Great service and wide range of choices. Food was well prepared and would happily return in future. Only issue is that service charge should not be automatically added to bill, even if optional.

The early evening menu was excellent value and good service as well. It had much ambiance and we felt that we had had value for money except fir the price if the drinks which we thought were extortionate.

Lovely food and very pleasant staff. Comfortable seating in a restaurant with a good ambience and a nice outlook. I would recommend this restaurant for good quality food at a reasonable price.

Short notice booking and had another very enjoyable dinner at Cote Dorchester. I can't resist the dark chocolate pot! Friendly and attentive service and good atmosphere.

Nice meal, but restaurant was quite busy, service not as attentive as would have liked. There appeared to be an issue that two of the staff had with each other which was not hidden well.

Good menu and lots of choices. Eaten there twice now and not been disappointed. The food tastes great - I had the minute steak and 'frites' and the crème brulee which was scrummy. Highly recommend

A lovely experience overall, but disappointed in some aspects of the service. I had to ask for the gluten free menu even though I could see it was written on my reservation. Same with the free kir royales. We had to wait for someone to come over and take our drinks order to ask for them. The waiter did not use the napkin to catch the drips from the ice bucket when pouring our wine and one of the party had a wet lap. At the end, the girl dealing with the bill and taking our payments was abrupt and clearly was tired and wanted to go home. Not the usual experience I enjoy when coming to cotes. Food was lovely though

Good food and great value. Although we had no cutlery at the beginning this was soon rectified. The early bird menu is great value and the ambiance of the restaurant meant we had a lovely evening.

Great staff & really good food (especially after having spent 2 weeks eating well in France) but, very noisy in this branch. We really had to raise our voices to hear each other, strange acoustics? Would definitely return but, with a view to eating outside.

I just love Cote Brasserie. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the food and wine. It's great for me as I'm gluten free and that is very reassuring when I go out to eat as it can be a nightmare. Have always had consistently good food and service also very good value for money.

Prompt and attentive service and food generally good, but garlic bread was not available and vegetarian sausage main course was disappointing. The deserts were excellent!

Very good burger, but salad garnish left off one order. Steak overcooked but tasted fine. Wrong dessert delivered, so they replaced it promptly and didn't charge for it. Overall very happy with food and service.

A very nice lunch as usual, very good value and nicely presented. Staff efficient, if there was a small criticism it is difficult to here conversation as there are no soft furnishings to absorb the noise. But overall good.

Welcome, meal and service were all up to the Dorchester restaurant's usual high standard. Being a Bank Holiday, the restaurant, and Brewery Square, were very busy providing a vibrant atmosphere.

Service was excellent but food was what you'd expect from a chain and a bit pricey as a result. Having said that, it was nice and we enjoyed the meal. Our waitress was fantastic.

The food as usual was excellent but I did not feel the staff were at the top of their game. There were sa number of chips on the floor under a table when we arrived and I pointed them out to the staff when I left who were just about to clear them up!

Outstanding service from Kate, Calvin and the team at Cote. Treated my sister and brother-in-law to a meal, - they had come down from Liverpool for the weekend. They were mightily impressed, not just by the food and ambience, but by the warmth of the welcome. My wife and I are regulars here, and, whilst occasionally the food has let them down, the service is always highly professional, with the additional personal touches that mean so much to the customer (anticipating our own querky needs, ensuring that when possible we get our preferred tables, etc). Cote HQ could learn a lot from Kate and Calvin - but please don't take them away from Dorchester!

The restaurant had a great choice of breakfasts and both of ours were beautifully cooked. The service was excellent. We will certainly be coming for breakfast again.

Lovely brunch, server guided us towards to breakfast special which included juice and coffee for £9.75 which was very reasonable. The food was well presented and the server left us alone to chat without pushing for us to buy more products.

Staff excellent as usual, but, for once, we had to wait quite a long time for our main course (the restaurant was not particularly busy), and the food appeared rather dry as though it had been kept standing for too long. This is most unusual, as generally we are very happy with everything: maybe the chef was having a bad day!

We always enjoy our selves at the Dorchester branch.. Staff always friendly and offer great customer service.it is my husbands birthday today and we were offered a mimosa with our breakfast. Will continue to return, well done

Great staff lovely food, best on brewrey square. Got there 2 hours early and not a problem for them, have been using this place regularly since it opened and not have had a bad meal.

Delicious food which I cannot fault. It was full the night we went and the acoustics are poor so it was hard to make yourself heard at times.

Perfectly nice breakfast but I do object to 12.5% service charge being automatically added. I was happy with our meal and was going to tip but then declined to do so out of principle. Silly policy.

Everything about our visit was excellent, especially the people. We use Cote regularly and have found it the best on all fronts the food has a great variety and changed monthly.

The attention for the staff was good at the beginning of the meal. One item was not brought to the table until we asked for it. The food was mediocre but the wine was good and we struggled to find any staff to bring us the bill, which also put a damper on the meal. I would not go back to this restaurant.
