My sister-in-law and I love the Wimbledon village establishment as everyone is so friendly and helpful. I think the name of the waitress who served us is Beata. She was wonderful. Makes us feel as though we are returning home. We always enjoy the meals and drinks served there. The menu has a good variety of meals and extras on offer. Although we live in Surbiton we find the restaurant very accessible by public transport

Lovely 10th Anniversary menu with a good range of meat and fish dishes offered - all cooked very well, good service, lively but not loud! Very enjoyable evening.

I went to Cote with a friend for lunch. We had the 2 course lunch for £10.95 which is really good value. The quality of the food was good & also the service was quick & efficient.

Had the anniversary menu for my boyfriend's 70th birthday. He thoroughly, enjoyed the steak tartare and I had calamari, both very good. For mains he had a very nice steak but I was a little disappointed with the fish soup. It had more onions than seafood in it. The desserts were excellent and they even added a candle for his birthday. Most of the staff were very friendly.

The food and service were both very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. As it was a busy Friday night it was quite noisy and not easy to hear other people in the group.

Good food and good choices. Very busy so perhaps that's why I couldn't score more highly - our waiter could have been more friendly. Not convinced the promised glass of champagne was actually champagne as part of the anniversary meal which was a pity.

Went out for dinner with a group of 7. One of us was gluten free and they were very helpful regarding that. Great food and service. Simple.

excellent food and great service. Would definitely visit again. The staff were very prompt and efficient so there was constant flow of customers, but at the same time delivering first class food.

Excellent food and service along with great value for money. Menu was varied and despite chopping and changing between menus we were still only charged for what we had.

The cod goujons for kids were under cooked and grey inside. The chips were oily and my chicken salad had so much dressing it burned my tongue.

Generally very good- both of us felt the meat in our dishes was overcooked and service was somewhat abrupt, but overall a pleasant dining experience. Would go again because we live nearby.

Very good menu, service and ambience. Will definitely go again. My dining companion needed to order from a gluten-free menu and was most impressed with the choice provided compared to many other restaurants.

Great meal at Cote Wimbledon. It was a very rainy day and the place was packed but in spite of that the service was very good. Staff were very pleasant and our lovely food was served without delay

This is a very useful local restaurant. The fixed price menu is very comprehensive and the service is attentive. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.

Wonderful food and great service. The only issue was that the restaurant seemed rather warm inside for a balmy summer evening! I would definitely return for a meal again.

I was very disappointed at the slow service and not a good advert for the guests who had not been to Cote before. The waiter was very slow bringing the Kir drinks when everyone arrived. We waited 10 minutes for the menus then ages before he took the orders even though we asked his colleagues to tell him we were ready. When he took the orders he said it would be 25 mins as we decided not to have starters. The food came a little quicker than expected but the shank of lamb that I ordered was just cooked and not falling off the bone. When we ordered the desserts we made sure he understood the coffees were wanted at the same time. They didn't arrived and he had to be prompted again. Slow service does not equal leisurely dining. We felt the 12% discretionary charge was not justified and we did not pay it. I've never been so disappointed in a Cote restaurant and my cousin has never had such slow service at the branch before. Maybe you will do something to compensate what was a mediocre evening instead of a great one which I what I had hoped for on my birthday.

Very good food. The fillet steak was yummie as usual but this month they didn't have a salad dish as a starter in the set menu. unfortunately. Only in their more expensive 3 course menu.

Great. Apart from the spinach salad with lardons. Lardons were cold pieces of bacon. Good value for 6 of us. £30 a head. Drank 4 bottles wine. Set menu. Recommended.

We had really lovely dinner to celebrate wedding anniversary. We were treated to a glass of Kir Royale when we arrived. My husband chose from the Cote special anniversary menu which was excellent. I selected Tiger prawns from specials board, followed by halibut. Puddings as always delicious, creme caramel and tarte au citron and lovely coffee. The restaurant was very busy but we received excellent service. Can't wait to go back for dinner again.

We have been regulars (8/9 times a year)at Côte for years but feel that things have changed recently. Portions are smaller, quality is slipping and generally not as good as it used to be.

Great, just love that place. Went before seven o'clock so made use of the early bird deal. Had a lovely starter, smoked mackerel and beetroot salad, followed by steak and chips, oh, and chocolate mousse. Very good value and great surroundings. Smart decor.

Very difficult to hear other diners at the table even if they are near to you - the acoustics at the back of the room are poor Waiter failed to give me a glass of champagne as part of the 10th Anniversary Menu, and kept on giving me the wrong menu Not overly impressed this time
