Food is ok, need to improve the service. Tidy the tables. Do not rush between drinks/food/dessert. Let the guests finish before dinner drinks before wine/food arrives. Right now it does not feel professional.
The usual Cote standard- nice food at a great price. No matter where you are in the country Cote is totally consistent. Standard French bistro fare, always good and delivered by pleasant professional staff. Great value.
This is a great French restaurant in Kensington Court, London W8. It has a really good menu and wine list and the staff are very professional and friendly. I have been to this restaurant many times now and it is very difficult to find any fault with this highly enjoyable dining experience.

We enjoyed a very good birthday... Thanks. It was very good and well made food. The desert was crazy! Only 4 choices buy the 2 we ask for were the best!
Delicious food from SpecialsMenu with complementary gin & tonic cocktails. Excellent, cheerful service from enthusiastic team and great atmosphere. A perfect way to spend Friday evening.
Great choice on the menus. Excellent value for money. Food and service were both really good. We thoroughly enjoyed are meal and evening at Cote Kensington.
Excellent meal and good service in a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Disappointing that we were charged for the much promoted March Gin aperitifs! Otherwise, as always a great dining experience at Cote in Kensington.

Great food, good service, great value. Our fifth visit and it never disappoints.
We had a large group of 34. The food and restaurant was ready when we arrived. Manager, assistant manager, and the servers were delightful. the food was magnificent--one of our party said "that was the best dessert I have ever had." We LOVED Cote and will visit again.
Very friendly service, excellent food, and good value for money. A very enjoyable meal. My tart au citron was delicious. Tangy lemon and thin, crisp pastry. Thankyou.
As an elderly widow, your kind offer of the delicious chocolate mousse was much appreciated and enticing .Booking online was easy and successful, a booster for the morale of one who is not too skilled at IT work. .A very warm welcome was lovely, especially being alone on Easter Sunday. Staff were courteous and efficient. The Risotto Verde was wonderful, great flavour and most appropriate for a Springtime Lunch. The Chocolate Mousse was outstanding, followed by a perfect latte. The Cote at Kensington is my favourite, spacious, always well maintained, will return soon to my table by the window. Thank you for my Happy Easter experience.
Good food and good service always an enjoyable experience at Cote
Excellent value which means tasty dishes, well presented and prepared at an affordable price. Service was very good. Very pleasant waiters. Thank you.
Busy time led to wrong cooking instructions on my steak and because of the crowd we were squeezed in by the bar. Not really appropriate or acceptable. This was however an unusual situation given our strong history with the chain. This too will pass.
Wonderful welcome by the Maitre'D, very friendly and efficient waitress together with a good valued meal and bottle of merlot! Will certainly return again in the future.
We are long term CÔTE enthusiasts and last night's visit confirmed our anticipation of an excellent meal in pleasant surroundings attended by professional, congenial staff. (not to mention the smoothness of the complimentary French 75). Merći CÔTE Kensington.
As always a very enjoyable evening. The food was your usual very good standard and the service was excellent. All the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming.
The manager was very helpful in finding us a good table. Food and service excellent as always. One of he better Cote restaurants, managed superbly.
Everything was excellent, just a few occasions when service could have been faster. We shall continue to use Cote Kensington for our six-monthly Old College get together.
We were placed at a table right next to the waiter's station and were disturbed by the constant chatter and clattering of wine glasses. The division between the station and out table was constantly being bumped into by staff and it was not a pleasant experience. I have eaten in Cote in many venues in many towns and this was the worst.
Food at its consistently high standard even though a full busy Friday evening. Staff were welcoming and attentive. I don't need more from a restaurant.
The food was good quality and the set menu is excellent value for money. No problem with paying for the extras as that was expected. It was quite busy but the service was very attentive and the ambience was good ( not too noisy). Only slight gripe is the price of drinks, £9 for a glass of wine was rather more than I would have expected for the quality.
Great food and lovely, friendly staff in one of the better Cote branches in London. Had a relaxed feel to it and didn't feel packed in like some Bistros in London. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.
Charming and attentive staff, excellent food in a very relaxed atmosphere.
We are regulars at this branch of Cote - one of the better ones in this chain ,as it has more of a feel of a local restaurant . The food is reliably good and most importantly great value and the staff welcoming and friendly.
An enjoyable eying with excellent food, the chateaubriand steak was superb.
Buzzing warm ambience, consistently good food and value for money. Excellent staff, always welcoming even very busy.
Great service. My guest did not like her appetizer and the server was happy to exchange it for something else. Always a great dining experience at Côte. Happy to be a frequent diner.
