Tasty tapas and a fun vibe are what awaits you at Casa Med on Bromsgrove High Street. With a menu filled with lots of Spanish and Mediterranean tapas, as well as some international spins on small plate dishes it’s the perfect spot to eat out with friends and family. Be warned though, because tapas are a super social way of eating out, so make sure you’re ready to share your food with others before booking a table at this Bromsgrove spot!
Do you ever get food envy, when someone else’s dishes arrive at the restaurant and you experience instant jealousy and regret? Well, when you go for tapas that doesn’t happen because you’re supposed to share all the dishes! Casa Med in Bromsgrove, located on High Street, specialise in small, delicious plates from various different international cuisines.
Great news for those who enjoy drinking a tipple or two as they dine, because Bromsgrove’s Casa Med has a sizeable drinks offering complete with cocktails, sangria, wine, spirits, beers and more. From flatbreads to olives and homemade dips such as butterbean hummus and olive tapenade, to more substantial international meals like sirloin steak strips with piquillo peppers and red onion in a white wine & Spanish Valdeón blue cheese sauce the menu at Casa Med has plenty of treats on offer. Don’t worry if you’re vegetarian, because there’s plenty of meat-free options at this Bromsgrove spot, including halloumi fries served with a red onion jam and a sweet chilli jam dip that are absolutely delicious. Ideal for a special occasion or function, Casa Med in Bromsgrove is well suited to big groups and it even has a great party menu for groups of over 8 people, where a wide range of snacks and dishes get served to the table en masse.
Lovely food and brilliant service as always. Atmosphere is really nice too feels like your sat in a Spanish tapas restraunt. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.
Excellent food, great service & set in lovely surroundings with an authentic atmosphere, could have been in another country! the waitress was particularly lovely & very helpful, I would highly recommend & definitely go back again.
I have Been quite a few times now, always great, friendly service, the food is exceptional and the quality never falters. Best tapas outside of Spain.
A lovely place nice atmosphere we arrived half hour late due to bad traffic but they still accommodated us very friendly and the food was to die for
This was our first visit to Casa Med and I have to say that the quality of the food was fantastic. the staff also were very helpful and accommodating, looking after our party of 6 really well. the only two observations we would like Casa Med to address in the future was the chocolate sauce accompanying the churros was too runny and the quality of some of the chairs outside were poor, with some of them nearing collapse. I'm sure that Casa Med will be addressing these issues, as both were pointed out to them during our visit and they were grateful of the comments.
Hidden Gem.Fabulous Night. We have eaten TAPAS all over the world starting in an horrendously smokey joint in Seville many years ago. Casa Med is up there with the very very best , Great reception from lovely staff, quaint understated decor, excellent service and absolutely FABULOUS food. On our last three visits, I have deliberately made a different choice each time. Every one has been stunning. All the hot choices of meat/chicken/fish etc are outstanding & the salads exceptional. Difficult to recommend any dish, my only recommendation is to try it now. They do a brilliant 3 for £12 lunch time deal. If it's Barcelona or Bromsgrove for TAPAS for me it's Casa Med Bromsgrove.
Robust flavours, spicy food, fresh flavours, warm seasonings, refreshing beers.......you name it it can be provided by Casa Med. Along with friendly staff up for small children, unusual adult celebrations and ready to share opinions about their favourite dishes. Forget franchises and microwaves and experience full flavoured dishes, Casa Med rocks.
This was the first time we had visited Casa, we had tickets for the local theatre and booked this place because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor. The building its self is quirky and there was a lovely buzz around the place. The menu is varied and the food was excellent, we took advice from our waitress and ordered 3 tapas dishes between us and this was sufficient. The prawns were particularly delicious and the additional bread was perfect for dipping. Our waitress was also excellent as were other members of staff who took time out while obviously very busy to give us directions to the theatre. The price also was reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. We will visit again, an all round fantastic experience.
First visit to Casa Med and now I see what the hype is all about. Amazing choice of tapas and the mojito was just too good so had to have a second (bit on the expensive side though)! The only really negative was sitting next to toilets and so there was a flow of people bumping into my husband as they went passed.
Amazing drinks and the tastiest tapas (harrisa chicken was stunning) with great service, never can fault an evening spent at Casa Med. the online booking is so good too if you're not planning weeks in advance to be able to keep an eye on tables that become available.
