Excellent food and service but the “ comfy “ seats were close to the bar area which on occasion got a bit loud from the guests Otherwise an excellent evening

Good locally sourced and home cooked food. Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Excellent service with attentive...but not overbearing staff. Will definitely book again next time we're in the area. Thank you for a lovely Sunday lunch.

We Visited this lovely warm and cosy country Pub on Sunday afternoon. Both had Sunday lunches 1 beef and 1 lamb. Food and service was excellent. Will definitely be going again very soon.

Food only warm and price wise, not value for money. Won't be recommending to friends and family. So will not be visiting again unfortunately so quite disappointed after reviews we had heard.

Best Sunday roast in the area. Great atmosphere too. Friendly staff and locals, service was excellent and family friendly. Open fire and a dog friendly bar area.

We had a lovely Sunday dinner!! The portion sizes and choice of meals was just right and the two ladies who looked after us were attentive and great at their job! We will be back but hopefully able to sqeeze in a pudding too!
