Côte Cirencester

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 very young children . It was a late booking but all of our needs were met perfectly !! The food was as usual very good . Would definitely recommend it to anyone .

As always, we enjoyed a very pleasant meal again at Cote, Cirencester, were we dine almost every Sunday. There, the staff are so attentive and friendly and, though seemingly always very busy, we did not have to wait long for our food to arrive....

Lovely meal a bit stingy on the ice cream portion!

My main course was luke warm at best. I would have sent it back if I hadn’t been so hungry. Not the standard I expect. Vegetables were under-cooked too.

As always, an excellent meal served by friendly efficient staff. We have never been disappointed yet, and on one occasion when a mistake was made with a steak it was quickly sorted and no charge made

Another decent meal (breakfast) in Côte. Poached eggs not quite warm enough, which I’ve experienced before, but overall, a nice morning treat and a nice way to start the weekend. Thank you.

The service and atmosphere were excellent. Four of us had a 2 course lunch. The mussels starter was full of empty shells but the waitress handled it superbly and both removed it from our bill and then, having spoken to the chef, asked my mother if she would change her main course order of mussels as the rest of the stock were similar. She did and the cod goujons she ordered were fine but more like high quality fish fingers than goujons. The other starters and main courses were superb. And the waitress (a Scottish girl) was outstanding. Please thank her.

Excellent service on the Early Evening menu. We sat in the courtyard on a lovely evening & it was all great. Very good value for money & the food was very good. The Butternut squash & chickpea cake with salad was delicious.My husband ‘s steak was tasty & the Creme caramel was superb.

Perfect evening. Lovely food. Great service - waiter was really good. Lovely atmosphere. Breton chicken with wild mushroom sauce was amazing. Will be back again!!

As always, quality for a very good price. Staff always gracious and welcoming. Five stars out of six today because the otherwise excellent chicken was just a tiny bit dry, probably been left on a hot plate too long. I still ate it all and enjoyed it. Their special breakfast menu is still the best in Cirencester.

I had a great birthday meal with my friends. My friends never been to Cote Brasseries and they really enjoyed it! Thank you so much for a great night.

An excellent night with you in terms of food and service, only minus one star because as ever most tables too closely sited together, so our conversation was regularly drowned out by the neighbouring table...shame as it will make me pause before booking again, when everything else is very good.

The waitress (from Romania), was charming and attentive. The food was good but I had to point out the paucity of the advertised avocado and walnut in the salad. The waitress listened, and more of the above was produced to make all the difference to the salad. Thank you.

Lovely food, lovely attentive staff and lovely atmosphere what more could you want. We all enjoyed our visit and will be definitely be having many more meals there. Many thanks for a wonderful experience.

Lovely place, shame about the table10 / 12 too close to preparation area and the view of the waste bins not good. Service and quality of food excellent !!

Great atmosphere, attentive staff, delicious food, what more could you want? Cote Brasserie is our go-to for a lovely, unpretentious date night meal, but equally good for celebrations with family or friends, or even a quite lunch stop.

I received an email offering a complimentary French75 when booking with Côte and as we were visiting Cirencester bank holiday weekend we decided to book. When we arrived at cote we were informed their were no fish dishes available and no gin (so no French75) this gave the menu quite a limitation and as we prefer to drink gin we only had one drink before we left. This was quite disappointing for a birthday meal. I understand it was a busy bank holiday but I find it hard to believe someone couldn’t buy a couple of bottles of gin from another establishment. We also had bread an olives to start and we were presented with one side plate whilst the waitress went off to find another. We’ve eaten in Côte in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bath and unfortunately Cirencester fell disappointingly short.

Always enjoy our meal at Cote Brasserie Cirencester, a very popular place to eat in town. Food and wine are terrific. On a busy Saturday night though when the place is full it can get very loud.

Would highly recommend. We went last night at 8:30pm food, service, atmosphere and no waiting times at all. Good value for money considering how nice this place is.

The reason for giving five stars instead of six is because I never give maximum points,As six would mean perfection, and this is almost impossible to achieve, I leave room to manoevre.

Firstly definitely reserve a table. My daughters and I booked for bank holiday Monday. On arrival a very pleasant welcome was received. Good waitress service and ordering was as expected. Fairly quick delivery of our food. Extremely delicious and well presented. Would definitely book again.

Excellent service, delicious food - our party of 4 had the pate, french onion soup, steaks and pork belly, all of which were cooked really well and presented very nicely. Our waitress was very attentive. My only small compliant would be that the restaurant was very noisy. On the one hand it was great to see somewhere so busy on a wet Tuesday night but on the other hand, the noise level was slightly distracting.

We had a most enjoyable lunch yesterday, we were very impressed that one of the meals was labelled gluten free as requested for one of our guests.

We were particularly keen to take up the offer of the complimentary blood orange martini on offer when booking. However, this was not available and a kir was a poor substitute. The endive used to serve the roquefort starter was a bit flat and old and could have done with more walnut and roquefort. The rest was ok - has been better.

We have been to Cute Restaurant on a number of occasions in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality of your food and service. However on this latest occasion we were not, because we were advised that we wanted was not avaible, causing us to select one which in our opinion was incompatible with the main courses selected, The service was slow and they had to be reminded of one sweet course that had not been served this delay caused us to be late for a meeting. One last insult to us was the £6.77 Service Charge I paid because of pressures on our time.

Easy reservation online. Staff excellent. Food delicious and of a consistently high standard. Never rushed even when restaurant is busy.

A good visit, as ever. We were both a teensy bit disappointed with some elements of the food, feeling it wasn't as tasty as we had remembered from the past, but that is probably us! The service is always excellent, and the atmosphere great, and superb value, especially as I used £10 from my Quandoo Loyalty Points - thank you Quandoo!

Excellent omelette with perfect friesm, The salad was clearly carefully selected. Olives were 'ok' bread was perfect. Service was quick and polite and the not I had put in the booking so the person who took us to our seat did wish my wife happy birthday.

We live about 15 miles away (Swindon) & find that Cote in Cirencester ticks all the boxes, excellent food, professional service & pleasant environment. We are regular visitors & just hope that we able to continue as soon as this Coronavirus saga is over.

This was a perfect visit for breakfast. Perfect food, perfect service. It was a nice last meal out before isolation.