Wonderfully welcoming and happy Maitre D, which obviously makes for a happy staff too as everyone seemed upbeat in their work. Lovely meal, will def visit again.
Excellent menu, quality food with charming French accent. You always feel like at home in extremely friendly atmosphere. Staff is very attentive and helpful. One of the best places in London to have a Sunday lunch with your family or/and friends.
The food as always was excellent and good value, and the service exceptional. I was presented with two free glasses of kir royale because it was close to my birthday, and a charming birthday card with a chocolate truffle!
It was very lovely, great food, tasty, fast and fresh. Great atmosphere and good price. Booking was simple and great specials that change regularly and are inspiring
I had booked a table several days before the planned dining (3 weeks ahead) - and on the day my husband went to the restourant in person to ensure we have a windowtable we like very much. When I arrived to the restaurant at the reserved time, the receptionist said that unfortunately our table had been taken by another couple. I asked to use a similar table which was free at the time, but the receptionist said it is reserved for somebody else. I was offered a table in the back of the restaurant but I said we do not like it there (too dark) and that we had booked a table from the front. I said I will wait for my husband to arrive (waited outside as was not offered a table). My husband came and he enquired about our table. He was told it is taken by others. The receptionist said "my bad". We were really dissapointed as had booked the table so early to ensure we can dine nicely on our anniversary. We ended up leaving to another restaurant. This used to be our regular restaurant - we came at least once a week and have celebrated all our anniversaries there. The staff has changed recently and the customer service has gone from 10 to 0.
Wonderful varied menu at a fair price. Wine was also very good. But what made the evening was the service and the manager who came over to talk and made the evening extra special.
Fantastic atmosphere, waiter was there when needed, but left us two it which was perfect! 2 course meal was incredible and such a good price
Have been here many times and always good. Pleasant staff in nice surroundings. Unfortunately, our main dish was very salty, but not enough that it spoiled it for us today.
Always excellent food and very good service. Pleasant staff always friendly and helpful. Ideal for pre theatre meals but needs to be booked as you wouldn't want to be dissappointed.
Bright and buzzy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food
Friendly service but the food was distinctly average. Prawn starter was flavourless and steaks were quite tough and not well seasoned. Not what I have come to expect from Cote.
Late Sunday lunch here. We were shown to our table by Albert who looked after us splendidly during our stay. A really cheerful chap who really made our meal special. The food was perfect and our waitress Sylvia made sure all our needs were catered for with a huge smile. All in all a very enjoyable afternoon. Thankyou
Cosy warm ambience, always have a buzz in the evening, excellent service, staff very friendly and courteous, the food is consistantly good and good value for money
Very good appetizers (especially the warm romaine salad), enjoyable winelist, somewhat disappointing main dishes. The steak au poivre was a bit overdone and tasted only of pepper. The swordfish special was bland. The minted peas had no sweetness and an unpleasant texture.
Love this restaurant. Excellent food, reasonably priced and although busy and buzzy, you can book a quiet table and the staff are always warm and friendly.
Very nice atmosphere and setting. Good offers with set menus and good size portions. Food was very good and the service was at a good speed, we had to go to the Royal Albert Hall after and they made sure we could leave on time.
I and my friends love Côte Brasserie, it is always a special treat to eat in your restaurants. It is a high class restaurant where the staff are always lovely and extremely efficient, and the food is wonderful, and so reasonably priced. My Crepes with Grand Marnier today was divine! Trish
This is the best restaurant I have been to in Kensington by far. The ambience is wonderful but even more fantastic is the welcoming staff and management whom always make every effort to make it a evening to remember. I have to take a moment to mention our waiter Carlos who apparently was on his first night with his own tables and what an amazing job he did. His attentiveness and service was second to none he is a great asset to your spectacular restaurant. I look forward to my next visit this weekend, thank you.
Very good service Food is great and reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Superb ! Easy to order a table on line using one of e mail links that had come through a few weeks before entitling me to a free cocktail! It was lovely. Excellent prompt service provided by very experienced and professional staff, we were going on to the Royal Albert Hall and it’s a great place for a pre show dinner. Food and choice of drinks was extentsive and really tasty and well presented. My only slight criticism would be that perhaps some of the tables are a little too close together? Though it was a cosy table for two was just a little cramped. Otherwise fantastic in every way excellent value for money. Will definitely be back!
Delicious food and great service in a lovely, cosy setting. We booked on a loyalty (emailed to me) April offer: a free French 75 for each customer choosing from the a la carte menu - so an extra little treat that made the meal special.
Super lunchtime at Cote Brasserie, never fails to deliver no matter which restaurant we are in. We have a group who have very varied tastes and the menu suits us perfectly. Lovely staff and delicious food. Thank you.
