Great food and service. Will come back - the ultimate compliment

It was my birthday and I brought few of my friends. We had delicious food, excellent service and it was a very pleasant place to eat in. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and will come back soon. It was a lovely experience.

Service food and ambience were all we expected Only one niggle, they were unwilling to honour a free cocktail offer because we had booked before it was published Have a mean and bureaucratic feel to an otherwise good evening.

24 people assembled in the room upstairs. Preordering had occurred and the staff served us all extremely well and with accuracy. The billing process was also extremely well done. The food as usual was very good.

I had reserved a quiet table at the back which we got. We ordered from the a la carte menu and so received the complimentary blood orange martinis which were delicious. So delicious we ordered another round ! The food was excellent and so was the service as always. I will return many times !

Dishes not as nice as at another London Cote I visited recently - I was so impressed by the latter that I chose the very same ones at Charlotte Street. Big mistake. Service wasn't too bad until trying to pay (about 3pm) - no sign of any attention for a very long time.

Good value for money but service a bit cahotic. It is very safe option and food quite is good. Charlotte street restaurant is not the best of the chain.

Lovely warm ambience Dodd was fabulous rump if lamb and duck breasts cooked perfectly lovely flavours. Staff were very caring and helpful too highly recommend fitrova area as well

As usual at Cote, a very good value experience, particularly with the free bottle of wine . Food nice and hot. Service very good with friendly staff. We will return soon.

Cote is always a safe bet and especially good value for pre theatre. The creme caramel was to die for as ever!

Really good food at sensible prices. Very helpful and attentive staff. We come here again and again because it's always consistently good. I would recommend it as a good place to come to have a celebratory meal or just a night out with a partner.

The food wasn’t great. We all had issues with something. Just a disappointing experience. Won’t be returning to Charlotte Street. Soho and market place are much better.

We had an absolutely brilliant visit to Côte on Charlotte Street. The service was attentive, and timely, was very kind and warm and the venue suited our needs perfectly. We will certainly be back again in the future.

Food was really nice, service could have been better. Placed the food down in front of the wrong people and took ages to take payment after pestering at start of meal.

I have hosted a party for 40 people and what I can say is: great environment, great service and great food :) highly recommended if you are hosting a dinner for 40ish people!

Starters and mains were lovely. Desert was disappointing and microwaved. Waiter was trying to be attentive, was polite and kind, but run ragged. Clearly insufficient staff on for a full restaurant Set menu was a good price. Drinks and service made it expensive. Would prefer to choose to add my own tip, and be assured it went to waiter who served us not shared our. Other staff should be paid appropriately to their skill base, chefs etc, not relying on tips to top up wages

A relaxed freindly atmosphere and unpretentious quality French style fòod at a reasonable price . Recommend the monthly menu . Tiger prawns were excellent Consistently good

Waiter rather ebullient but efficient Food a little disappointing to be honest compared to what we normally get at Cote. The salad with the salmon fillet was pretty horrible; the fennel inedible.

Overall, we had a good time, helped in part by the quietness that made conversation so much easier. The food was up to standard, the service friendly. Unfortunately there were three occasions when we had a long wait for service (dessert, coffee, the bill), but fortunately we were in no hurry.

Food was really nice with good ingredients and tasty. Service was good though the waiter was still in training. Reasonable number of diners even though it was early evening.

My friend and I visited for a working lunch - I had the half chicken and she had a goats cheese salad. It was all totally delicious and our waiter was excellent! This was around 1.15 pm & we sat on the terrace outside. Thank you so much Cote!

Apart from the usual noise in the evening at this restaurant, partly due to its popularity, partly due to the structure of the building, the evening was a great success. I managed to impress another of my friends with this Cote restaurant and the most fabulously friendly and efficient waiting staff and lovely maitre d'. I'll be back!

we sat in a 3 tables small room in the back of the restaurant, despite this the noise from the adjacent corridor shape room was like being in an amplifying chamber, so noisy; the food however was good, probably the best pork belly I've had at any branch of Cote; service was unsmiling and slow from girl who took over from original plesant waiter

The service was very good and the food very enjoyable, The calamari and rib-eye steak were excellent. Some other guests were pretty noisy!! Will come again.
