Superb from start to finish, we didn't want to leave. Fantastic full separate menu for anyone gluten free! The food and service was brilliant as well, going beyond what was necessary to accommodate us. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent service and the food was outstanding as always! We have the belly pork every time we go and it never fails to deliver on amazing flavour!

We enjoyed our visit but thought that the portion of green salad served with the steak/frites was mean. Otherwise, very good. Lovely staff and a nice environment.

Always enjoy visiting Cote's Brasserie, the staff are so friendly and the food is always delicious. Because I am coeliac I need a gluten free diet and I feel safe ordering in Cote's because they have a special menu and the food is always marked "gluten free " with a little flag!!

One of the few places available on a rainy Saturday evening in Cardiff.Fantastic food at reasonable prices and service was excellent.nice surprise as didn't know what to expect.glad we were turned down by a few other restaurants now.

A group of old friends meet once a month for lunch and we are never disappointed either with the food or the friendly but efficient professional service.

Friendly attentive staff. Nice atmosphere on a Saturday night. Good choice on menu. My party enjoyed the food, all three courses. The price is reasonable for what you get too

Only disappointment was the attitude of one of the waiters who thought just because I didn't include the gratuity in the payment I didn't leave a tip at all. I wanted to leave the gratuity to the waitress and he believed nothing was left and made his feelings known. Not nice to hear the comments when it's optional either way. The meal on the other hand was exceptional.

Friendly and welcoming, the staff were helpful and service was quick. Our food was fresh and the steak was perfect, we will definitely be back.

Great food. Great service. Not a lot more that can be said. The toilets are quite inaccessible so check if that may be a problem for you.

Excellent service Cheerful helpful attentive responsive Very good food- Beef tartare excellent very sweet & tasty King prawn appetiser so so Asparagus very tender & sweet Belly pork very good texture perfect & tasty..skin not crackling enough hence hard to cut & a bit tough...the vegetable infused with gravy tasty but a bit salty...gratin potatoes didn't look great but was tasty. Seafood stew ok Cheese was good Chocolate crepe too sweet overpowered the light chantily cream

The new website is not as good as previously as there is no box to put in any requests. e.g. I am waiting for a knee replacement operation so stairs are a problem for me and thus I used to request a table on the ground floor. That option is not available on the new web site. The restaurant otherwise is still very good value for money.

I have been to Cote in Cardiff city centre about 6 times , and have always found it a pleasure to dine here. Great service, good food with a very varied menu, all in pleasant surroundings. Would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

Excellent food, service and experience - many times as we have become 'regulars'. The staff are especially welcoming and attentive. Always a very enjoyable evening.

Both my husband and I enjoyed our meals. He had Cauliflower Soup, which he enjoyed but not as much as the French onion Soup he had last time. I had Savoie ham with remoulade which I thought was very tasty. His mains was a Steak Frites which he really enjoyed. I had what was one of the most superbly cooked pieces of hake I have ever had, accompanied by a very Mediterranean tasting chick pea stew. Only I had dessert, too full for a 'proper' desert I had strawberry Ice cream with lemon sorbet It was accompanied by a sort of 'tuile'.It that was really special. Next time I will order i scoop of ice cream with 2 biscuits/tuile!! All together a very enjoyable meal.

Very enjoyable meal and the staff all thought very busy we very good I had the duck breast and my friend had the lamb and you could not fault it. Thank you for a very good time.

The quality of food was excellent and our complimentary bottle of wine was also very pleasing. We enjoyed sea bass and veal, crème caramel and tarte citron, with fresh mint tea to complete a very enjoyable experience.
