Excellent meal, prompt service and charming staff. The staff tried very hard to please. No one in our party of 17 had any complaints. We shall be back.

Very nice interior and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The set menus are great value for money and the drinks are also reasonably priced, especially the champagne!

It was my birthday and I brought few of my friends. We had delicious food, excellent service and it was a very pleasant place to eat in. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and will come back soon. It was a lovely experience.

The food was absolutely incredible. Everyones meals were delicious. The food was served quickly and the staff were very caring and friendly. I can't rate this restaurant high enough. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and perfect food.

Service food and ambience were all we expected Only one niggle, they were unwilling to honour a free cocktail offer because we had booked before it was published Have a mean and bureaucratic feel to an otherwise good evening.

I booked for a large lunch party, intially via the website for 12 Apr. The restaurant replied with a menu form,confirming the time. I then had to change the date to 8 Apr and did this via email exchanges with the restaurant who acknowledged they could accommodate the change of date. When we arrived today, the restaurant still had the original booking in their system. The staff quickly rearranged tables to accommodate us and gave everyone a complimentary kir. Later there was an issue with dessert which caused a bit more delay and the manager quickly offered all the desserts free of charge. We were quite relaxed about the mix-up and made no fuss whatsoever. What a lovely surprise to receive such exemplary customer service without having to fight for it! Ob, and by the way, the food was excellent too. A good time was had by all. Thanks to all the staff at Cote.

Wherever you go for a meal in a Cote you can be sure that the food will be good. Service however can be variable and on 3 out of 4 visits to Charlotte Street have not been up to the mark. Our last visit on Tuesday was another case in point. I noticed that my fish stew had no prawns and when I questioned the waiter he told me that’s how it should be. I knew this wasn’t right and almost immediately someone else came to apologise. I don’t mind the kitchen making mistakes but the waiting staff need to get things right. Add to this, not refilling water when asked, not clearing the table properly and delays in bringing desert make for a disappointing occasion.

24 people assembled in the room upstairs. Preordering had occurred and the staff served us all extremely well and with accuracy. The billing process was also extremely well done. The food as usual was very good.

Good service Lots of flies and midges, crumbs in the seats and very limited vegetarian choices for food and salads. The service was good and the staff were lovely

Dishes not as nice as at another London Cote I visited recently - I was so impressed by the latter that I chose the very same ones at Charlotte Street. Big mistake. Service wasn't too bad until trying to pay (about 3pm) - no sign of any attention for a very long time.

Good value for money but service a bit cahotic. It is very safe option and food quite is good. Charlotte street restaurant is not the best of the chain.

Reliably good. Great value for 2 or 3 courses. Make sure you book on weekends as Cotes get busy on Friday and Saturday with tourists.

Lovely warm ambience Dodd was fabulous rump if lamb and duck breasts cooked perfectly lovely flavours. Staff were very caring and helpful too highly recommend fitrova area as well

As usual at Cote, a very good value experience, particularly with the free bottle of wine . Food nice and hot. Service very good with friendly staff. We will return soon.

I have eaten at Cote several times in various locations . Beautiful day so sat outside to eat our lunch . What a treat all Courses were delicious. Service Excellent .

Warm welcome. Good efficient service and with a smile. Good tasty chicken liver parfait starter but the plain square toasted bread, unlike the artisan toasted bread I had seen served, rather spoilt it. The main, lamb chops, excellent. No dessert waitress didn't come back to ask. Good value.

We’re always happy dining at Cote Brasserie’s restaurants and have tried many of the locations in London. Always good service, tasty food and value for money set menus. The only negative on our latest visit to Charlotte Street was the constant harassment from a rather large number of small flies around our table. Our table was against a wall at the back of the restaurant and we could count around 10 flies perched on the wall as well as those flying around our heads. I think the problem arises from the front door of the restaurant being permanently open given that it was a lovely warm day outside. We eventually moved tables to one nearer the door and this reduced the number of flies although a few still pestered us. Incidentally, the open door also resulted in cigarette smoke from the diners outside the restaurant drifting inside which is horrible for non-smokers but often happens in restaurants these days. I think both of the above problems could be rectified by not having the front door permanently open which I assume is done to encourage diners off the street and to make it easier to serve food to the outside tables.

Very disappointed to find out they were only serving a set menu! Me and my family wanted to have a meal with certain dishes I know they serve, only to find when we got there and seated that they weren’t serving dishes we wanted to eat.

Cote is always a safe bet and especially good value for pre theatre. The creme caramel was to die for as ever!

Pleasant and helfpful staff and a nice ambience. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use the restaurant again when we're in the area.

We had an absolutely brilliant visit to Côte on Charlotte Street. The service was attentive, and timely, was very kind and warm and the venue suited our needs perfectly. We will certainly be back again in the future.

I have hosted a party for 40 people and what I can say is: great environment, great service and great food :) highly recommended if you are hosting a dinner for 40ish people!

Out food was lovely as always is at Le Cote whichever one we have been to however the waitress was rushed ( maybe not her fault ) or poorly trained . She placed our ice bucket to the right of my partner , attended to us ok but never poored the wine 🍷or offered to and she didn’t smile at all it was like she was not at all happy I’m her job , I know waitressing is tough I’ve done it for years but she put down our desert well just the one as they had run out of creme caramel and she almost threw it down , not the service you’d expect and such a shame as the meal was lovely 😊 Come on you can train your floor staff better than that ! For that reason I refused to pay the £12 gratuity charge on my bill leaving change only on the plate and a note for management . This was a birthday meal to celebrate my birthday the following day as don’t like dining out on Valentine’s Day . And unlike other restaurants I’ve dined at they didn’t make provision for that only acknowledging our window request on arrival . You can do better , improve your service to match the food .

Waiter rather ebullient but efficient Food a little disappointing to be honest compared to what we normally get at Cote. The salad with the salmon fillet was pretty horrible; the fennel inedible.

Overall, we had a good time, helped in part by the quietness that made conversation so much easier. The food was up to standard, the service friendly. Unfortunately there were three occasions when we had a long wait for service (dessert, coffee, the bill), but fortunately we were in no hurry.

Food was really nice with good ingredients and tasty. Service was good though the waiter was still in training. Reasonable number of diners even though it was early evening.

My friend and I visited for a working lunch - I had the half chicken and she had a goats cheese salad. It was all totally delicious and our waiter was excellent! This was around 1.15 pm & we sat on the terrace outside. Thank you so much Cote!

Apart from the usual noise in the evening at this restaurant, partly due to its popularity, partly due to the structure of the building, the evening was a great success. I managed to impress another of my friends with this Cote restaurant and the most fabulously friendly and efficient waiting staff and lovely maitre d'. I'll be back!

we sat in a 3 tables small room in the back of the restaurant, despite this the noise from the adjacent corridor shape room was like being in an amplifying chamber, so noisy; the food however was good, probably the best pork belly I've had at any branch of Cote; service was unsmiling and slow from girl who took over from original plesant waiter

The service was very good and the food very enjoyable, The calamari and rib-eye steak were excellent. Some other guests were pretty noisy!! Will come again.
