Main courses shift from continental options like the smoked paprika corn-fed chicken breast with ratatouille, new potatoes and thyme jus and Italian herb and parmesan gnocchi with a white wine and basil sauce to British classics given a luxury touch – the honey-mustard-glazed pork belly with black pudding mash, roasted carrots, crispy kale and cider sauce is a fantastic seaside all-weather warmer.
