Always friendly staff - good food, well presented - good value if you have the pre-theatre menu. Menu not the largest of choice but tasty

Nice staff, food good. We have been to Cote in Peterborough on a previous occasion which was better, but I guess Cambridge is a bigger/busier restaurant, so maybe that was why?

My only fault was that my meal was a tad too cool for my liking. Otherwise excellent food, wine and staff friendly and courteous. Tasted delicious too.

The ood was good but unfortunately had run out of scallops and the replacement squid was a little disappointing. Service friendly if a little slow at times but all round a good experience. My guests enjoyed it!

great service and food as ever....just find it irritating that the add 12.5%service to the bill!!! why do you need 25 words...wont be doing this again!!

Was well looked after by staff and meal was served with good cheer and helpful suggestions. Quality of food good and promised bottle of wine provided immediately. A very pleasant evening.

As usual - efficient booking system, good quiet table near the window, and quality food at a very reasonable price. You can count on Cote!

An excellent experience! We came for the Mother's day brunch and enjoyed it immensely. Good menu, pleasant atmosphere and the usual first class service. We would certainly come again.

Staff didn't know which order was for whom. Waiter changed sauce for a steak from one plate of food to another when he didn't know who had ordered what. Spinach was very salty - this was a comment made by several dinners. The "complementary" water was tap water in a bottle - what, am I meant to be impressed? Nice bottle, is it also complimentary, can I take it home? I hope the 12.5% service charge, automatically added to my bill, actually goes to the staff and not into the company coffers. Altogether slightly disappointing. Would I recommend - a good question.

Food was delicious and the service was excellent! I do recommand this restaurant if you like french food. We both enjoyed our visit at Côte Brasserie.

Great food in a very convivial atmosphere. Staff attentive without being over pushy. A nice location in centre of town easy to access by bus routes.

I love going to Cote it has a lovely atmosphere, doesn't feel like a chain restaurant. The food is consistently good, and the staff are cheerful and helpful. Good experience whether going for a lunch or evening meal it feels a little bit special, without breaking the bank.

Excellent service on a busy Mother's Day. Beautiful food and not at all rushed despite there being a queue for tables. Thank you very for a lovely lunch.

The restaurant is clean and fresh looking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food arrives hot and delicious. A excellent choice to dine there for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We go to Cote in Cambridge lots! Always great service and always great food! The fillet steak is amazing as are the Kier Royales! :)

As always, reliably good food and service. Only downside that my husbands burger was overdone. Apparently no longer allowed to serve medium/rare !! Apart from that everything was great as usual.

A nice restaurant with good service, good food and atmosphere. The restaurant was busy but this didn't impact on the service. Plenty of choice and not expensive.

The staff are always very friendly, polite and genuinely helpful and wish to help. The menu is balanced to cater for all tastes. The food is always very tasty, well presented and portions are very generous. Wine delicious also. Filtered water is provided. The restaurant is very popular and so can be a bit crowded but some of the tables are in quieter corners than others. We always enjoy Cote Brasserie in Cambridge.

This restaurant is always consistent, well prepared food and a good choice for all courses. Great staff too with good customer service training. Our favourite large chain restaurant, childrens meals are also good.

A lovely experience. All the good was really tasty. To have given it a 6, the side dishes of vegetables needed to be a bit hotter but would definitely recommend the restaurant.

As usual, very good service. My food was good, however my chicken was perhaps a little dry - more of the delicious mushroom and cream sauce would have solved that. The service was good however not keen that 12.5% is automatically added. I prefer to leave cash for the waitress/kitchen as wonder if the staff receive the 12.5% on top of their wages.

Our poached eggs were under cooked , my breakfast was cold , we weren't allowed to sit in window , and they forgot my pot of tea overall not the best of experiences - don't think I will be going back for breakfast again!

The restaurant seems to be very popular coz when we were there, we saw the staff turned down many walk- in customers . The place was packed. The food is great and the staff is so friendly and effiecient. The only down side was when it was full house like this , we needed to wait quite a while for our food.

Fabulous food, fantastic staff and a lovely relaxing place to visit. Highly recommended for every occasion. Beautiful place to sit and watch the world go by. I really cannot praise the staff highly enough.

We had an excellent meal with great service and good prices. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is living in or is visiting Cambridge.

Food was good but service was not as good as it usually is at Cote. We came 10 min early and we were asked to wait, which is fine but we were not offered to order drinks. Tables were not cleaned properly, service was slow and chaotic and at the end waiter was not up to standards, He expected from me and my Mum to help him with passing empty plates and he only longed his hand towards us without at least politely asking us to help....very surprising and not the type of service we like.

Good value lunch menu. Whitebait and linguini very good. Unfortunately my wife's starter was not up to standard - the frisée salad was disappointing, however we were offered a complimentary dessert. Service was good

Great experience, good food and good service plus the grandchildren were well looked after. It was a nice, combined Mothering Sunday and birthday lunch enjoyed by all eight of us. I am sure that we will be back sometime soon.

The Food was nice, but my duck breast was warm, rather than hot, and the watercress garnish consisted of mant brown leaves and a lot of root. I wouldn't have garnished any dish at home with that standard of green. My son's risotto vert was tasty, but could have done with some more pesto.I didn't say anything in the restaurant, as sending back food is always difficult for the other diners. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Excellent food, great service and wonderful ambience!! 5-star. We booked a table for Mother's Day and found the location ideal for other shopping areas too. Will return soon.

As we come to expect both the food and service were great despite the fact that it was Mothers Day! We will be back soon either in Cambridge or another Cote. Rumour has it you are going to open in Harpenden- keeping my fingers crossed that this is true.

Very relaxed atmosphere, very well looked after by staff, food was delicious, very good value for money. Will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area

The Food was delicious- lovely presentation. There was a good selection to choose from. The Staff were friendly, prompt and helpful. Great value as well. Will definitely return.

Arrived and shown straight to our table, drinks ordered swiftly followed by the meal which was superb for us all. Attentive and professional from start to finish. Never fails to impress and we enjoy every time we visit

The food was very good and the two people serving our table were very friendly. I felt on arrival I could have been dealt with somewhat better. I also do not like to be presented with the tip already added to the bill. I prefer to make this decision independently. I must also say that I still do not know how your loyalty scheme works.

Lovely food served by pleasant staff. Slight under staffed, our mains took a little longer than normal to come out. Price just about right. Overall an enjoyable experience

Good service and food in a great location. Friendly staff too. The fixed price lunch menu is really good value with Calamari and Steak Frites our favourites!
