Very caring staff regarding dietary requirements . Went above and beyond.

If you are going to offer real ale please give the customer a true bitter, not some alcohol pop. Who in their right mind wants to start the evening on a beer flavoured with cranberry & orange?

Chadwicks is always a good place to eat and drink, has improved year on year.

The food and service was good as always but the visit was spoilt by the group next to us who obviously were trying to get a free meal.Disgraceful antics they should have been told to leave.

I’ve ate at Chadwicks many times but first for Sunday lunch, the food was tasty and a really good menu to choose from.

Very friendly staff. As I was cold as usual, the restaurant manager brought a heater over to our table which I really appreciated. Nice food would defiantly recommend. Cheeseboard & coffee near the fire next time. 😋 Jill

Very nice Sunday lunch with friends. Always seem to get table in smaller room however and prefer to sit in main room. Booked 3 weeks in advance but still given same table in that room.

Visited here for the first time for a birthday celebration. Can't fault anything about it. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Wish we had discovered it earlier. Will definitely be coming back again.

Restaurant has changed the chef and atmosphere since our last visit as portion sizes smaller and relaxed area by the fireplace has disappeared.

The food was the best it’s ever been! The mackerel and salmon starters were spectacular, and the Chateaubriand cannot be beaten.

We have left going for a while as we found the same menu items were on pretty much every visit. Thus visit all the starters were the same as our last visit so we didn't have one as there was nothing we liked.

We had a large table at the back. Every course was fantastic. There was a little wait between courses but his is to be expected for the quality of the meals - they were like a work of art! Highly recommended and I will be back.
