We had a great experience as usual.The food and drinks were lovely, staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant was good. Nice, clean and a good atmosphere

Our table was ready for us when we arrived from the cinema. We were served very promptly and given as many add ons as we wanted. The food is always reliable and the service attentive. I don't really like service being added on but I did not quibble as the service was exemplary.

Excellent reception by Emily when we arrived for lunch, good steak lunch, we didn’t even have room for a dessert.

Thank you to the all the staff for making our special occasion dinner so special. The staff went over and beyond to accommodate our group of 13 and ensure we had all that we needed. They also made our birthday girl feel very special. The food was excellent and consistent and the staff great to communicate with.

Nice pre-rugby lunch. Unfortunately you ran out of Pelforth Blondes very quickly, and the Heinekens weren't that cold. Steaks were good, and were prepared nice and quickly. Nice Irish Coffee to finish off!

We haven't been for a while so on a wet and windy Friday decided to start the weekend early and take a late lunch at Cote. Having received a special offer by e-mail we booked to receive our two complementary blood orange martinis. By the time we arrived wet and cold these were very welcome (and very tasty) and we had a wonderful lunch and food as always. I stuck with my favourite fish pie and my husband had the sea bass - both delicious. Service was friendly and quick. We left feeling extremely full and satisfied and nicely chilled too. We will definitely be back again soon!

It was a very enjoyable evening at Cote for all of us last night, The food was great as usual, the staff appointed for us was very efficient and organised and the ambiance was pleasant, thank you Cote!

Amazing staff very attentive and patient with us as we were unsure of what to order. Food was delicious as always. Ordered the pork belly and the lamb, both were extremely succulent and full of flavour.

Great meal at Cote last night (Friday) - our favorite place to eat in Richmond. Lovely, reasonably priced food and excellent service. Good selection of wines with many available by the glass. One of our party’s rib-eye steaks was more rare than medium rare and the whole dish was quickly replaced with profuse apologies and no questions asked. And the manager made a very nice adjustment to our bill. The restaurant was packed and despite this the service was quick and efficient, as ever. We’ll be back soon.

The evening started very well,our waitress was very attentive and helpful, the main course arrived promptly and was really good. Unfortunately as the restaurant go busy the staff were overstretched and struggled, the service then became very poor. We all wanted to have some desserts but gave up and left. They did apologise and made a gesture of a bottle of wine, we weren't charged for service but it was my wife's birthday celebration so this was very disappointing. Unlikely to go back, especially on a Saturday evening, there are lots of other restaurants in Richmond and Twickenham.

I’ve always loved coming to Cote for lunch or dinner. Of late, I’m finding it too noisy and am disappointed the refurbishment a year or so ago, couldn’t do more to mitigate the levels of noise...admittedly coming from diners! Service is always caring but I’m wondering if you have cut down on staff ratios. Food always exceedingly good value.

Really good value meal with excellent service. Our waiter couldn't do enough for us and when I told them that one of the party had a birthday, they made a fuss of her and put a celebration candle in her dessert with a happy birthday in chocolate on the plate, a really nice touch! The set menu of 2 or 3 courses was exceptional value and had a really wide range of choice, everything we had was delicious. Well worth a visit!

We love Cote in Richmond. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, the food is great.. Would highly recommend the Calamari and Sea Bass .. and for meat lovers, the Steak & frits are great too.

Service was very nice and the food was tasty. Ambience in the restaurant is good. The portions of some dishes are a little small but thee gluten free menu was varied and interesting. Overall we had a good meal.

The lack of help with allergies was awful! I don’t even know if what I ate had dairy on it which my baby is allergic to! Also had green beans which were ordered without seasoning and butter... and arrived with both! Then arrived without butter and with salt!

The restaurant coped amazingly with our pre-wedding party for our daughter of 13 people last Friday night. We had an excellent pair of waiting staff who worked flat out to keep our family happy! Getting our family organised is like herding cats, so well done Cote Richmond for managing them. Food was very good and arrived when we wanted it so another big tick in the box for managing a large party.

Because my fish was dry I was not charged for meal, I would not have mentioned it but waitress asked if the meal was alright. My friend and I were not charged for coffee. Excellent public relations.

I am a frequent visitor to Cote in Richmond and the food is always of the same excellent high standard. This is why I keep returning.

A good place for lunch. Good service, reasonable prices and an excellent luch menu. I always enjoy Cote as they have a wiining formula. Recommended

Daughter (coeliac) had unmarked gf flag chips and mussels were, by staff admissions not in season and not very good, (but still being sold as main course at same price, please re-think this). Also got wrong course for her initially. My daughter struggles to find places that have a coeliac suitable range so disappointing trip for her and not good for a coeliac accredited restaurant group. Normally we are very pleased with our visits.

An excellent experience from the moment we arrived. The friendly staff greeted us very well upon arrival and immediately brought out the ramp to enable my wife to enter in her wheelchair. We were then served delicious food, in a relaxed atmosphere, even though some of our party arrived 2 hours late. And they continued with the impeccable service throughout our 4-hour stay!

Another visit to Cote Richmond and, as always, an enjoyable one. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. Our order was quickly placed and the food served promptly. It was delicious. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere without being overly noisy. We shall certainly return.

Enjoyed post cinema dinner with free spritzer cocktail and great March specials including a very generous prawn cocktail!

I’m feel I’m a regular at cotes I was there the week before. I keep going back because the staff and food is first class. I’ve always had a fantastic experience

Food was good but felt we were being rushed to eat and get out as soon as possible. I know the rugby was on so it was busy but we'd not long had our order taken before the meal was plonked in front of us. Clearly it wasnt cooked from fresh if delivering at that speed.
