Most enjoyable & plesant lunch. Staff were very efficient & helpful. Food was ordered & arrived in a short time-all in all a very enjoyable time was had by myself and two friends. We shall be returning!

Fantastic as usual. Superb food and excellent staff. Taking our son who has never been before and he absolutely loved it. Always a lovely place to come and relax and have a wonderful meal at a very reasonable price.

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to Cote in Old Amersham. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We enjoyed the food, service and value very much. The only negative was the high noise level of the very full restaurant it was difficult to talk and hear. There is very little acoustic dampening eg curtains carpets etc. We were very grateful that our request to seat in the front (quieter) was fulfilled. A thoughtfully planned menu with courteous and obliging service enabled the seven of us (which included three small grandchildren) to enjoy our early Sunday brunch in a fairly quiet environment. Well done everyone!

Excellent meal as always at the Amersham Cote. We had French Onion soup which was absolutely delicious, the mains were also outstanding. What makes Amersham so good is the staff. Every time we go in we have friendly, intelligent staff that are helpful and have great personalities. Well done Cote!

Had not been to a Cote before but visited Amersham branch with my sister last week and had a lovely lunch. Decided to do the same this week with a friend. The staff are lovely; friendly, polite and attentive, and the food was delicious. Thank you. I will definitely return!

My husbands said the sauce with his moules was no-where near as good as he’s had previously at Côte. They were quite busy but the restaurant was noisy and the service slow. We arrived at 1pm and came out at 3pm.

We went there for breakfast, and there was a good choice of breakfasts on the menu. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed and the service was as good as usual.

Great service and warm welcome. Our waitress was very attentive.

Good value food, in a pleasant environment and efficient and good service. Disappointed to not to get the table I requested but got a satisfactory alternative table.

This wasn't up to Cote's usual standard--I debated about 3 or 4 stars. The restaurant was very quiet and this affected the atmosphere, but the wait for our mains was longer than usual. The duck breast dishes were very good though could have been hotter. One of the T bone steaks had been butchered a bit too far and about 1/3 to 1/2 was inedible. You kindly deleted the cost though. Service was, as always, very good.

Lovely meal accompanied by equally lovely service. The waiter also provided complementary drinks on arrival as it was my girlfriend’s birthday which was a wonderfully kind gesture. Would highly recommend.

I have become a regular customer at Cote Brasserie, Amersham dining with my family, which includes children, and also with friends. The food is of excellent quality. good value and all of the staff are friendly and efficient. I would most certainly recommend the restaurant.

Last night the service was chaotic and slow. Our server apologised a number of times because he was so embarrassed. I had the sea bass and it tasted very fishy and the sauce was tasteless. For desert my husband ordered the creme caramel and was brought creme brûlée but as the waiter disappeared we couldn’t exchange it. My chocolate fondant was more like a small cake that had been split open and filled with room temperature chocolate sauce. Normally we have lovely food when we dine at the Amersham Cote but this time we were very disappointed with the whole experience. As it was a Saturday night it should have been packed but it wasn’t, so perhaps this drop in service and food quality is not a one off.

We had a very good meal at Côte in Amersham. However, while the food was excellent, the service, which started off very good, deteriorated after a change of staff, until we received no service at all. We left without having the drinks we had told staff we wanted after our desserts because no-one came to take our order. As we left we were wished a nice evening and had to ask if we could pay as we hadn't been given a bill. Not impressed.

A very pleasant experience, not too busy so had a good atmosphere, not too noisy. No starter but lovely mains and apple pie/flan to finish, scrumptious.

Pleasant atmosphere and very good value. Pity it doesn't have a garden. The complimentary cocktails were excellent. Worth coming on a regular basis, almost as nice as Windsor or Marlow.

This restaurant, along with others in the Cote stable, is excellent. The staff are really good and they complement the lovely ambience of the place and the food. Thoroughly recommend.

Had the roast belly of pork. I had it on my previous visit & the crackling was amazing. Yesterday it was soggy & inedible. I did mention this & was told it was only put under the salamander to keep warm! My friends had the asparagus risotto & loved it. The staff were lovely.

Good service. However we only got 3 of our 7 complimentary cocktails. I got distracted as it was my Dad’s birthday and didn’t mention it at the time. Everything else was very good indeed and we will be back soon!

The reception and the service really made my mother feel special. When we asked if they could put my mother’s duck in a bag, it was wrapped in silver paper in the shape of a duck- beyond expectations. The waiter was also extremely helpful and the food was top class. Overall a high end London restaurant couldn’t have produced a better experience. I’m really sorry I did not take the names, but the lady that showed us to our table was dressed in blue and our table was through the start of the restaurant on the left hand side. Hopefully you will be able to identify her and our waiter and let them know how well they did. The booking was @ 1.30 on the 31st

Although we enjoyed our meal at Cote I was disappointed to find raw onions and capers hidden under my spinach, these had not been mentioned on the menu. Otherwise everything was to its usual excellent standard and our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

I come here regularly! Either with my partner or my girlfriends! Food is exceptionally good value! All the staff have always been friendly and accommodating! Only negative I have is that the tables for two in the windows are too close. So not much privacy between couples.

Service is brilliant... food could be improved, ours was slightly cold and the steak a bit too dry. I would certainly go back soon though!!!!

Lovely anniversary meal. Very nice atmosphere with very good food and service. it is always nice to visit Cote Amersham and we always feel welcome
