chairs were a bit uncomfortable, but compared to all the rest who is arguing. Go there. It is great.
Nice welcome. Food no better or worse than other Italian restaurants we have visited but I prefer the more cosy atmosphere at my favourite Bistro Benito in Earls court which feels much more family Italian being a Bistro. Slight problem with our waiter forgetting the olives with our bread but all in all a fairly pleasant experience which probably would be better in the evening.
Good food, large portions. Service efficient and friendly. Food arrived quickly. Specials were excellent. Great location near Kings Cross Station. House wine was very good value.
Great food, great service and relatively cheap (for London). It was busy, which is always a good sign, so make sure you book if you don’t want to wait.
Third visit to this lovely little trattoria. Pasta and Tiramisu just as needed after long day's work. Staff always polite, you never feel rushed to finish up and leave.
Very delicious food!!! Would definitely go back. The inside was cute and cozy. The whole experience felt very authentic and the service was great too.
Tasty food I have had pasta and pizza on seperate occasions. House wine good and overall everything is very well priced. Good prompt polite service.
This is a lovely restaurant. They were great with my little girl and have a kids’ menu. I have the chicken and artichoke dish which was absolutely delicious. Recommended! And great to see a non-chain restaurant surviving the redevelopment of Kings’s Cross.
Another lovely mealand very reasonable for the centre of London. Usually come when in London. Good menu. All staff really friendly will be returning next time in London
We had booked for a large number of people and despite arriving early and one extra appearing the restaurant staff made us very welcome and quickly sorted out our seating to cope with the change
Excellent food our waiter was very accommodating. I would eat there again good value for money and so reasonably priced compared to many restaurants in the area
I HAVE VISITED CASA MAMA WITH FRIENDS ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS. THE STAFF ARE SECOND TO NONE, THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD AND EXCELLENT VALUE AND THE RESTAURANT HAS A LOVELY ATMOSPHERE. I AM GOING AGAIN FOR CHRISTMAS LUNCH WITH 14 MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY.
Lovely warm welcome from the friendly manager. Attentive and helpful waiters. Great food. Reasonable price. But be sure to book as it is very popular!!
Overpriced average food and average service - just not a great place. Keep being dragged back by friend who seem to like it for some reason- fail to see why.
Good food, pizzas are excellent, friendly staff. Gets busy so will need to book if you're visiting from early evening onwards but quieter during day.
Food was delicious and the waiting staff are so friendly. Would recommend for sure, but best to book in advance as gets quite busy in the evenings.
Pretty good foods but few dairy free options and service could have been better given the restaurant was quite quiet. But given its proximity to the stations it offers something a bit different so thank you!
Pasta dishes on the small side but the pizza looks nice and authentic. I had a salad which was OK nothing special and certainly not worth the price.
5 of us getting together for a catch up... the food was lovely, mixed bunch of vegetarians and carnivores all happily full by the end of the meal. The charming waiters were attentive without being pushy and we didn't feel rushed to finish and leave - we took 3 hours in the end to catch up! We were very pleasantly surprised by the bill which included 2 bottles of wine. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like good pizza or pasta in a great environment. We'll definitely be going back.
As usual we had excellent service and a superb meal, attentive friendly staff. The menu was extensive and more than covered our requirements. Many thanks, we will definitely recommend you and we will return.
Good food, good service, dated decor but a feel of authenticity to the place. People kept coming and going all night so nice atmosphere. All the family enjoyed.
We had a nice meal but my jacket got drenched in a leak from next door and the owner could not see why this bothered me and was very dismissive.
Service by young waiters was slow and careless compared with several years ago. No olive oil on the table, no offer of bread, no ground pepper. We wont be going back when there is so much competition.
We were a family of 11, ranging in age from 3 to 70s and had a wonderful meal. Excellent service and everyone enjoyed their choice of meal (even the children). Would choose again when next visiting London.
Great little find, food was great and the staff were friendly. I had Spaghetti Milianase which was delicious. Good portions and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend
Met friends for lunch and enjoyed the fact that we could hold a conversation in a pleasant atmosphere with good food and a glass of wine.
Food was lovely, shared the veggie pizza and the calzone- both were delicious! Nice wine and service too :) would definitely visit again. The waiter took my suitcase and stored it away from the table which was really helpful too!
Abrupt first impression as they were very busy and I forgot to change our booking from 5 people to 4 but once sat, the food and service was lovely.
What a gorgeous place to eat. Lovely atmosphere. We had children with us who were a dream to feed. They loved it all. The pizza and spaghetti bologese went down a treat with them. The owner and waiter couldn't have been anymore helpful. Had olives and garlic bread to start and then fantastic main meals. Great family feel about the restaurant. Downstairs there is more seating. Enough space without being cramped. Great personal service. A fantastic choice fir a meal and a 2 minute walk from Kings Cross ...ideal.
Book ahead, you know it makes sense. The service and food were great, I heartily recommend visiting this restaurant, I will next time in London.
Fantastic food and staff, very reasonably priced. This was my second visit and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. A very authentic Italian restaurant!
Great little Italian restaurant located near Kings cross station. Very well priced and does fantastic pizzas for less than a tener...And the waiters are fun as well
Traditional Italian for very reasonable price in London. Staff were friendly despite us running late (and having an extra person; 6 rather than 5). Slow service to start, hence dropping one mark to 5/6. Once we had ordered the food was provided in a timely fashion. Recommend the Pizza.
