staff and food were amazing. we had a wonderful time. the restaurant is stunning too
Cote is a very good restaurant and the staff are very professional. We had the vegetarian brunch and it was very nice but could have been a little warmer
Simply superb service...as always...and fantastic food...the winning combination...will certainly be back very soon.
Disappointed with this chain of French restaurants. I’ve eaten at Leeds and Harrogate branches but, in all honesty, would not dine here again. Mediocre food, which is not very authentic when you’ve eaten real French food in different regions of France. Can’t fault the service nor value but not for me, sorry.
We enjoyed visiting Cotes as they not only serve good food, they are also very good a dealing with our large family group. 14 of us dined and they were really organised and gave us really good service. We all enjoyed the food.
Again very good food, warm when brought to table no long waits.service was very good as well.main thing is my wife is a celiac ,there's a special menu with a very large choice which gives her a large range to chose from and she has never had any issues so one of her favorite places to go.
Great food in a quiet section of the restaurant. Group booking of 15 so on the fixed price menu, which was great value. Would definitely recommend
Fab food, good value early bird menu and the staff is friendly efficient and polite. I can definitely recommend a visit and I'll definitely come back!
I do enjoy Côte Brasserie - it’s always been fantastic to go to every time - I’ve been to a few and I was looking forward to show a few friends in Leeds. Unfortunately we were left waiting on parts of our order and one of the desserts was completely forgotten about. For a party size of 10 if it was busy that seems understandable but it was quiet. Hopefully if we choose to come again it will be a little better
I took my grandma out to Cote Brasserie in Leeds for a quick meal before going out to the opera. I was unable to make a booking over the phone as it was quite busy but it was simple enough to do over the Internet. When we got there we were stood around for a couple of minutes waiting to be seated. The waiter was very kind and polite, though she did forget to ask if we wanted any drinks or sides. We ordered from the prestiged set menu, I had the duck leg and my grandma had the mushroom ravioli with a side of salad. We didn't feel pushed into buying anything or rushed through our meal. The food was delicious and we especially enjoyed our apple crumble. I was able to swiftly pay the bill and was asked if I was happy to pay the gratuity (which I was) which I though was nice as it is often unmentioned at other restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would be happy to dine at Cote Brasserie again in the future.
Having visited Leeds on several occasions cote is usually our good go to place to eat, great choice, quality, service and very attentive staff This last visit it was totally the opposite. Service was very slow, the place was less than 10%full, when we were eventually served, each course too ages to arrive, same with the clearing of each course, some food was cold and had to be sent back and the desserts didn't even turn up until we brought it to the staffs attention. Lots of apologies and a small discount on the bill , but would have rather of had the quality and service we have come to expect, and usually receive, large thumbs down on this occasion, very poor.
Fantastic chain restaurant with generous menu and portions set in a nice ambience with friendly staff. The timings for set menu are very flexible too.
Very enjoyable experience dining with friend. Quick book on two tables and kindly accommodated and the food is fresh and tasty making for a great evening.
Wonderful welcome, food and service as always. Back as soon as possible,
The waiting staff were very helpful however one (of the four) main meals Pork Navarin was almost cold on arrival. It was changed and the next was OK. Understandably the Leeds Restaurant was not at all busy. Not so understandably both the Pork Navarin's had very little pork in them. Actually very little of anything, except parsnip mash. Very disappointing as we have been to many Cote's and had recommended this to our friends having lunch with us. We live in Harrogate.
Very helpful staff, under extreme stress. Great food as aways.
Enjoyed the overall experience - food good, service good. Glad duck confit is back on the menu.
We had a fab time and the food was very lovely. Thank you to the chefs and waiting staff
Helpful, attentive and very friendly staff. A great choice of tasty food with great value for money on the set menu option
Friendly helpful staff. Set price menus excellent value.
Lovely restaurant, staff always friendly, Food was great. Second time we have been and will definitely be returning.
Great place for a group of friends to meet up.
Everything very tasty but a little more buerre blanc with haddock would be better. We ordered a side of carrots which unfortunately didn’t arrive until we were i we halfway through the meal. However the manager deducted them from the bill. I have just checked my bill more thoroughly in the light and noticed we have been charged for the supposedly complimentary cocktails of almost £12 I have tried to phone but no one is picking up. Please phone me 07771913761 to decide how we get the money back. Thanks.
Can’t beat Cote for great food, service, value and ambience.
We visit the Leeds Cote Brasserie before orafter the theatre. Always good
Lovely meal, friendly staff, nice environment. Really enjoyable experience. Thank you.
I loved the layout and vibe of the restaurant. All staff were amazing and attentative. And the food was gorgeous and well priced. It was my first visit to Cote and I will definitley be returning.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the restaurant. The atmosphere had a warm, easy buzz. The staff, particularly our waitress, was friendly and welcoming and the cassoulet was first rate!
I loved it! I took a friend here for her birthday and it was a perfect evening. The staff are attentive and friendly. The accommodation for allergies and intolerances is good. I love the separate menu for gluten free. The food is always amazing! I really want to try going here for breakfast one day.
Great food as ever. Can’t beat Cote for quality and value for money
Waitress rude. Food medocure. Complimentary drink wasn't available. Won't rush back.
Always a great place to go for fantastic food and atmosphere.
Fantastic place to eat at any time of the day
Poor and slow service, one hour after sitting down had only just finished starter. No engagement by staff who were aloof and had to ask three times to take order.
Excellent value for money, lovely food on prestige menu and great service!
Excellent service by smart, friendly staff. Tasty food and good value.
They has run out of the pork belly which I wantdws as I live the cabbage and potatoes with it so the kitchen made me a pork loin the the c cabbage and potatoes which was lovely.
Fabulous food, lovely staff and the set menus are such good value for money. I would highly recommend.
A nice meal from this chain, bette4 seating and atmosphere than most.
Brilliant food, lovely atmosphere! Definitely would go again- oh yes!
Absolutely outstanding food , service excellent , revisit soon 😍
Wonderful food. My pork belly was delicious and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Breton chicken . Too full for desert unfortunately !
Food was very good. Service was excellent. Tables for two at the front of the restaurant are jammed a bit too close together - would prefer to go into the back room next time.
Two of our party had the French Onion Soup, both of us were unhappy with it. The crust of the Sourdough Croute was so hard that it could not be separated in to mouth sized pieces with a soup spoon and the Comte Cheese turned into long sticky strings, which stuck to the soup spoons and had to be cut with a knife before we could drink the soup from the spoons. The chicken was very tasty but did not need any additional fat in the form of the Normandy Butter with Garlic, which no one used. I would have prefered an additional vegetable or more French Fries in place of it.
Excellent service and first class food. As someone known for their fish dishes I was particularly impressed with the seared scallops and sea bass......well done chef!!
The opera at the Leeds Grand Theater ended a fraction late but Cote were there waiting for us. A great end to a lovely evening!
Excellent service from minute we walked in the door. 5*
Excellent experience! Great knowledge of gluten free and fabulous cocktails.
The fixed price menus are always great value for money.
Very lovely thank you very much, would go back. 👍🏽
