Great food for this very touristy location. Extremely friendly staff. They offered us a discount as the food was a bit slow to arrive, also it was not so bad.

The cheese burger was excellent and the premises comfortable. Overall the food was of a high standard. The staff were also welcoming and efficient. I'm so pleased to find a reasonably priced diner so close to work I will, without doubt return. Thank you.
Breakfast at Clive’s Midtown Diner is no joke – we’re talking big American-sized portions, decadent ingredients and some of the best diner coffee in London. We recommend the Clive’s breakfast platter, a huge plate complete with sausage, bacon, eggs (any way you like ‘em), boston beans, grilled tomatoes and a pile of hash browns. Another favourite are Toby’s pancakes, cooked up nice and fluffy with maple syrup, just how they’re meant to be. Centrally located on Museum Street in Holborn, Clive’s Midtown Diner serves laid-back eats just steps from major sights like the British Museum.
Stop in for lunch and decide between a number of delicious burgers like the bacon blue burger (topped with blue cheese, bacon jam, lettuce, tomato and mayo) or the smokey pig burger (a beef patty topped with Mexican pulled pork, chipotle mayo and xni-pec). Holborn’s herbivores can get on board with the eager vegan burger, made using a patty made from chickpeas and sweet potatoes and topped with veggies and Clive’s sauce. Don’t even think about leaving this London American restaurant down Museum Street without sampling desserts such as Clive’s ice cream sundae, blueberry cheesecake pie and homemade banana bread – go big or go home!
