I had the pork with figs plus potato dauphinois My friend had boeuf bourguignon with spinach. Thank you very much for the complimentary Kir Royale drinks. The food was excellent, good value. And the service was impeccable. I wouldn’t give 6* because the restaurant decor looked a bit tired. Clean and tidy but maybe needs brightening up.

Service was very good and the staff very polite. However, the ribeye steak wasn’t very nice... it came out over cooked, cold and tough. This was a shame as we reguLarly eat at our local Welwyn Garden City Cote restaurant and always really happy with food.

Sadly social distancing not a worry given the lack of customers....which is a shame but made for an extremely comfortable Sunday lunch. Fabulous October specials, the Haddock was delicious and husband enjoyed the Breton fish stew...packed with fish. Cote always delivers.

Thanks Cote, we had a first-rate experience, I took my son out for lunch to celebrate the start of his second year at art school down in Camberwell, he especially ate hardy !!! Very good food as always. Very attentive service. Ambience was a bit lacking I think due to Us being there between lunch and dinner service. Eg 2-5:30pm.

There is no better brasserie-style restaurant in London, especially at these prices.

Staff very attentive , October specials were great- from the dubonnet gin cocktail to the fig endive salad, the pork tenderloin and finally the cheese board . Excellent. It was lovely to experience the restaurant and not be in a rush . Thank you James. Look forward to returning

Absolutely superb visit! A very warm welcome from your very kind and professional staff. Service was first class as was the food - can’t wait to return. When in London, we usually have lunch at an establishment round the corner which was closed due to Covid - we now know the true meaning of excellent food! Easy to book on line - even at short notice. Efficient and attentive service. Obviously strangely quiet which removed some of the 'buzz' you'd normally get. Food was good, no complaints.

I booked a relatively large table (8) and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was ready for us be seated immediately at the booked time. Service was terrific: friendly and attentive despite a very busy and full restaurant. We all selected items from the set menu. Excellent quality and value for money. The house wine that we were fairly generous with ourselves with was very good. Will return!

We were sat near a busy service area, which was a little noisy. A couple of the staff were a little surly, which gave a sense of being unwelcome. Overall though, considering it was a family of 9, our food was pretty much served at the same time, efficiently and everyone enjoyed their dishes.

The wooden rail downstairs to the toilets needs replacing. Splinter in hand. Brilliant quick and friendly service ideal for pre- theatre. Cote’s french onion soup always good.

We both thought the food was delicious and authentically French, especially as the pre-Theatre menu was cheaper than other restaurants in the local area. The staff were charming and we had no trouble settling our bill in time for the ROH at 7.30.

Delicious food and wine at reasonable price - delivered quickly so easy to get to a theatre after dinner. Definitely recommend a Cotes Brasserie anywhere - especially in London when out to theatres.

Lovely table service. soothing went wrong with mains course order, might have been my fault, but all was sorted, and I had super food, very shortly afterward, these things happen. My 2 other dining companions, plus me, (we meet regularly with you) love the foods ,service the the ability to talk without being rushed. The person who looked after us today, was wonderful.
