Côte Cirencester

This was a special treat for my birthday with my husband.The food was delicious,the service was excellent. It never disappoints. Thank you for always making each visit special.

The service was Excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant was superb. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We would recommend this restaurant to everyone

First and very enjoyable visit, because we left booking a table rather late, we were only able to have an early table at 6.00pm, but nevertheless it was all good and most certainly will use this restaurant again.

Our usual Sunday morning enjoyable breakfast at Cotes Cirencester, friendly service, good food and a marvellous atmosphere that makes a great start to the day... Greg & Joan

Bit of difficulty redeeming the cocktail offer again! Meal wine and cocktails all excellent.

Enjoyed our meal in Cote in Cirencester. However, please be aware if you ask for more bread you will be charged £2.50. You will not know this until you have the bill.

Having previously enjoyed consistently good food here, I was disappointed on this occasion. Although the service was good, the restaurant was under staffed and there was a longer than usual wait for food. I ordered the belly pork which is usually delicious, it did not match expectation. Soft chewy crackling which resisted a further drying sizzle under the grill. fatty pork and a rather bland plate of food which pretty much sums up the experience. It would be a shame if such a nice restaurant was sacrifice to the amount of covers that can be squeezed in on a busy Saturday affecting quality over quantity.

Very pleasant evening , staff very good, food excellent, very busy atmosphere, slight minus , we were charged for two rhubarb cocktails which were supposed to be complimentary .

We tried the Prestige menu for the first time, and were very impressed. We both went for the pork tenderloin and it was delicious. Service as ever was brilliant.

We had the set menu, which was good value for money. However, both the Risotto and the Ratatouille were coved in Rocket. The toast with the Ratatouille was very hard, and I had to cut it up for my wife, and she left the crust. Also, I'm not happy with an automatic 12% tip being added to the bill, although I know that's optional. I will say, however, the service was excellent.

As good as ever, two friends came with us which was their first time. They really enjoyed the experience, we will definitely be back again.

Food good as always. Service was a little slower than usual as there seemed to be fewer staff.

My family and I had a wonderful evening for my birthday tonight. I was given a box of chocolates and drinks on the house. My dessert had a lit candle in it and everyone including other guests sung Happy Birthday to me. It was a lovely gesture. The food is always amazing and the staff are very attentive. I love the place as do my family and friends. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you for making my birthday special xx

Well done cirencester team: Mother’s Day is always a long weekend and you could se me the exhaustion on everyone’s faces: but that didn’t detract from the friendly and attentive service. Great to see the place full and the food was lovely. That’s why you guys were full on Sunday night, with the rest of the town was empty. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Asparagus risotto inedible, only later to be told by a member of staff, ‘’yes, we’ve had several complaints about how bland it is and they’re likely to take it off the menu’’

The only thing that lets you down is your toilet facilities. Wet floors and broken toilet seats make taking a young child to the toilet a nightmare. Please ask one of our staff members with young children to point you in the right direction.

From putting on our favourite table to the quality of both the food and service, our meal on Valentine's night in Cirencester was just perfect. Bread and olives, followed by Rib Eye steak with a tomato salad topped off with Apple pie and ice cream, scrummy from the first bite to the last. Cote is our "go to" restaurant and rightly so.

Service good and friendly but food not great. Disappointed. Needs to improve.

First class food and service a perfect evening out we have eaten here serval time and never been disappointed. The restaurant has a warm and friendly feeling from the moment you arrive.

As always the experience was excellent Food was delicious, staff were exceptionally attentive. I may only frequent the restaurant every 10 weeks but were else can you get similar for the money.

Visited Cote Brasserie in Cirencester for a birthday evening meal with my wife. Cote offered a birthday cocktail Kir Royale to both of us which started the evening off well. The food was very good and I would highly recommend this restaurant - we've been many times.

We just know what to expect at Cote here in Cirencester - great service and great food. Been coming here very regularly since it’s first week of opening -enormous competition here,with just about 30 eating places but the best and so reliable. Good hot plates and food when hot food is ordered - all so nicely served and presented and sumptuous puddings. A great catch up with friends of 52 years acquaintance. Good choice to have such a lovely evening

As usual service , food and wine very good. One exception Breton chicken not as moist as usual, a little over cooked. Also for those who don’t like rocket please offer an alternative leaf.

We had a fantastic experience and were welcomed with some complimentary champagne to help us celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. A lovely touch by the team which made us feel very welcome. The food was fantastic and we can’t wait to visit again.

We were given a table right next to the kitchen, which was a hazard in the making. When asked if we could move we were refused.

Staff were wonderful - I lost my earring and several of them joined in to help! The complimentary cocktails were lovely. Food was delicious, the only downfall was the moules frites - there was hardly any mussels inside the shells so my portion was really quite small

I was dining with someone who has lived in the US for many years and finds the service in the UK poor in comparison however the service at Côte was equally good. Food was excellent as usual and we both appreciated "no music" so we could have a conversation without shouting.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with most efficient staff looking after you. All the food ordered was nicely presented and extremely tasty. So all three of us thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

I have always found the experience of dining at Cote to be excellent. The atmosphere is friendly and re;axing. The staff are all helpful and do not rush us. The food is excellent and one big advantage is that the menu changes every month. I dine with friends once a month so we always have a new selection of dishes.. The cost of the meals offered is very reasonable and there is a choice between two prices during the day. Overall I would thoroughly recommend Cote to my friends and have already done so.

Bill arrived paid then noticed 12.5% service charge already added I just hate that .....not happy at all should be at the customers discretion enough to stop me going again

We had a lovely lunch and the food was some of the best we have had there. The service was excellent and Molly was especially helpful, friendly and made a birthday meal really special.
