This month's prestige menu is particularly good. the Baked Crottin and Pork Tenderloin are stunningly tasty and delicious. cannot recommend them too highly. just a tad more expensive but worth every penny, the March special Salade de Crevettes - so generous. And the Escalope de Veau - delightfully subtle flavour, what a treat. As usual, unbeatable value and service from Anya's brigade that always puts a smile on your face.

I visit Cote Ealing quite often as it's one of my favourite places. I generally like Cote brasserie all over - my other place I visit often is at St. Christopher's Place, but Ealing branch has excellent customer service. There never seems to be a problem, but even if there's one occasionally, it's solved right on the spot. Thank you Ealing team x

Service as ever was immaculate. I dined off the Prestige Set Menu. Why did you ever take the warm beetroot salad off the menu - it was outstanding! The pork medallion is brilliant but the mash that accompanies does not enhance the meal.

Not a great experience unfortunately. The service was patchy with incorrect orders given to several members of our group of seven and one side dish that never appeared. The bill had to be amended three times as the undelivered side order was still added on, two glasses of red wine became a whole bottle and extra ice cream was also billed for. We were, however, given complimentary coffees as our table was situated under a cold down-draft that couldn’t be prevented.

Cote's menu, particularly the gluten-free menu, is fantastic. We particularly like the special cocktails they come up with each month. This month's blood orange martini is delicious. The scallops are great, as are all the regular dishes. The staff are utterly delightful. They are so professional but friendly, and always add a very special personal touch to how they serve us. It was great to see Panos serving tables. He is such a lovely person and did a wonderful job on Sunday evening. All the staff are exceptional and consistently attentive and helpful.

February's Prestige Menu is particularly good. French onion soup could not be better to counter the cold weather. The best main course for me - I am a regular - is the salmon. It is generously accompanied by a delightful golden (not bitter) beetroot, fennel and radicchio salad. Delicious. And their unbeatable creme caramel. As always, wonderful smiling and attentive service, including from those bringing the food from the kitchen, and the stunning value which is Cote's hallmark. No where else matches it. Thank you Anya and team.

Ealing. I thought the customer care was not great. Staff were busy but it took a while to be seated and even longer to be served. While I understand that it is difficult for staff at busy times a welcoming smile would be helpful. Given a menu to start would also be helpful. Having said that when we were finally served the food was very good. I think there needs to be more organisation in the restaurant.

Just love this chain of very authentic French brasseries. Food is very good and value for money, ambience and service by French waiters cannot fault. Lovely atmosphere, and with 2 courses and 2 glasses of wine, all for under £60 for 2 people, you just cannot go wrong. A favourite place to go and spend time with my daughter

Valentines night was a very busy night. They had extra waiters on who did very well. Possible an extra waiter was needed as it was slightly frenetic. The valentine menu was excellent. The ladies cloakrooms are tired and need to be checked more frequently

Always a pleasure! For us the best restaurant in town: food is great and to our standards (which is difficult in London, apart from the ridiculously overpriced restaurants); menu is seasonal, creative (within French cousine) and made to high standards; service is friendly and professional and the overall atmosphere is cosy and welcoming!

Food was like pre-prepared work canteen food. Had a set menu with wine pairing, the wine arrived late for each course. (Kir Royale arrived midway through the starter at the same time as the wine). The white wine also arrived warm for each course.
