First time I’ve ever been disappointed with cote. Felt although tables looked 2 metres apart the place was orettty full and maybe too many people rammed in there with the pandemic on?! Didn’t feel safe! Disappointed the early bird menu has disappeared and gratuity is added on that should be discretionary!

Fabulous food, great service with ultra friendly staff. Recommended wine with the chateaubriand was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

A bit rushed. The coffee came before the dessert. We ordered A £19.50 bottle of wine and noticed after we left the restaurant we were charged for a £23.50 bottle.

Great service but pretty average food. French onion soup was like a bowl of cold thick gravy and main course rather small.

Really enjoyed the food at Cote. Staff were very friendly. Downside was the continual offensive language from two young couples at an adjoining table. We had to move tables but even then could hear them swearing. Complained to the manager who said she would speak to them. Under normal circumstances would have given the restaurant a high rating.

It was absolutely fantastic ! We were made really welcome, the food was amazing, the ambience was spot on and the staff attentive without being intrusive. What a find , we will definitely be back !

It's always a good thing to know where a consistently high standard of food and service is available when cooking is just a little more effort than relaxing and letting someone else do all the work. In Cirencester Cote delivers all this reliably, despite the difficulties of virus precautions.

Always good service and food - just a little disappointed that by 7.30pm on a Saturday you had run out of chateaubriand which x4 of our party wanted as advertised by email to us and then ran out of filet after we ordered x3 - leaving two members doubly disappointed.

Superb October special meal.... all about the figs. A fig cocktail to set the scene and the whole meal that followed was delicious.

Out of 4 specials only 2 were available. The free gift of cocktails which I booked especially for was not available. We asked for the bill and they brought a jug of milk! The final bill had to be corrected twice. The experience was this time a disappointment.

Went here to celebrate my mum’s birthday. The food was really nice and the staff were excellent, very attentive. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
