The food was excellent. Great choice and also vegan options. The restaurant had all the necessary covid measures in place but still had a lovely welcoming feel. Service was first class. The prices were on a par with other places with this quality of food. Very nice place and we will go back for sure .

It was a beautiful meal, the food was lovely, the staff were very polite and friendly and looked after us. It is such a beautiful relaxing place to sit in, totally enjoyed it. We felt the drinks were quite expensive though. Apart from that we had a steak deal voucher from Groupon and it was well worth the money and definitely will go back again.

I love this place and the staff are always very pleasant however......I asked how the macaroni and black pudding was served and was told that the black pudding was served on the top of the macaroni so that was perfect. When my main arrived it looked the black pudding had been mixed through the cheese sauce and it didn’t look appetising at all. I did mention this to the waitress and she then said sometimes it comes like this 🤷🏼‍♀️. Too polite for my own good I ate about 2/3 of it but I didn’t enjoy it. To cheer myself up I ordered a ‘Lemon Bonbon’ cocktail. It arrived and it was very transparent and right away I knew that there wasn’t any egg white in it. Again too polite, I drank it. When the waitress came over to see if we wanted anything else I asked was there egg white in my cocktail and she she immediately said ‘no, do you want me to make you another one with it in it?’ I said no as we were ready to leave but why show ingredients for drinks and not make them properly? I really expected a discount from our bill but no gesture was offered. We paid in full and even included a tip out of sheer gratitude to be out after not being able to for so long, and left. It would have been the end of it but I then get asked to review so I have and have been very honest. If it’s any consolation my husband enjoyed his steak pie.

All very well organised had to give individual contact details. Waiting staff wore masks whole time and tables well distanced between each other. Food was lovely and no rush to vacate the table.

Great food and service, have been before and would definitely go again. Only no alcohol, but that was Covid regulations, but we had a great time. Thank you to the waitresses, very friendly.

The peroni was flat, yet they still tried to charge us. There was a plastic tag in my mashed potato but they still charged us for dinner and offered no explanation about how it happened. Ordered steak pie and the portions were small. Chips were frozen chips not home made. It was quite a disappointment all round.
