Brilliant service and food as always! The early bird menu is really good value for money.
Cotes Bournemouth never disappoints ... great food great service great value. It’s always a great place for a pre cinema dinner or something a little more special
Quality of food reasonable but we did not pay the full gratuity as we considered it to be excessive. Atmosphere good and would return . Menu choices good
First Class Meal as always. Lovely food .Special friendly welcoming staff. Roast Belly of pork tasty . House wine really good value. Creme Caramel one of the best I have ever enjoyed.. My wife would not let me lick the plate!
We had a very nice family lunch using the two fixed price menus. Luckily the main and dessert combination worked between the four of us. It was good service and excellent food.
As usual we enjoyed our experience at Cote Brasserie, Bournemouth. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Even a complaint was apologised for immediately and dealt with efficiently.
As always, perfect service and superb food. This restaurant was packed, a sign that shows how good it is even post Xmas when most places are empty.
Great food throughout the day breakfast lunch and evening meal have tried them all and never been disappointed. Always look forward to seeing the new menu each month and the staff are always helpful and polite.
Lovely location and friendly staff . Great value and tasty food .

A quiet Sunday night but the usual reliable menu plus some specials. Filet steak perfectly cooked and the half chicken from the set menu was good too. Service up to the usual good standard.
Made a spur of the moment reservation for breakfast at Cote Bournemouth on Boxing day - a decision which was fully justified. Thoroughly enjoyed the "French" cooked breakfast, whilst my Wife also found the Brown Toast and Pain au Raisins most agreeable.
The quality of service and general ambience was above average which is not what I can attribute to the food. My main course from the set menu was an 8 ounce ribeye steak, (2.50 extra) was served with cress, garlic and herb butter and fries which resemble those served in most fast food outlets. The steak m/r was poor quality and contained a lot of fat. It was served on a cold plate so was also soon cold and largely inedible. My partners dish of Fish Parmentier was bland and lacking flavour. Generally disappointing I was expecting better!
Good Service ,friendly and attentive staff, great food very nice décor and good ambiance, we will definitely be going back there in the near future
Went for breakfast, this was my thirdtime in about six weeks. Definitely worth the visit if you want to upgrade your breakfast experience. Food is the same standard as dinner, freshly cooked and quality ingredients. Breakfast cocktails also available as an extra treat!
A rushed meal from the start. The starter came out before the ‘amuse bouche’ was finished and it continued in that vein. Such a shame as the food was lovely.
Great service and food . The staff were incredibly helpful moving us to another larger table as soon as one became available. All the staff more than met their requirements and better than that seemed genuinely pleased to be at work.
We had an early dinner and all four of us had an excellent meal and excellent service. For two of our party it was the first time they had been to a Cote Brasserie, but not the last I’m sure. Thank you.
We had our Christmas Eve family dinner here. Good food, knowledgeable staff prepared to recommend wines to complement food choices. Good ambience. Will be back.
First time at this Cote in Bournemouth. Not keen on the layout, particularly ground floor. We nearly left when 'welcomed' by an unsmiling, miserable looking front of house manager. Our waitress though was lovely, friendly, smiling, and efficient. Starter endive, roquefort and walnut salad, was excellent. Ribeye steak good but £2 extra not justified. No steak frites or parmentier on the menu. Chocolate pot as good as ever. There is a lot of good competition out there!
Cote rarely fails to impress. A very relaxed and enjoyable late lunch at their Bournemouth branch with the customary friendly but efficient service. A tip for those new to the Bournemouth branch - ask for a table upstairs for a much quieter environment.
Service was excellent and staff friendly. However my mussels were definitely over cooked. I did mention this to the waiter but I suspect the message didn’t get back to the kitchen and they remained on the bill. The sea bass was small and we weren’t convinced that the steak was the weight it should have been (or maybe it shrunk in cooking)? All a bit expensive for what it was.
Excellent food, good service pleasant environment. The vegetables could have been hotter. The lunch was excellent value. Have been to the branch in Highgate that also a high standard.
Lovely food piping hot😄The parsnip soup was delicious and the lamb parmentier was absolutely great more so as it was paired with my favourite carrots
Lovely food and service as always here. Always keen to meet your requirements such as specific tables or areas of the restaurant. Will be back
Good service, good food, minor problem with green beans, but removed from bill. Great place for a meal before or after cinema in Bournemouth. Well decorated for Christmas.
