Côte Richmond

Incorrect order taken for one party. Coffee brought BEFORE dessert. Frozen berries not frozen and white chocolate sause not very hot. Normally service is very good at this restaurant, not so last night. Disappointing.

Very slow service. An hour before food arrived. Then with change of waiter they forgot our end of meal coffees but provided them free of charge because of the mistake.

Three of us ate the special daily menu - good choice of items, good value. cooked well, with attentive service (with a smile). Excellent as always.

The table was ready at the correct time and the food was lovely. The beef was on the blue side of rare, but that was great for me. Rather that than ask for rare and it comes only vaguely pink in the middle. Can also recommend the Calamari to start.

We arrived late for lunch, thanks to closure of the M3, but were welcomed cheerfully and served promptly so that we still arrived at the theatre in time for the afternoon matinee performance. Food and wine excellent as always.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and a very attentive, engaging manager. Good choice of food and wine. This was only our second time at this particular Cote as we don't live nearby, but our first choice when in Richmond.

Very busy place, loads of atmosphere, good service and great food in a good location in the Centre of town. We would definitely go again.

Really enjoyable meal with a friend. Food was great, service was great. Only minor point is they took a long time bringing the bill so we missed the first few minutes of our cinema film and we had said we were in a rush. But all other aspects great.

Nice ambience, charming and attentive staff and delicious food set off nicely by my birthday kit royales. No evidence of the new vegetarian menu though.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent prices. We had the burgers that were well cooked, nice and thick and extremely tasty. We'll definitely have them again.

Good French bistro-style restaurant. Excellent service and well-presented, tasty dishes. The atmosphere is usually quite lively and the wine-list is a decent one. I am certainly on the way to becoming a regular there.

The restaurant seated us quickly even though we were 20 minutes late. The food was served in a good time and was delicious. We would recommend this Cote restaurant to our friends.

You can expect good food at a Cote and Richmond Cote was as expected. Staff are friendly and it as a good dining atmosphere. We had the 3 course lunch menu this time and enjoy the meal though a la carte menu has a lot more choice and better portions.

Excellent food and value hard to get attention when the restaurant is quiet as the waiters all chat to each other much easier when busy and the place is buzzing.

Great food and great service. My friend has a food allergy and our waiter was so attentive and went the extra mile to make sure she got what she needed. Would defiantly come back again :)

It's all packed and lively in this restaurant. You always have to book. The staff are fun and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is always always good. We are regulars and they know us and go out of their way to make every meal we have a really good experience. It's extremely popular with all the residents of Richmond!

Good starter and desert. Great house wine. The staff were friendly. Calamari and chocolate fondant are recommended. Service a bit slow but very polite .

As always excellent Friendly and efficiënt have been going there regularly for several years now and Will continue to do so without Any doubt.This time had breakfast.

The food and service was great the only gripe was if the 12.5% optional gratitude is optional how come we didn't get a choice the waiter just charged the card with the 12.5% on it so not very optional

Tasty food, relaxing atmosphere and great service. We enjoyed our pre-theatre dining experience immensely. Our fourth visit to a Cote Brasserie in 6 months, all different restaurants but all to the same high standard.

Excellent food and service. Was a pity that the waiter implied that the Kir Royale I ordered was free as it was my birthday as it appeared that it was free to most other customers.

Food was good but it took long to get served even though the restaurant was no more than 25% full (Sunday 17-18h). Very friendly staff as usual.

I always have a great time at Cote Richmond. I normally go in the morning for team breakfasts and the place is normally dead but that means we get a great service. My last visit was on a Saturday afternoon, the place was packed but managed to get a table straight away. the food as always came quickly and it was delicious. The service is also very good there.

Excellent as always. Cote are an excellent chain of eateries and I have enjoyed every one that I have visited. I intend to try many more!

Core is very reliable. This time the Food, wine and service super; table too small and in a corridor so it wasn't the most comfortable. Loo could be cleaner.

Good food, good service, but did not like the fact that they tried to charge for two drinks that were supposed to be complimentry ( birthday) at the end of the bill ( despite the fact they were first ? ) However, I will return!

The main reasons for this rating are: 1. We were a party of 6 adults and the booth we were given was very cramped - this made for uncomfortable dining. 2. The meals took a long time to be served. 3. Only 5 of the 6 main courses were served at the same time. There was an unacceptable delay for the 6th meal to arrive by which time most in our party were finished or almost finished. Eventually the manager arrived to apologise and agreed not to charge for this particular meal. The delayed meal itself was disappointing in terms of quality and quantity.

Lovely but not overly attentive service. Sea bass delicious. Always a great atmosphere and great value for money. Standards consistently good. We will be back

As always Cote never lets you down with tasty food and good service. The Crab mayonnaise is really superb and the variety of the menu offers something for everyone.

The food is always tasty and well presented. The service is brisk but we had to ask three times for the bill. The Richmond restaurant is also very noisey and a bit cramped

Good food and prompt service, but our reward bottle of wine was charged on our bill. Luckily we noticed it and the bill was amended.

Amazing restaurant, food is superb and not too expensive, and the place although always packed it runs like clockwork. Absolutely love the frozen berries and white chocolat sauce!

Cote never disappoints - the food is always good and very consistent whatever time of day or night you go. The service is always friendly and efficient - always a very pleasant experience .......

Food was good, served in a reasonable time. Service was a little chaotic; they didn't seem to know where we we up to in ordering. It took a good 10-15 mins before our order was taken. The restaurant wasn't that busy and it seems staffed well, so not sure why.

Really nice food as always. We had a delicious seafood starter and fish as a main, all perfectly cooked. White wine and desert completed the day.
