This is the worst Cote we have been to. The service was abyssmal!!. It took having to ask several times to be served. When food finally arrived it was lukewarm or cold. At no time were we approached and asked if everything was ok. When we eventually got the attention of anyone we complained. The duty manager did his best to make amends but this branch is off our to go to list from now on.
Lovely dining experience, service spot on and not too intrusive. Good menu and drinks list, with an excellent choice, catering for all budgets. Highly recommend Cote.
Sadly this Cote cannot get orders right, or cook vegetables properly. I asked for Green Beans instead of Fries, however Fries came. Then my meal came with the beans but they were raw, Then they came back with butter on, I sent them back and they came again but were raw again. We were also overcharged on the bill, just to make matters worse. A terrible experience and I doubt that I will return.
Very disappointed with the level of service last night. Excuses were given but rally not acceptable. Adjustments to the bill were appreciated but would have preferred a better overall experience and improved service. Food was great as always shame about logistics from front of house.
The restaurant is very noisy; I would suggest sound absorbing panels on the ceiling. Wine is very overpriced; large glass of Sancerre is £10.50?! Service is hit or miss.
Lovely atmosphere. Great menu choices, great service and a table where we wanted it. Thanks for a lovely evening, we enjoyed it. We’ll be back again soon. Thanks
A fabulous meal. Delicious food, excellent kind, helpful and caring staff. Fabulous champagne. My only bad comment is it is extremely noisy, so no good for a romantic lunch 😜
Mess up on a simple order. Ordered Eggs Royale for the wife. Eggs Benedict arrived instead. Basics. Asked to pay and the bill still had Eggs Royale and the Orange juices and coffees were charged separately but should have been included in a deal. All was rectified but nevertheless it’s the little things sometimes that count. Food was great however.
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We were served very quickly and the food was great. A lovely experience had by us as a family. Thank you for making it a lovely Mother’s Day
The rhubarb martini was delicious as was the food. Good service and a lively buzzy atmosphere all made for a lovely meal.
I'm becoming very fond of the Cote chain! The Chiswick branch is well spaced and attractive and the idea of the complimentary drink offer is lovely ( Delicious and light gin and fizz...beautifully presented). We both chose the Vegetarian menu and thrilled to see 2 Vegan choices. This is such a great idea and good ideas with risotto and put lentil recipes. The price is good...house wine at £16.95 and mains at £10.95. You can push the boat out or eat cheaply which is great for people like me! Lovely attentive service from a very good team. Highly recommended.
As ever, great food and service, and the delicious blood orange martinis tipped the whole experience into outstanding. The only reason for lower rating for atmosphere and noise was not really Cote's fault, it was due to the large number of small children. However I was very impressed that the seating seemed to be arranged so one corner was child free.
Sarah and i have been eating at cote in chiswick for the last 7 years! Service and staff have always been exceptional Thankyou always. Ricardo and Sarah.
Had a very relaxed lunch here with someone I hadn't seen for 18 months so we wanted time to chat and catch up. It was nice not to feel any pressure to hurry and leave. Service and food great as always. Not giving six stars overall as haddock (June special) was a little disappointing, but overall a very good experience.
I cannot fault this fantastic restaraurant. It has come up with the perfect formula which satisfies everyones individual needs. Will keep going back over and over again! Mary Hosken
This is our new Saturday evening go to restaurant. If you are looking for a chic restaurant which has amazing food and fantastic service with a smile, this Chiswick CÔte is the place to come to. The atmosphere is warm and lively. The staff are so friendly and professional, all very attentive. The manager is so welcoming and makes and effort to greet everyone and helps out when needed. Great example to all. You can see everyone is happy which in turn makes us happy. Did i mention the food is cooked to perfection. My friends a chef and this is the only restaurant that he's not felt the need to criticise the food in anyway. Its noisy but a good noisy we noticed that you can still talk quietly and hear one another. Its just a really great atmosphere and sounds like a well run buzzing restaurant.
Good selection of food and lovely friendly staff. A bit noisy and a bit slow but understandable as it was mothers day so the restaurant was full.
Absolutely spot on, food was lovely, special menu half Breton Chicken with dauphinois style potatoes and green beans. . Complimentary French 75 drink which was delicious. Highly recommended.
