Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and cannot fault this lovely little restaurant tucked away in the Lanes. The steaks were amazing and perfectly cooked. The staff were attentive and friendly and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely come again and tell all my friends!

First time visiting and it was recommended by a friend. Quite vibrant with pleasant and engaging staff. We opted for the meat taster which has 4 decent size cuts of steak however, the cuts of meat were not identified as to which one was which and the salad was a very basic one with tomatoes and cucumber with a few mixed leaves so very disappointing and the chunky chips although okay, was a very small portion and certainly not enough for two. Would I go back, probably not but the steak was delicious. I just didn’t know what cut of meat we were eating. Was quite pricey too

This restaurant is amazing. It's fairly small, so I would suggest you book well in advance. We have been here twice now, and both times for my Birthday. The steaks are cooked to perfection. The ambiance is fabulous. The staff are really friendly. Would recommend to all meat eaters .

I've eaten Steak in many , many restaurants but last night my Mrs & i were blown away by the most fantastic Steaks we've ever eaten . They were cooked to perfection as we like them rare to medium ! So very tasty & juicy. Thank you for the wonderful food & service Chamuyo. They been there for 5 years how comes ive never found them before . Ha ha long may the continue. We are definatly going back again soon !

This is our second visit to Chamuyo in 6 months.. There can be the worry that things have changed (the menu, the Chef) and wasn't as good as you remembered. But, both times have been fantastic.

Wine by the glass so useful but also liable to occasionally be opened too long. My Malbec was fine , maybe and only maybe the Syrah was starting to oxidise. All in all good wine great food.

Détail pratique qui a son importance à Brighton : restaurant assez proche du parking du théâtre Excellent accueil et service Viande de qualité (les Argentins, au moins, savent cuire une viande saignante ce que les Anglais ne me semblent pas avoir encore compris). Bon rapport qualité / prix même si le repas reste onéreux au global (100£ à deux avec entrée et plat, sans dessert ni vin).
