Excellent food, attentive but not over-bearing staff and reasonable prices. We were staying at the De Vere hotel which luckily had a fully booked restaurant so we got to try this place!

Lovely lunch, despite the restaurant being quite busy service and food were good. A really good all round French meal with a good selection available - even though we all had steak frites.

The restaurant was very busy, but the lady who seated us and organised our complimentary cocktails.........which were amazing, the lady who took our order and the gentleman who served our food were all lovely, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.

Staff were good and French onion soup was fabulous (even without soup spoon) but the main course menu was v disappointing. The Breton chicken was dry and tasteless .

It was excellent as ever. The waitress was just right - attentive but not intrusive - and the food was great. We sat at a window table at the front so it wasn't as noisy as it might have been in the main room.

It was excellent value for money. Although quiet when we attended on Friday evening around 17:15, the staff were attentive and very friendly, asking the relevant (and appreciated questions) as our meal progressed. The genuine degree of engagement with my responses to said questions was debatable however but the effort and delivery was faultless! I have knocked one star off, simple because the starters were for my liking a little bland (the squid rings and the ratatouille with goats cheese) the ratatouille just about scraping discernible flavors of each ingredient, the goats cheese was fine. My dining partner had the vegetable risotto for their main, which by its nature was going to be difficult to flavor, but a little more seasoning would have done the job! My creme caramel desert, was the best I have ever eaten! Will absolutely be visiting as frequently as I can due to incredible price, set menu 13.50 for 3 courses!

It was Fathers Day and we had booked at a peak time, so the service was not as efficient as usual, but the food was good and hot, didn’t spoil our experience.

We were visiting during our stay at local Lakes By Yoo. We had a cold welcome and service and friendliness during the evening was poor. Food was ok but just standard.

The meal as whole was enjoyable and service was fine bar one minor hiccup but the sea bream was over cooked and partially dried out. We passed that info to our server who said she pass it onto the chef.

As always, great food and service. You can rely on the consistency of the food quality and a pleasant jovial atmosphere. One of my favourite places to eat.

I am never disappointed with the food or the service when I visit Cote Cirencester , whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

All OK, started with main course, both of which were up to the usual standard. However, after receiving the dessert menu, no one came for more than 10 minutes to ask what we would like. We had got fed up by this time so just paid the bill and left.

As usual, excellent meal very well presented and served. The atmosphere at Côte Cirencester is so friendly and welcoming and we always know that we are going to have an enjoyable experience.

Always good to eat at Cote. Only negative is the volume of noise. Always have to shout in any conversation.

Lovely meal in vibrant atmosphere. Service always excellent although would prefer to add service ourselves. I think Cote have found a good formula which is obviously serving them well

Our waitress was lovely. The food was ok - the black olives were bitter and the salads were really oily. Green beans came in several different shades but my ribeye was cooked nicely. Lacking your usual attention to detail.

I received an email offering a complimentary French75 when booking with Côte and as we were visiting Cirencester bank holiday weekend we decided to book. When we arrived at cote we were informed their were no fish dishes available and no gin (so no French75) this gave the menu quite a limitation and as we prefer to drink gin we only had one drink before we left. This was quite disappointing for a birthday meal. I understand it was a busy bank holiday but I find it hard to believe someone couldn’t buy a couple of bottles of gin from another establishment. We also had bread an olives to start and we were presented with one side plate whilst the waitress went off to find another. We’ve eaten in Côte in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bath and unfortunately Cirencester fell disappointingly short.

Firstly definitely reserve a table. My daughters and I booked for bank holiday Monday. On arrival a very pleasant welcome was received. Good waitress service and ordering was as expected. Fairly quick delivery of our food. Extremely delicious and well presented. Would definitely book again.

Excellent service, delicious food - our party of 4 had the pate, french onion soup, steaks and pork belly, all of which were cooked really well and presented very nicely. Our waitress was very attentive. My only small compliant would be that the restaurant was very noisy. On the one hand it was great to see somewhere so busy on a wet Tuesday night but on the other hand, the noise level was slightly distracting.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre repas dans votre restaurant. Le seul problème c'est l'acoustique. Pour le reste c'était parfait : l'accueil, le service, la qualité et la présentation des plats tout était impeccable ! Bravo.

First and very enjoyable visit, because we left booking a table rather late, we were only able to have an early table at 6.00pm, but nevertheless it was all good and most certainly will use this restaurant again.

Attentive service, friendly staff, great and very prompt food. Been several times and each time is just as good as the last. Breakfast combo is great value aswell.

As we arrived with my elderly mother we were met by a very friendly lady (I should have got her name because she deserves recognition for her amazing customer service - I got the impression she may have been in charge that evening) who immediately noticed my mum's limited mobility and very tactfully suggested a table towards the front of the restaurant where it was quieter (brilliant because mum's hearing isn't great) and very close to the disabled toilet (which then avoided a long flight of stairs to get to the man in toilets). We took advantage of the March offer of a free G&T which went down very well and then spent a very pleasant, unhurried evening with excellent and efficient table service from a friendly waitress. The restaurant was busy and we had booked an early table so we were expecting to be hurried a bit to get the table turned around ready for later diners but this didn't happen. The food was all delicious, freshly cooked and the two steaks that were ordered were both cooked exactly the way they were requested (something that a lot of chefs seems to struggle with in our experience).

We sat out outside today in the garden bit, it was lovey and food and service was great as always