As usual good food , good service and good value. We have not been disappointed with our visits to the Bournemouth Cote. We only wis we had a Cote nearer to us - Christchurch or Lymington ???
All 4 members of our party felt the food was well presented, cooked and tasted good. Had 2 courses and felt well looked after by staff. You might be a chain but your food and staff are consistently good. Keep it up. We keep coming back to several of your branches. We are never disappointed!
Lovely set meal with friends for Sunday lunch. Food and drink good quality, and a good choice, and service very friendly and efficient. Will definitely visit again.
The staff were professional and attentive. The food was delicious although a couple of items were off the menu. We are all going to return in January.
The usual high standard of food and service no matter what Cote restaurent you visit, and all at a reasonable price. This was the first time at Cote Bournemouth and it didn't disappoint
Great service and food and lovely atmosphere. Will be back
Good ambiance; polite, helpful staff and good choice of food. We went there last Saturday and, although the restaurant was very busy, it didn’t feel too crowded nor did we feel rushed.
Excellent food and service as always and great Christmas menu.
Went for breakfast this time, was faultless as normal as usually only go for dinner. Really hard to fault this restaurant, service, food and atmosphere is always great.
Good selection on menu, medium streaks were nearer well done, however the beef burgignon was spot on. Crime Carmel as the best one tasted in years.
We always enjoy our evenings in Cote. The staff are so friendly , especially Julia and Lorenzo. We have been to a couple of yor restaurants in London and food always served at the same high standard
Another faultless meal here. Even at ‘peak’ lunchtime with the restaurant busy the service was timely and the staff friendly and efficient. My guest’s bowl of savoury pancakes was described as outstanding.
I love this restaurant and have only had good experiences here. Great food, lovely staff and a fab ambiance. I would recommend for brunch, lunch and an evening meal.
We went to Cote in Bournemouth to celebrate my father-in-law’s 93rd birthday. The food (3 courses) was delicious in every case. The service was, as usual, friendly and helpful, but.....it did seem VERY slow. We were in the restaurant for nearly 2 1/2 hours, with quite long delays between courses. On several occasions I had to chivvy, which is not our usual experience with Cote restaurants. We decided to forget coffee, which was a shame.
Excellent meal and very good value from the early evening set menu. Service a little slower than usual but we weren’t in a big rush.
Nice friendly service and good food as always. We have not visited the Bournemouth venue before but liked the warm atmosphere. Will return again when we next visit.
Reservation request for window table in the front was not met as requested, were seated at the back which was ok, whole grilled sea bream not of the freshest quality but portions of food are generous, white wine should be served well chilled.
Visited as family of four at lunch time and had a very enjoyable meal. Good selection on set menu. I don't like the optional 12.5% service charge being added to the bill and leave a separate tip.
As always - the perfect lunch spot. Busy on Monday without being noisy. The staff are very friendly and efficient, even remembering I asked for my French beans not to be al dente. The fish parmentier seems to have improved, now with huge prawns and a very creamy sauce. My friend loves the steak frites and we both ended with their luscious creme caramel. We were celebrating a birthday but were not rushed when we lingered over several glasses of wine! Perfect.
Very enjoyable meal. Went there for sons birthday. Choice of three menus on a Sunday evening which was helpful. Food was delicious. Staff very good . Would definitely return
Great location, great food, great service as normal, we will be returning next time in Bournemouth for a meal out. We prefer the upstairs area.
The whole experience was excellent. The food was delicious and the service was brilliant. I would highly recommend a visit. We will certainly go there again soon!
The meal on the menu was offered 'with green beans'. The meal that turned up included 4 green beans. When queried with the waiter, the answer was that the beans were a garnish only! No apology or interest shown in the situation. Strange how the meat was presented on the beans, usually that implies a vegetable not a garnish! Poor value for money and ultimately not good service, won't rush to be going back!
A new restaurant, although the chain is well known. Up to the usual high standard for Cote for both service and quality of food served.
Polite staff. Food very nice. Good value for money. Why is there no toilet for people with disabilities on the ground floor? We understood this to be law.
