Côte Cirencester

Another great meal at Cote Brasserie, I had the cod goujons this time which were lovely, great service and atmosphere. Restaurant was very clean and welcoming.

Excellent food and wine , efficient service and such a lovely atmosphere I feel I’ve arrived in France every time I step through the curtains. Grilled chicken is absolutely delicious.

Excellent food, attentive but not over-bearing staff and reasonable prices. We were staying at the De Vere hotel which luckily had a fully booked restaurant so we got to try this place!

We were a group of five friends meeting up on a Saturday night. The restaurant was busy but we still had great service and great food!

Prompt polite service. Ambiance good for a Monday night. Good varied menu. Food was all excellent and very tasty. Only negative was there were several items not available.

Very enjoyable lunch ! Nice quiet table,as requested. Excellent olives and bread. House wine, both Red & White were really good. Main courses were delicious. The service attentive & very friendly. Great value ! The only blemish was that the Creme Brulee and Creme Caramel were off the menu for the day...otherwise is would have been 6 * We'll definitely be back soon .

Distinct lack of Vegan items on the menu Vegetarian items had dairy produce included in them Staff and service however was good Cannot recommend it to anyone on a plant based diet

As always the service and food was exceptional, not our first visit but for two in our party it was there first experience and they loved it! Vegan and GF options are fantastic. Can’t wait to return and try something else on from the wonderful menu.

An excellent imaginative menu with a wide range of dishes made to a very high standard of quality and presentation. The restaurant is hugely welcoming and provides a friendly and efficient service.

The staff at Cote are all without fail so professional and friendly, the food is so reliably good and we will continue to visit as often as we possibly can.

Staff as always pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for money. On making reservation stated it was our anniversary. On arrival complimentary glass of bubbly. Plus excellent gluten free options. Always like a restaurant that provides linen napkins.

Cote has always been good, but our latest meal was the best we have had there.

We were a group of 13 and everyone enjoyed their meals. There was a good choice of menus and the service was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly making it a very pleasant occasion. Thank you.

We were in Cote Brasserie (Cirencester) on 13 April 2019 and had a lovely breakfast. Although the place offered English and French options, we had French one - thats why we went there. Service was excellent, food was fantastic, good portions and beautifully served, atmosphere was very friendly and peaceful. Oh and it was comfortably warm there, which I personally appreciated. Staff was attentive enough but not annoying. We all liked the place and decided to come back one day for a dinner. I highly recommend you to come here and treat yourself!!! Drinks make the good set menu meal deal more pricey but otherwise good and fresh.

Lovely food, nicely presented and a comfortable setting and good service. Was busy so quiet loud, but overall a pleasant atmosphere, our waitress was attentive without being intrusive.

It was our daughters 21st birthday. We bought in a cake earlier and asked for the candles to be lit and brought to our table. No effort was made whatsoever, hugely disappointing. She had chosen Cote for the family meal as this is usually a favourite place of ours. They didn’t even bother to wish her a happy birthday.

Early evening meal so chose the 2 course set lunch menu. All choices were very good particularly the haddock and chicken main courses. I thought drinks could have been a little cheaper. Ambience of restaurant and service was very pleasant.

Great staff and atmosphere and the food is always at a very high standard with which we are very impressed.A regular haunt of ours .

As usual with Cote, the food is excellent, the serving staff charming, but Oh the noise levels, not helped in our case that we were near a group of girls at a large table. Is it really not possible to enjoy an evening out without having to shout above other diners who seem not to appreciate that there are other people trying to have a conversation...

It was fantastic service, wonderful food which came quickly and the restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere. A really enjoyable evening out and a place we will return to.

The special menu contained items not generally found on the usual menu and this was refreshing as we have dined in Cote several times recently. The food was well cooked and presented and the service was good enough.

Lovely meal as always and great service, only spoilt by the very noisy woman at the table next to us who appeared to be relaying her life story (or rather the same part of it on repeat) to the poor woman next to her!

Lovely atmosphere, great service and superb food. The specials rhubarb cocktail was a nice touch.

We’ve never had a bad meal experience here - staff always attentive but never overbearing . It’s my ‘go to’ place for lunch with friends, family and impromptu midweek suppers . Also love their breakfasts. Buzzy atmosphere but never too loud ! Well done Cirencester Cote - keep up the good work .

The food was excelllent . At 14:30 the restaurant was quite and perhaps the service could have been quicker. overall the service was friendly and helpful and would have no worries returning.

We enjoyed a wonderful three course meal from the Prestige Set menu for my partner’s birthday - delicious and good value for money. The service was equally as good. Would highly recommend.

Although booked a table, wasn’t asked to confirm my reservation. Table had a great deal of broken glass on the floor. Had to call back the waiter three times to clean area as more pieces were found. Wasn’t offered free drink of the month. Overall standard I fear has dropped in this establishment. A friendly warm greeting to guests would be nice.

Good menu, catering for everyone, large variety of vegetarian dishes. Wonderful tasty food, well presented. Makes you feel that you have had a special dinner out.

We had the perfect Easter lunch at Cote Cirencester. The food was delicious and the staff was ever so friendly and helpful. Lovely day. We also had my husband's 40th birthday there and couldn't speak more highly of the place just fantastic!!

Not up to usual standards, several starters on set menu not available, apparently because it is menu changeover coming up . Ordered pear and endive salad, not a bit of a naïve in sight just rocket.My husband ordered the bacon egg and little gem salad and again no little gem just rocket. I have feedback to the waitress whose réponse was ‘ oh dear’. Come on Cote this is not good and you are becoming complacent about your usual high standards and value for money good food.

We had a lovely set lunch today, the only downside being the incredibly tough fennel which accompanied my fish. Usually a favourite of mine., everything else was perfect. Lovely warm Crottin salad, fresh sea bass. as a main followed by Côtes excellent dark chocolate mousse. Kir Royales were great ( thank you) as was the Sauvignon. The staff were friendly and efficient and the ambience very pleasant. We always enjoy our meals at Côte. Had the fennel been better cooked, this would have been five stars for everything.

Yet to be disappointed at Cote Cirencester. Staff always friendly & helpful but not overbearing, food & wine was spot on & atmosphere decent. Recommended.

Drinks choice are limited for non wines and can be expensive with cider and beer as not on tap, but excellent staff and food- slightly cold inside as always so could do with higher heating

Made a last minute online reservation which was quickly confirmed. We were made welcome and shown straight to our table. Service was really friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, good sized portions at reasonable prices. Would definitely return and would recommend to friends.
