Super service, glad to find a vegetarian menu, lovely seating and surround. I had a risotto and just found it a bit stodgy but it tasted superb with lovely asparagus. Perhaps just needs to be a smaller portion. It was my daughter's birthday and she was treated to a glass of fizz, so thank you for that.

First waiter very poor no customer service! Chargrilled chicken not chargrilled sent back Replaced with steak - but boring Other waiters and manager attentive when we complained. Bury st Edmunds cote much better experience. Get it right first time Cambridge

There is always an efficient welcome. I can recommend the delicious steak/frites, or chicken. The service is friendly and very good. Nice selection of wines. I would recommend Cote, Cambridge.

Good food and atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff. Not a 6 only because Cote serves a main dish salad in a bowl - almost impossible to tackle with a knife and fork.

The ood was good but unfortunately had run out of scallops and the replacement squid was a little disappointing. Service friendly if a little slow at times but all round a good experience. My guests enjoyed it!

As usual this place is Great for food and great value. Look out for their special offers. More so really nice helpful staff! Accessible central location - what more do you need ! If you visit in April you dine with a super view of St. John's College beautiful apple blossom

The staff were relaxed pleasant and polite. The food was well cooked and delicious.It seemed as though nothing was too much trouble.The only small complaint was that they failed to recognise the promotion we had come for when responding to the bill.This was soon rectified.

Was well looked after by staff and meal was served with good cheer and helpful suggestions. Quality of food good and promised bottle of wine provided immediately. A very pleasant evening.

Excellent service and wonderful lunch! The set lunch was lovely, chicken and couscous followed by the very best creme caramel that you can beat even in France. Washed down with a bottle of Meteor a fine blonde craft beer.

Excellent evening and food. Only downside, which was not Côte's fault was that someone decided to clear the drains outside with noisy lorry. Otherwise great.

Typically French but better cooking than you get in many restaurants in France nowadays. Excellent service as usual. I am writing so many reviews because we are going to Cote so many times it is difficult to write without repetition. We all had a very happy lunch until 4ish.

Cambridge Cote has always been a joy to visit. It has been my first choice for just myself or my family for about 4 years. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is excellent.

For a restaurant visit with a child with coeliac requirements this was great and allowed us all to eat together very happily. Great choice, reasonable menu prices and good service.

Nice staff, food good. We have been to Cote in Peterborough on a previous occasion which was better, but I guess Cambridge is a bigger/busier restaurant, so maybe that was why?

Excellent food; friendly and timely service. The cost of the lunch was reasonable and a variety of gluten free options were available. These were clearly identified when the food was brought to the table.

Good service from friendly staff. We had tuna rillettes and a a pear and endive salad followed by haddock parmentier and pan roasted hake from the pre theatre menu. All nicely prepared and delicious.

Attentive staff that were not overwhelming. They were very accommodating of gluten-free needs and had lots of options. Both of us were very pleased with the quality of the meal.

Sadly swordfish special was off so was sent back. There was also a new waiter who wasn't really up to speed with service. We were compensated with a free main and drinks. Normally much, much better.

This restaurant is always consistent, well prepared food and a good choice for all courses. Great staff too with good customer service training. Our favourite large chain restaurant, childrens meals are also good.

Great experience, good food and good service plus the grandchildren were well looked after. It was a nice, combined Mothering Sunday and birthday lunch enjoyed by all eight of us. I am sure that we will be back sometime soon.

Our poached eggs were under cooked , my breakfast was cold , we weren't allowed to sit in window , and they forgot my pot of tea overall not the best of experiences - don't think I will be going back for breakfast again!

I love going to Cote it has a lovely atmosphere, doesn't feel like a chain restaurant. The food is consistently good, and the staff are cheerful and helpful. Good experience whether going for a lunch or evening meal it feels a little bit special, without breaking the bank.
