A wonderful experience, we loved the rhubarb cocktail upon arrival, came out happy & very satisfied, thanks.

Excellent all round. We asked for a table at the back and got one. Staff delightful and food excellent. What not to like and fine time had by all.

Enjoyed set summer menu including very tasty salmon rilletes with complimentary 75 cocktail and friendly attentive service. Atmosphere always buzzy and very good, will be back soon!

I had a wonderful evening celebrating my birthday with my family. Staff were fantastic, so welcoming and really looked after us. The food was excellent too. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon.

everything here is really good ,location ,food , ambience ,and would recommend it to anyone ,but i would not rate fantastic but where is?let me know.

A great meal fabulous french onion soup. The staff were friendly and the introductory cocktails were to die for, only the sun and the sand were missing.

Food andcs service was excellent despite the restaurant being very busy. I would have given maximum stars but table was not proprly clean and was sticky as they had not been wet wiped

Lovely welcome to the restaurant. Nice and friendly staff. Waitress was nice but our requests and orders had to be redone after providing them to her. Not sure if she did the orders and there was a communication breakdown but we had to always reorder to get what we asked for. My duck was a bit overdone and the calamari my friend had was a bit overdone and heavy. The food was presented nicely. I got a free bottle of wine ans birthday wishes so that was appreciated as well. Overall it was a nice evening.

Always excellent kind cheerful service. The staff are excellent. The food is great. We love how reliable côté (the Richmond branch, anyway) is. They overheard it was my birthday and brought out a desert with a candle etc. So sweet. Thank you!

We often go to Cote and have never been disappointed. It always seems very good value and it is the sort of food I like. So we will keep coming.

We visited Cote-Richmond for my Mother's 83rd Birthday. We had a wonderful evening. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. My Mother went home a very happy lady saying she had had a superb time and with a tear in her eye. Thank you so much.

The set menu is always extremely good value and we have enjoyed eating the different parmentiers. However, our chicken and bacon parmentier was extremely disappointing this evening. It consisted of a dish of mashed potato from top to bottom with a few shreds of chicken and barely visible bacon with a dish of tasteless cabbage accompanying it. Not nice st all.

Lovely birthday lunch for my daughter. We had the set menu - 3 courses for £13.50. What a bargain!

Friendly and efficient throughout. Very professional without being in the least stuffy. Noisy, but this is to be expected at Cote. I had asked for the quietest possible table, possibly upstairs, but it was explained to me that upstairs was a hen party which might be even noisier! But thought had gone into my request and we were happily seated elsewhere. A lovely meal.

Delicious food from the Prestige Menu (calamari, variously pork and sea bass, then creme caramel with a very drinkable Sauvignon) and charming service. A real pre-theatre treat.

Cote continues to maintain the excellent quality of its food and value for money. Service is second to none and it's remains the default choice for most occasions.

Staff so considerate- food and drinks were on the table in no time at all and everything not only looked good but also tasted really great. Decidedly one of our favourite places.

Anna who looked after us was amazing and very professional. Only negative, we were close to the service station and noise levels unbearable at times emptying and cleaning cups/saucers etc.

The food was good and service quick and efficient. Like many restaurants in London the downstairs can get noisy. To go upstairs you have to climb a spiral staicase. When I booked I asked for a downstairs table and this was dveloped.

My four friends and I had an excellent lunch today. All our food was delicious so we have no negative comments. The staff were also very good as was the service. We use branches of Cote whenever we can as your standards are so good.

Friendly staff, great choice of menu & perfect place to catch up with a friend without being hassle led to vacate the table.

Our waiter informed us wrong about what sides one of the dishes comes with (the seabass main). Also served us a side we did not order. Food was ok, but we were not overly impressed with portion sizes and presentation. Service requires improvement.

Hello We came for mothersday and it was nice but I did feel the staff were trying to rush us out. We got there and took the mothersday breakfast and you get a hot and cold drink plus champagne which was nice however everything came at once! So we couldn’t drink it all together ! It just too much at once. We should’ve got the champagne first, then the juice when the food and then end with our coffees. Plus when we got there there was a gentlman who wasn’t very welcoming. However our waitress was nice. Anyway the food wasn’t lovely. Will definitely come again however I don’t want to feel rushed.

Regularly dine at other Cote venues but have had negative reviews about Richmond so have been reluctant to go there. Our meals were all good but have to say for a late Saturday afternoon service was hit and miss especially as they were not busy. We received a very warm welcome and shown to our table but from there on service was mediocre. My husband had to ask for his first beer - wine and apple juice arrived without any problems. Also had a long wait for a glass of ice to arrive. Meals were all good but we waited for a long time for our empty plates to be cleared away. The desserts we had as part of my voucher were well received and very moorish....just the right amount of chocolate. Thank you. I would not rule out this branch of Cote but do think they could learn from others such as Cobham and Kingston.

Cote Richmond is still the best lunch venue by far - food excellent, service great and the best value anywhere. Cote never fails to deliver.

Last time, I was served a so called Poussin, it turned out to be a tough bony chicken as old as I am. Today, it was the turn of a failed and tasteless goat cheese risotto, concocted by a newly promoted chef. A risotto involving goat cheese must be prepared with fresh goat cheese. Not all clients are ignorant. May be the promotion was premature. Sad ending to what was a decent and relaxing restaurant.

I enjoyed the food and the service was good. I expected the mussels to have a little more flavour. Maybe a little more depth to the sauce.

What a warm welcome! No one asked for special birthday treatment but we were given Sparkling Kir Royales on arrival and later icecream with a candle. My friend who is coeliac was looked after thoughtfully. The food was great. Thank you for helping make my birthday very special.
