Great steaks, great team & lovely wine, overall a very enjoyable dinner.

We had the best experience here! Instantly felt such a warm atmosphere when we arrived, the food was outstanding, we had the spicy beef empanadas which were beautiful and then the steaks for main were some of the best steaks we have ever had!! Will be recommending Chamuyo to everyone that goes to Brighton!

Great staff and service, but disappointed with ribeye. I have previously bought and cooked this myself and never found it to be so full of tough conjoined tissue. Really tough going, not lush and succulent as you might expect for a £32 steak.

In a city full of restaurants, this is certainly one to visit! A brief overnight stay in Brighton led me to looking at small, intimate restaurants near to the hotel. As soon as I was greeted, I knew it was going to be a great experience. There is a great buzz in the place and throughout, the waiting staff were amazing! The steaks were to die for, cooked to perfection and great value for money. This place is perfect for couples, groups and families alike...thank you, we will be back!

Food-amazing as always. Service-top notch. Every single staff member always treats us like royalty and work so hard. We always have an amazing time at Chamuyo, the food is amazing and so flavoursome. The girls where very busy,but still very attentive and polite. Despite one table being extremely rude to them, they where fantastic. Food was exceptional, steak was cooked exactly as asked for.please keep it up. Best steak house I’ve been to. Thank you

Food was good but service was not . Staff with no knowledge of anything on the menu , time taken to get an answer to a straight forward question was awful . 15 minute wait to get a dessert menu and when I asked a second time was given attitude by a staff member- they constantly remind diners you only have a 2 hour slot at the table but leave us waiting for simple requests.

A busy Saturday night but the staff were magnificent. Very good.
