Thinking about making a Côte Liverpool booking?
French culinary paradise can of course be found on Paradise Street at Liverpool One, where the Liverpool branch of Côte Bistro serves classics of the French kitchen. It’s fair to say that this Côte Bistro is slightly more contemporary in terms of decor than its brothers and sister up and down the UK, but you can still expect French elegance in abundance. As well as food that’s prepared using fine, locally sourced ingredients, of course, all inspired by the unmistakeable Bistros of Paris.
Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, Côte Bistro will never skimp on authenticity. If dining from the a la carte menu then consider starting with warm beetroot salad or some traditional French onion soup. For a light main, the butternut squash risotto and the spinach and mushroom crepes are a treat. If you’ve more of an appetite, however, then the classic French beef bourguignon is a must try. As is the roast duck breast with potato gratin and the fish parmentier. All will leave a smile on your face. As we have said, for French cuisine in the heart of Liverpool, Côte Bistro is the go-to.