It was out anniversary day...25 years of wedlock Easy to book on line Welcomed at the lovely Chiswick branch with a delicious Kia royal Waiter attentive Watched the carrier of large tray of food man Walk around the restaurant before he came back to us 😐 Not happy with the appearance of the potato gratin.... poor
Excellent as always, food and service, close to where I leave, a regular customer since finding the restaurant. I drove past the location in the past almost daily, one day l stopped and had a look, and decided to eat there.
Came here for Valentine’s Day. The food was beautiful and the sevice was very good. There was a little mix up with the mains but they were kind enough to take off the price of the wine for us which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend visiting!
We always have such a fabulous evening at Côte - thank you so much. Excellent food as well as service. Plus last night we each received a complimentary Negroni cocktail!
Lovely meal in a consistently good restaurant. Just a tad too noisy tonight
We had an early evening meal here and enjoyed it immensely as always. The food was delicious and we were looked after so well by Viktor who is always so cheerful, friendly, professional and efficient. He is an asset to the team. Thank you, Viktor.
Went here on mother's day. The restaurant was welcoming and friendly. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great, good portions and great value for money. We will go again.
It's not the first time my guest and I have been to the Chiswick branch and he believes the 'monk fish' he had today was the best main he has had, anywhere recently. Very enjoyable - thank you.
Waitress muddled our order ( we are very regular customers) but the manageress made us feel it was our mistake. We also had to go to the till to pay. This has never happened before.
Great fun and great atmosphere as always - good prices too!!!
The Valentines menu gave some distinction to the meal and we accompanied it with a fine Burgundy from the wine list. Altogether it was a very enjoyable lunch. Anthony Harvey
Excellent food, ambience and service. We have found this this standard to be consistent across all Cote restaurants. We shall return !
As usual excellent food and service. I hate cooking fish at home so the sardines and sea bream were particularly good.
We had a wonderful evening celebrating my mother's birthday, there was quite a large group of us and the lovely waitress coped really well. The food was really delicious and it is quite reasonably priced.
Food quality is always reliable. Wine is becoming a luxury as it now so expensive.
Lovely helpful engaging staff. Amazing confidence offering gluten free for my daughter. Good value. Loved the decor especially the tiles! First time as I thought it was a cafe rouge type phony Brasserie but have been proved wrong!
Great food. Great value. Lovely atmosphere. All in all a very happy team dinner.
Very good evening. Service excellent and food delicious and not over priced. Unfortunately the lift to the loos were not working and no disabled loo on ground floor. So my mother had to struggle down and up the not insignificant staircase.
Staff excellent good service but main course was inedible so sent back.
The food was not great in fact some of it tasted like it had just been reheated. We ordered the crab on toast and the calamari, which were very nice - we should have just stopped there. We then ordered the crab bisque which was really canned tasting and clearly heated in a microwave due to its hot like the sun temperature. The Goats cheese salad would be better described at as unprepared heap of uncut (again reheated) warm root vegetables- With a lump of GC on top. The muscles were not finished, as they were tasteless. The prawns gratantee slightly redeemed the second course but we did not want to stay for another course. We felt it was a waste of money and won’t return. The staff were good in that they were helpful and polite.
Lovely meal..in a quiet spot of the restaurant. The food is always reliably good.
Last night was just too noisy. My chicken opulent grille was over cooked, dry and lacked seasoning. The restaurant was so noisy I couldn’t wait to get out!
Excellent food and service. High standards maintained. Keep it up.
The restaurant was not even busy yet nobody asked us if our meal was ok I had to call a waitress over for another drink we were given a desser mem but nobody came to take out dessert order so we just asked for the bill and left I said to the waiter who gave me my bill my concerns but it seems he was not bothered will not go back there again also every table got a bread basket except us
The service was as friendly as usual though it took longer than usual; maybe less staff than usual. Food as good quality as usual with excellent value for money.
Three of us dined here on Friday 26th April and were looked after perfectly by our charming and very efficient waiter, Christian. The food was delicious. Even though the restaurant was very busy, service was excellent as always.
The Brasserie is a favourite of ours because the food is excellent and without frills. The staff are friendly and efficient and never put you under pressure. Real value for money. Keep it up!
Superb food , atmosphere and service. Highly recommend to anyone contemplating going here for a nice lunch. You won’t be disappointed
Very good food, value for money and very friendly staff
Run out of burgers on the menu the toilets had paper towels very dirty bins full to the brim back of house is as important as front in the restaurant trade.service was excellent
Great staff, great food and a lovely atmosphere, I always feel like I am a valued customer even if I only pop in for a drink. Thank you
