Enjoyed my steak frites very much but disappointed that french onion soup is no longer on menu. On the subject of menus I was concerned that you are using unlaminated paper menus which are not being sanitized after each customer's use.

Staff were excellent but missing favourites from the menu - no mussels no charcuterie board and no fresh bread with the cheese

The Food was spectacular, especially the lamb chops! The service was flawless and just the right amount of attentiveness shown. Was without doubt our favourite restaurant of all 7 we went to during our stay.

We all had a wonderful evening, from the warm welcome from Marlena the manager to the lovely food, everything felt very safe and was very well organised

Excellent food and the restaurant was well laid out with plenty of space for all the dinners to feel safe and enjoy their meals. Best experience I have had of dining out with the new regulations.

So nice to be back in Cote Edinburgh. Surprised no sanitizer at entrance though. Croutons were not crispy however on Gazpatcho. Difficult to understand waiters, only partially due to visors. distancing of tables excellent.

Excellent thank you. Great food and lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres, drinks and main course. Indulged in desert too The warm white chocolate Sauce on the berries, was particularly yummy. One observation: I think it would be better for everyone if the mask rule was more strictly enforced. Ie please ask people to wear a mask when they enter and leave the restaurant.

The best restaurant in Edinburgh! Cote has the right formula for food, service, atmosphere and price. Perfect. No need to go anywhere else.

Despite the new regulations the staff went out of their way to make dining as relaxed as normal. Glad to be back, delicious menu as ever.

Food was absolutely delicious. Staff were very diligent about ensuring safety measures were in place but did not allow this to impact on the ambience of the restaurant. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

Last supper before Coronavirus shut down. Lovely setting as usual. Staff were as attentive as ever and considering their uncertain future they were marvellous. Fine dining at an excellent price. Hope it's not too long before I can return.

We had a wonderful meal at the Edinburgh Cote Brasserie and both the food and the service were excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended.

As always the food and drink was beautifully presented with excellent service. I particularly liked the flower in my drink. We will definitely be heading back soon.

Very friendly staff who were understanding of the requirements for my wife who is a coeliac, ensuring that all food was served separately and labeled for peace of mind. They were quick and attentive. Nice atmosphere and excellent food. I would definitely go back when I'm next in Edinburgh

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere but do feel the 'discretionary' 12.5% service charge which is automatically added to the bill needs to be removed. I am always happy to pay for good service but I want to decide how much to pay.

Very yummy breakfast this morning. Delicious ! Staff as always attentive but not intrusive. Best breakfast in City. If you are looking for a Vegetarian option it's a must. Thank you Cote for a good start to the day !

So helpful with gluten free requirements but ordered a steak well done and it came out bleeding Staff were good and took it off bill but I wanted a nice meal and would have paid happily for what I ordered

Fabulous as always. Good food at a reasonable price. Efficient service which is non-intrusive and food is very quick to arrive after ordering. Waiter made a suggestion for a glass of wine which was spot on. Usually go to Cote in Glasgow and Edinburgh keeps up the high standard.

Great food and lovely atmosphere... service a little slow at times but overall a great experience will definitely be back. Wine also very good and reasonably priced

We had a fabulous Mother’s Day lunch. Excellent service and food. Delighted to see a lot of staff given how busy the restaurant was. Noted that the duck on the a la carte menu came with veal jus, the same duck on the set menu didn’t. Please in future can you serve the duck without veal jus?. Look forward to eating at Cotes soon. Only gripe why 12.5 % added on as tip?

Excellent service from showing us to our table to bringing the bill at the end. Couldn’t have been more helpful and very efficient. Food delicious and had no complaints.

Enjoyed Cote from moment entered staff attentive food first-class atmosphere is very relaxing .creme caramel delicious. Service is well organized and swift. Well worth a visit.

Food was excellent , we chose from the lunch menu and were happy with the options available. Staff were very helpful, fast service but didn't feel rushed. Will definitely return.

This is the second time that we have been to this restaurant, and it won’t be the last, the food was good and the staff were great, highly recommended 5 stars
