Excellent attentive service on this visit to Cote Bank. My party of six enjoy the consistent good quality well presented food. A couple of bottles of the tasty Cote Labourie rose wine was consumed. All in all very good value three course lunch from the premium menu at £19.95. Helpful and professional staff offered unhurried service. Thanks I will be back again soon!

Food and service good but my collegue does not eat egg (Fishcake part of £12.95 menu) and asked for a bit more spinach in its place and was refused.

We had an exceptional time at Cote Bank celebrating a birthday lunch - the service was wonderful and the Cote Team went out of their way to make the celebrations that extra special. They greeted us with a complimentary glass of bubbles, sang happy birthday whilst bringing the cake out and even presented the birthday girl with a beautiful bouquet of flowers! Thanks for a great lunch

The food was good and I do like the venue, however the service lets the restaurant down. It was slow. One main side dish turned up after finishing the main. It took ages for the desert and then bill to turn up. They need to work on this.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to this branch of Cote. Was particularly impressed that when they found out my Aunt was vegan promptly suggested dishes that would suit her. Service was good and staff polite. Looking forward to a next visit.

good service, food arrived quickly despite being a group of 10. Some of the food was not perfect: steaks were not of great quality (Gristle and tasteless) and fries tasted a bit old. Ambience was ok, but a little bit clinical compared to other branches, e.g. lighting and lack of soft furnishings.

Perfect from start to finish. A warm welcome, efficient, friendly staff. Food was lovely cooked really well. There was a nice break between courses not to rushed. My friends first time and she and I will be back. Thank you for making our evening go so well

This was not a normal service at Cote. The staff were under extreme pressure today. It started off well, with quick seating, we had booked, and drinks orders delivered. Then we waited, struggling to catch someone to take our order. We continued to wait. Eventually, our order for two gazpacho, one moules and one salad were taken. We then waited. Eventually the soup came, but the manager tried to take it to another table. We had waited over an hour before the main courses arrived. The problem seemed to be with the kitchen, not front of house who were working hard to deliver service. We were given a discount of £13.50 but then a 12.5% optional service charge was added to the total. Disappointing experience this time.

Fantastic food. I chose the set menu which although limited was a reasonable selection. The minute steak with garlic butter was lovely. Atmosphere was a little lacking but in fairness it was only 17:30 when I entered.

waiter did not attend to us at all. we waited about 25 mins with the dessert menu gave up in the end and had to approach him for the bill.

Can only recommend this restaurant. Perfect service, wonderful food, fantastic beef tartare, great bread, superbe Rose wine, topped by the Breton Fish stew with beautiful, natural ingredients and flavours. Can highly recommend. Very high standard at great prices and generous portions. Definitely will go back to Cote Brasserie !
