Côte Wimbledon

It is very boring to ask this question every time we go to Cote as all the locations are exactly the same. Good value for money venues

Service and food were excellent. However our visit was marred by a couple with a screaming baby being seated closely beside us! We were mid meal so couldn't really move.

I would ask next time for quieter parts of the restaurant away from large groups. The noise levels on a busy night were uncomfortable. The food was, as always, delicious and the service was excellent.

Went for a meal with another couple and had a great night. Food was good and the staff were great and attentive. Only complaint was that the acoustics aren't great in there (but not sure how you can fix that)!

Busy, noisy, slightly forgetful waiter but lovely food. Slow service. Not attentive at the right times - only during the time we were eating ! Wouldn't rush back. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be shouting . Good choice on the menu and pleasant surroundings.

We had a very pleasant lunch. Food was good Our regular! We were at this Cote at a trial before it opened....have been going ever since. This Cote is better than others we also visit. Downstairs loo a bit of a trek!! We really like this place

The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the staff are very friendly also the service is very good. The menu has a wide selection of food and vine to chose from

Very enjoyable but tables along the left wall as you enter are far too close together. Unable to get out to the bathroom if you are sat on the sofa back part and more than a couple of people pulled table cloths and cutlery items with them whilst trying to get in and out. Otherwise great.

Great food and nice atmosphere. Got seated quickly and the food came shortly after. As always the staff were professional and friendly! Food was good, especially the chocolate bomb.

The restaurant was busy with a good atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and efficient with food arriving promptly. The dishes were well cooked but the pork belly rind could have been crisper.

We had a very nice evening....very nice staff....good food well cooked and well presented.... plenty to eat...Côte had a great menu choice... all of which sounded fab...and to be fair tasted good.

We were a party of 6 and we hadn't met for a while so we appreciated not being rushed for our order and food. One of us had the lamb with asparagus - the lamb was undercooked (request medium but it was more rare) and the asparagus was stringy. We complained, and was not charged for the meal. So guest recovery was excellent.

I always enjoy Cote Wimbledon - only thing on this occasion, service was a tad slow. Normally they are 100% but overall it was a good evening

The service was, as usual, attentive and friendly. Food was on mark too with a great wine recommendation rounding off a great evening in a packed restaurant.

Great service, value and food. We had the special set menu. Very attentive staff. Great value for money and lots of choice. Will be back!

Menu changes frequently so I can go as often as possible without eating the same food. Always good service and value for money an speedy service.

Very good service and reasonable value for money fixed price menu. Consistently good quality of food and the hose wine is extremely good. Would recommend.

I haven't been here for a while but my experience was just as positive as before. We had the set lunch which was excellent, both in terms of the quality of food and value for money. The service and customer care was also first rate. Thanks!

Another good visit to Wimbledon. The staff are all very smart, pleasant and amenable and the service is excellent. Had a la cart menu this time and the fish was exquisite. Enjoyed my free bottle of wine, which was very good. Thank you.

Great food but service was a little slow and we had to give our order twice. We had a nice evening overall so we were happy.

Always reliable and good value, Cote offers pleasant and unobtrusive service in a friendly, buzzy atmosphere. The wine is also well priced. Recommended for friends and families.

Excellent meal. We were a table of 5, the food was prompt as requested as we were attending the theatre. Everyone praised the quality and flavour of food and thought it was excellent value for money. The house wine was delicious.

The food is always delicious and love being in the village . It is such good value and a very wide choice to choose from .

Always an enjoyable experience. A party of 6 aged fro 10 to 95. We know what to expect and Cote always delivers. A firm family favourite.

Since we were one of the first customers when this restaurant opened and have been enjoying the bistro regularly, think this speaks for itself! Never a bad visit. Even when the electricity failed earlier this year with no hope of a meal other than salad, the staff were, as usual, good-humoured and kind. Could not be a better place to eat. Always friendly, reliable food and a credit to the Cote chain. Favourite all round eaterie in the village!

Great service and delicious food. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived but we were seated immediately and there were no significant delays for our courses or drinks. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Great food and service as usual...they never disappoint ! Our favorite place for lunch or celebrating Birthdays...food always fresh, tasty and well cooked. Service always friendly and efficient.

the overall experience was quite nice. food was delightful however felt the mains portion was a little less . would recommend to others. I have had food here before and I feel their set menu is value for money otherwise you end up spending £100 for 2 people.

I organised a table for our ladies badminton team to celebrate our end of season. Unfortunately we had a couple who could not make it at the last minute, and another few who were running late - even so, the staff at Cote Wimbledon were flexible to these changes and looked after us extremely well throughout the evening. Even though one of our party ordered their meal just after the main group, I was impressed that all our meals arrived together. One of our party eats Gluten Free food, and the staff remembered exactly who this was each time they bought a course or a menu. All in all, we had a great night, with excellent food for a reasonable price. The atmosphere was relaxed and we received just the right amount of attention from staff. Thank you.

Food was delicious, staff very pleasant, lovely restaurant...the only thing that stopped me giving this 6/6 was the odd waft that smelt like the toilets...that could put you off your dinner. Possibly need to sort the plumbing out!

Very pleasant waiter, starter was delicious, wine was tasty, however the main course was disappointing. Goats cheese salad, roasted vegetables were undercooked and uninteresting. Shame because I ususually have very good food at Cote.

The staff are lovely and the food is mostly great but from visit to visit it does vary a bit but never had a bad meal. Wish the menus would change more often as we visit here at least once every week so more choice would keep us more interested

Great food and fabulous service. We eat here every week due to the variety of food on offer. The set menu specials during the week are a bargain - even with a bottle of wine.

Very friendly service by our waitress and excellent food and wine. We particularly liked the prawn gratinee and goats cheese starter!! Would definitely go back to cote.

Really good food and set lunch was excellent value. They even substituted a different veggie main as the one on the set was a bit boring. Service was excellent too.

Very attentative and excellent customer service. Great selection of breakfast options and all very reasonably priced. All of our group enjoyed the experience and will definitely return.

Service was really lovely and our waitress was very friendly. I had the sea bass on the specials and it's consistently the best sea bass I've had. It used to be a regular on the a la carte before they unfortunately changed it to haddock. I now have to wait for it to come on the specials menu. It it's worth the wait.

As always a very pleasant long lunch with friends. The set lunch is extremely good value. Pleasant and helpful service. All being well we'll return.

Usual excellent and hospitable service, reliable and consistently good menu, with plenty of choice of food and wine. Restaurant acceptably busy without the high noise levels that can be generated when it is absolutely full. We will certainly go again (but then we are fairly frequent customers anyway and live only a few minutes away).

Great speedy and friendly service with good value food in good atmosphere. Staff anticipate need and give personal and genuine service. Children particularly well looked after and Bill produced promptly without fuss.

Cote is always busy and a "safe bet" for a nice meal in Wimbledon. Last night was good - the staff were very attentive, if a little overbearing at times (would you like bread, olives, more wine, desert, coffee, etc.). Not a hard sell but it did seem they were always trying to offer something extra! The food was good but not as good as usual - several items were under seasoned e.g. the French onion soup and the creamed spinach. Would definitely go back as it's a good overall experience and their lunch deals are very good.

Great food at very reasonable prices especially the set menu which offers wide choice. Good atmosphere and service. House wine very good choice and well priced.

Cote Wimbledon was the first I think and as the prototype it still deserves the No 1 slot. Great food, great service and a real buzz of an atmosphere if a tad noisy for some. Enjoy ! The

Good bistro. Food was fine, good service. Complimentary water was brought without having to ask - unusual in our experience. Would have preferred a better located table. Would go again.
