Côte Basingstoke

My wife and I booked our anniversary meal at cote. Great service, really well looked after and excellent food and wine pairing advice. Strongly recommend.

We love dining at Côte Brasserie. The food is delicious and we appreciate the monthly changing specials menu so there is always a good selection to choose from. We like the decor and the lighting isn't too harsh which makes for a good atmosphere. We've always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The layout of the restaurant means that we still feel comfortable dining here during the pandemic restrictions.

Fabulous food and great service at Côte. Quieter than usual (although very pleasing to see other diners still eating out and supporting restaurant businesses in these very different times) but otherwise our experience at Côte was just as good as ever.

Tables were nicely spaced and very clean. So I felt safe. Food was very good and the service was excellent. Lovely, delicious food.

I took my wife here for her birthday lunch, she is glutin intolerant the experience and menu were amazing. My wife is so relieved to find a good restaurant that she can eat at and not be stressed about her dietary need oh the food was sooo good to.

We were disappointed that the Fug Cocktail was no longer available. Your staff member told us you only had enough quantities for 2 days worth. We were kindly given our first drink on the house which was appreciated, but the missing the cocktail was a real shame. The waitress took a very long time to take our order and again we had to wait a while for the bill. All in all, as always, a wonderful time was had by all.

Firstly we felt safe with excellent social distancing in the seating area. The quality of the food was as excellent as it always is. All in all a very welcome and pleasant experience.

Excellent, tasty, well presented food with superb attentive service. Can't fault this place, 2nd time I've been and I've not been disappointed. Service charge is included in the price so no need to worry about a separate tip.

Amazing meal and amazing service. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning.

What a fantastic experience last night in Cote Basingstoke, the food was out of this world and the service was perfect. I felt safe and protected and in turn very relaxed. It was a great night out with friends. I haven’t had such a gorgeous meal out in a long time. Excellent.

A really lovely lunch in Cote Basingstoke today. Excellent Covid precautions in place making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Polite and friendly staff and excellent in dealing with my food allergies, they were ultra cautious and careful in preparing and dealing with my food order. Absolutely a 10/10 and can’t wait to return!!!

Excellent service and excellent food as always. We went specifically for the October Chateaubriand which was cooked to perfection.

My wife and I had a lovely meal. We both had three courses and enjoyed them all. We were looking forward to sharing the chateaubriand but unfortunately it wasn’t available, Very disappointing as this was the second time this had happened, we politely brought this to the attention of the staff who dealt with the issue without any fuss. The restaurant was well set up to be COVID safe, but of course this did impact on the atmosphere, which of course is out of their control. Nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, excellent food, very attentive service and an allowance made for our initial disappointment, we will certainly return.

It was such a pleasure to have a great dining experience. Especially in this crazy world we are living in at the moment.

My wife was a little upset (tongue in cheek) as all the things she had chosen pre-meal for her birthday meal were off the menu. The staff were brilliant and offered other food she may enjoy.

Everything done very well re virus provisions. Food very nice. Also service very good.

Alex, the duty manager and her staff were very helpful, especially as I have recently beed diagnosed as Coeliac. The GF options were pretty comprehensive. We all enjoyed a delightful and somewhat filling meal with good service.

The staff were extremely friendly (as usual), and while I normally like my steaks well done, the Chateaubriand was brilliantly perfect.

We had a wonderful time, as ever, great food and service. Will be back soon....

Fantastic dining experience. From the moment we were greeted at the door the staff were courteous and friendly. Food was excellent. It’s just a shame you ran out of some of the specials.

The staff stood around by the door and the service to our table next to the door was extremely poor almost non existent we weren’t asked if we wanted extra drinks the food seemed to have been kept under a warmer as the sauce was conjealed and then you added £14 service charge
