Always a good experience when dining with my oldest friend and catching up. Never feel rushed and food consistently good.

I have eaten at Cote often and used the take away service during lockdown (which was very good). Tonight's meal was disappointing. Customer levels were low and staff levels high, but service was slow. I had a cheese burger. If it was sold as children's meal I would not be surprised. It was small and dull. The fries were cold and I sent them back. I had to remind the servers to bring me fresh ones. At that point the burger was also cold. The rosé wine was served at room temperature. Two other tables near us complained about the same issue with their wine. There was no corrective action, no apology, no reduced bill. To be fair and balanced my partner enjoyed her crab starter and main course salad.

It was ok, meal wasn’t exceptional. Thought there wasn’t enough care taken re COVID, such as shared menus no hand sanitizer on tables.

A lovely cool refuge on a very hot day. Food and service excellent. And very good value.

Not up to normal standard. Restricted and disappointing menu. Had a goats cheese salad which included just a sliver of cheese. It was inadequate as a main course

Pork belly excellent as always. A few understandable teething troubles with new staff and new procedures, but our starters were brought out so quickly we hadn’t finished our hors d’oeuvres (which had taken a while to arrive). Not to worry though, we’ll still be back!

Lamb chops ordered medium but served very pink . French beans very underdone. Had to ask for the gratin potatoes as they didn't arrive with the meal. Service very good. Happy with second choice of table. Used gift vouchers and 50% deal. Creme caramel excellent!!

Lovely meal. Tasty chicken parfait followed by pork belly. Kids enjoyed steak frites and ate it all up. Staff very attentive and COVID compliant without spoiling the atmosphere. The dine out to help out was also a great reduction.

Great food as always.We were here on the last day of the Cheltenham restaurant before lockdown and ate almost alone. Today they reopened and we were back. This time the restaurant was busy thanks to H M Government. Thanks Cote. You are our neighborhood bistro and were glad to have you back.

Just love eating here the staff are great the food is always good. The price is reasonable. I like the atmosphere always busy yet the staff are keeping a watchful eye, you never have to wait.

Excellent service. Only marked down due to eggs coming or cold on breakfast but the issue was rectified quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Thank you for giving us a table downstairs but it would have been nice not to be right by the welcome desk and front door so that every time new customers arrived they stared at us and the food we were having!

this is consistently excellent. the prestige menu is well worth the extra, but the cheaper fixed price is very good, and very good value. a la carte,for special occasions, extra choice, and really good value. wine list very good range, and recommended wines always good.

Really great food, lovely ambiance and great staff. Only thing we didn't like was the added service charge at 12.5%. We prefer to cash tip the waitress that has looked after us. It was taken off the bill but was a shame it was there in the first place for a table of 2

We have visited Cote in Cheltenham several times and each time it's just perfect. The welcome is warm and relaxed. The waiting staff have super-human powers of perception and know just when to help and just when to let us talk. And the chefs are flawless, faultless, masters; always making our meals delicious, varied and beyond what we expect. So, Cote really is our favourite place to go and feels more classy independent than chain. Thank you all.

Service was reasonable but could have been a little quicker, a little bit noisy at times, atmosphere good. Food was good if a little pricey. Would I go again probably but not at the weekend, a less busy time would be good.

Great service. My soup wasn’t that hot but everything else was lovely. Waiting team were very good. Food arrived in good time. Presentation was very good.

Mother’s Day lunch - overall good service- a bit slow but it was very busy. food was good except two side dishes were stone cold. These were replaced but by that time the main course was largely finished. A discount for the inconvenience would have been good.

Excellent meal in great atmosphere. Great service and tasty food. Waitress was very helpful. My steak was perfectly cooked to order and french onion soup starter hit the spot. Great place for a group meal in the best part of town.👍

Fab food, excellent service, Shane the noise was horrendous. Is there any way some baffling can be used.
